以成本、质量、交货为目标,考虑供应商供应能力、采购数量、供应数量的柔性、评价等级等约束,建立了多产品供应商选择的模糊多目标规划模型.采用降半梯形分布的隶属度函数将模糊多目标规划模型转化为单目标线性规划并求解,应用算例证明了模型的有效性和可行性.  相似文献

研究多源采购策略下的多级供应链优化配置问题。针对供应链各级备选供应商数量不确定、且可能大于2个这种问题研究较少的多源采购问题,引入供应商采购比例调控因子(SPCF)并提出基于ANP和TOPSIS的SPCF计算方法,同时以服务时间和实际采购比例为两个主要的决策变量,建立多阶段供应链优化配置模型。提出基于混合编码的改进遗传算法,并对模型求解。最终通过实例验证模型和算法的有效性,并对SPCF进行敏感性分析,得到重要的管理学启示。  相似文献

针对在产业集群背景下,供应链网络内中小企业采购方式是一种非传统的、随机延迟支付的信任采购模式.在单供应商—单采购商采购模式的基础上,建立了产业集群下多供应商—多采购商分散式供应链采购模型;在模型中通过对生产周期和供应周期的调整,并引入Credit期权,以保证上下游多供应商—多采购商之间的协调,设计出集群供应链多供应商—多采购商Credit期权联合采购模型,以及相应的基于信任延期支付方式,并提出了利润分配协调机制.最后,通过算例分析了集群供应链Credit期权联合采购模型和基于信任延期支付的有效性,特别是根据双方议价能力分配所得利润,能达到Pareto最优,且模型设计不需要采购商提供任何成本信息.  相似文献

通过构建库存优化模型,提出一个基于供应商资金短缺前提下采购两种原材料的最优采购策略。首先利用库存水平和初始资金联合决策求解模型,得到在某一特定库存水平之内只需采购易腐原材料,在该库存水平之外需采购两种原材料的采购策略,且两种情况均考虑资金约束情形。然后在拓展中将单周期库存融资决策延伸到多周期动态库存决策。最后运用控制变量法解决决策过程中涉及到的各种成本参数和采购策略的关系。通过算例验证模型和结论的合理性。  相似文献

在建立供应链合作伙伴关系中,供应商的选择是供应链管理的一项重要内容.在现有文献的基础上对供应商的选择模型进行了改进,建立了集成单阶段与多阶段供应商选择的混合整数规划模型:既可以选择单阶段供应商,也可选择多阶段供应商即供应商的供应商的供应商等等.在模型中考虑了每个潜在供应商的能力约束,以供应商在产品价格、质量、配送水平等三个方面引起总的客户不满意度最小化作为选优的依据.  相似文献

针对电力物资集中采购模式中由于采购批量大、合同周期长而导致的不稳定供应问题,提出一种多阶段迭代修正式的电力物资动态采购模型,运用持续质量抽检进行供应商动态调整。首先根据经济订购批量模型确定最佳招标批次、划分标包,并设定多阶段招标模式及供应商评价指标体系;同时依托供应商绩效评价系统,获取历史抽检数据并迭代预测各供应商物资质量,通过建立标包份额动态分配模型动态修正供应商供应量。通过具体案例对模型进行了示例和验证,并对产品质量与供货量的关联性进行了敏感性分析,为采购方有效控制物资质量、供应商提高中标率提供了指导。最后,介绍了项目组开发的一个基于移动物联网的电力物资送检系统,为本文所提的评价模型提供了可行的实施环境。  相似文献

针对存在供应链中断风险的供应商数量选择问题,分析了由交易成本、风险损失、采购成本构成的采购总成本与供应商数量的关系。首先考虑到供应商的供应风险和市场的需求风险,引入数量弹性契约,对供应链中断风险进行了考察。然后在此基础上,构建了以采购总成本最小化为目标的考虑供应链中断风险的最优供应商数量决策模型。最后,通过算例分析验证了该模型的可行性,并探讨了机会主义成本、合作程度、市场需求均值、弹性系数、供应风险概率等相关参数对最优供应商数量的影响。  相似文献

