浅析跨区域物流资源整合

区域物流是指以某一特定区域为基本范围并与外界发生各种联系的物流活动。跨区域物流表现为各区域范围内的单位、企业及其他组织之间跨区域合作、协调及相互作用,共同进行的专项或综合物流活动的过程。一体化的交通物流资源整合平台是整个物流运行体系的枢纽。近年来,我国一些地区的物流产业凭借经济、区位和技术等优势,获得了巨大的发展机遇,但是各地区区域内和区域间的物流资源跨区共享和利用程度有待提升。基于上述问题,该文围绕跨区域间物流资源的整合进行研究,从目前我国物流的发展现状、物流基础设施整合、物流服务网点体系建立3个角度出发,探讨了各地区物流高效联动发展的途径。以期达到促进各地区物流资源的整合及各地区物流联动发展的目的。     

基于云模型的区域物流产业集群升级评价——以沈阳经济区为例

物流产业集群升级对物流企业的经济效益和区域其他产业的发展具有较大的推动作用,因此对物流产业集群升级状况进行评价至关重要.基于云模型对物流产业集群升级进行了评价,首先对云、云的数字特征及云发生器进行定义;其次构建了区域物流产业集群升级评价体系,并给出云模型的评价步骤;最后以沈阳经济区为例,对该区域物流产业集群升级状况进行评价,评价结果表明沈阳经济区物流产业集群的升级处于“较好”等级,同时应加强基础设施的合理投放、资源的有效利用.

基于云模型的区域物流产业集群绩效评价

物流产业集群在促进物流业发展、带动区域经济发展方面具有重大意义,通过对物流产业集群绩效进行评价来识别物流产业集群发展存在的主要问题,进而提出有针对性的改进措施是目前研究的重点,而将云模型应用到集群绩效评价上不仅能有效实现定性指标与定量指标之间的转换,而且使评价结果更为准确、直观。介绍云模型相关概念;对物流产业集群绩效进行界定,并建立了区域物流产业集群绩效评价体系;以沈阳经济区为例,根据云模型的评价步骤对该区域物流产业集群绩效进行评价。结果表明沈阳经济区物流产业集群绩效水平处于等级“一般”与“较好”之间,应注重竞争合作能力的提高并加强创新能力管理。     

Human factor: the competitive advantage driver of the EU’s logistics sector

This article aims to test the weight that main sub-components of the global competitiveness index might have on the logistics performance index. We deploy a novel technique based on three newly particularised clusters (‘infrastructure’, ‘institutions’ and ‘human factor’) to look into whether such clusters are related to efficiency in the 28 European Union’s countries. It is manifest that the human factor is far more important for improving the logistics performance index than infrastructure and institutions. It follows that in this new domain of analysis, all initiatives to prioritise investment on the human factor are appropriate means of stimulating innovation and economic outlook, perceived that the logistics sector accounts for an average of 10% of the European Union’s GDP.     

物流服务合同规范化发展路径研究

本文分析了当前我国迅速发展的第三方物流服务活动过程中,频繁出现合同相关纠纷的原因,讨论了规范化物流服务契约活动的必要性和紧迫性。从物流服务行为的法律特征入手,研究通过规范合同的设计和订立来引导我国第三方物流服务领域乃至整个物流行业健康发展的意义和作用,提出了物流服务合同规范化设计的策略及实现路径。     

A dynamic co-word network-related approach on the evolution of China’s urbanization research

In recent years, China’s urbanization has developed very quickly. Many scholars have conducted China’s urbanization research (CUR) and have published a large number of articles. With CUR as a case, we construct the dynamic co-word network to analyze the characteristics of development about the knowledge system (KS). We draw several conclusions from this research. (1) The development of CUR possesses small-world characteristics and scale-free effects. The co-word network of CUR increases significantly to a large-scale network. (2) Betweenness centrality and eigenvector centrality of the dynamic co-word networks positively correlate with node degree. The popular nodes connecting with a large number of topics are also the nodes that occur in the critical paths. The popular keywords in CUR also bridge distant clusters of the related topics. (3) The clustering coefficients indicate that a number of topics with low degrees tend to relate to the adjacent topics more directly to form “conglobation” clusters. The network is a hierarchical clustered structure. The hub keywords play a crucial role in bridging distinct clusters of highly associated keywords and make them form an integrated network. (4) Since 2003, the CUR has begun to develop systematically. From 1998 to 2015, the hotspots in CUR varied diversely, which are highly correlated with social issues and public concerns. (5) We proposed several practical implications on the development of CUR from the dynamic co-word network measures. Beyond the case of CUR’s KS, we hope the versatility of methods in this research also provides enlightenment for other KS studies.     

论我国内河水运协调发展

协调发展是可持续发展的内核,是国际学界研究的持续热点。内河水运是流域社会经济背景下综合运输与水资源综合利用体系的重要组成部分,是我国及各国实现资源节约与环境友好可持续发展的战略重点。在协调发展的内涵的基础上,结合德国成功的发展经验,探究了我国内河水运体系与国家战略,流域经济、水资源综合利用体系,综合运输体系,自身体系协调发展的意义与要素、存在的问题与原因,一一对应的对策与建议,以期促进我国内河水运快速协调发展。     

Semi-open queuing networks: a review of stochastic models,solution methods and new research areas

Capturing the waiting times (at an external queue) for a customer to access a movable resource is an important step towards measuring customer service and system performance in manufacturing, logistics, communication and health care systems. Such waiting time measures are typically used for sizing resource and buffer capacities, and thereby minimising customer waiting time probabilities. In this regard, semi-open queuing networks (SOQNs), which decouple the arriving customers/transactions from the network resources using a synchronisation station (also known as a semaphore queue), can potentially capture the customer/transaction waiting times/costs more precisely and provide a rich network modelling construct. Hence, modelling manufacturing or service systems using SOQNs is an important step towards measuring customer flow times (sojourn times) wherein the customer waiting times at an external queue are a critical component. In this paper, we present several stochastic models for manufacturing and service systems using SOQNs and also discuss the potential applications of SOQNs. We then review the solution methods for SOQNs and also compare the numerical accuracies for three promising methods. Finally, we include the potential research areas in SOQNs.

Game Theory Based Decision Coordination Strategy of Agricultural Logistics Service Information System

Under the background of “Internet plus” rapid development, the agricultural logistics industry should apply information technology to every link of the agricultural product logistics industry chain. By making full use of the decision making module of the agricultural logistics information system, we can realize the full sharing of information and data resources, which makes the decision-making scheme of the agricultural logistics information system more optimized. In real economic society, the uncertainty and mismatch between the customer’s logistics service demand and the logistics service capability that the logistics service function provider can provide, that is, when the two information are asymmetric, how to use the third-party contract to coordinate the income and profit distribution of the two, to make the information system decision making more reasonable? This paper mainly studies the coordination scheme of agricultural logistics information system decision making under uncertain output and demand information by introducing the spot market. A joint coordination strategy based on revenue sharing and penalty feedback contracts proposes decentralized decision making based on game theory. Experiments show that the flexible ordering strategy proposed in this paper can reduce the logistics service supply chain’s uncertainty and significantly improve the logistics service supply chain’s overall income level