Supplier selection is an important task in purchasing. The performance of a supply chain depends on the selection of the right suppliers to provide the right materials or services at the right price and right time. Most of the research on supplier evaluation and selection assumes that products are procured independently. However, in reality, it is common for a purchasing company to procure a bundle of products together. In this regard, synergy could exist between products and hence affect the final choice of suppliers. It is therefore necessary for the purchasing company to incorporate the synergy between products in supplier selection. This paper presents a multi-agent system (MAS) architecture for multi-product supplier selection in consideration of the synergy between products. A three-phase supplier selection model is proposed to support multi-product procurement in consideration of the synergy between products. The three phases are, namely, product synergy determination phase, supplier pre-selection phase and negotiation-based final selection phase. The MAS is equipped with various types of autonomous function agents and different agent interaction protocols to effect the functioning of this three-phase multi-product supplier selection model.  相似文献

In this article, we examine how purchasing’s strategic participation influences supply management activities via the choice of appropriate operational and strategic criteria. Specifically, the study focuses on supplier selection and monitoring ongoing supplier performance evaluation based on operational and strategic criteria. A combination of choosing appropriate supplier selection criteria and monitoring supplier performance ensures that the benefits of purchasing’s participation in strategic planning translate into better purchasing performance of cost, quality, delivery, flexibility and innovation. We test the hypotheses using survey data collected from manufacturing companies in the US by means of a path model. Our results provide support for the tenet that purchasing’s participation in strategic planning influences purchasing performance directly as well as through the mediating effects of supplier selection criteria and supplier performance evaluation. We discuss the theoretical and managerial implications of the findings and propose directions for further research.  相似文献

This paper deals with the supplier selection process when the criteria of selection are not independent. The primary aim is to illustrate that ignoring the interdependencies among these criteria leads to an unrealistic decision. Since supplier selection is a multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) process, the general structures of the relative methods are outlined in this paper. The proposed methodology then presents a comprehensive approach to find the best ranking among the alternative suppliers of a typical product. A hybrid modified TOPSIS is integrated with a preemptive goal programming model in this study and then compared to an analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to show the effect of considering interdependencies in the supplier selection process. The results indicate that the proposed methodology provides a higher total value of purchasing (TVP) than AHP while the total cost of purchasing (TCP) of both methods are equal. Empirical proof is offered based on a case study.  相似文献

This paper proposes a stochastic production planning model for an international enclosure manufacturing company with seasonal demand and market growth uncertainty. The company purchases material and subassembly from overseas and long lead times have been observed. To prevent excess inventory and stockout, the company is required to forecast its demand and project its purchasing decisions and production load to its key suppliers in an effort to reduce risks for both parties. To assist purchasing and production decisions, a two-stage stochastic production planning model that explicitly includes uncertainty is developed with the goal of minimising the total production, inventory, and overtime costs under all scenarios. The model is solved using real data from the company and results have demonstrated the effectiveness of the model compared with various deterministic models. Parametric analyses are performed to derive managerial insights related to issues such as overtime usage, inventory holding costs and the proper selection of scenarios under pessimist, neutral, and optimist outlooks. The model has been implemented and an annual saving of more than $400,000 in inventory cost has been achieved.  相似文献

Helium refrigerators used in fusion devices are subjected to pulsed heat load. Immediate effect of such load is high fluctuation of mass flow rate at the return stream. A novel technique using vapor compression cycle at the cold end of helium refrigerators has been proposed to mitigate this flow fluctuation. The concept behind the proposed scheme is to re-liquefy excess return stream during high heat load condition and store. During low heat load condition, mitigation is obtained by increasing vapor fraction after expansion in JT valves by increasing inlet temperature of these valves. Dynamic simulation of a plant modified with vapor compression cycle has been performed and it has been found that approximately 70% and 96% mitigation of flow fluctuation during high and low heat load respectively, can be achieved. Criteria of selection and technical feasibility of critical equipment for implementation of the concept have also been discussed.  相似文献
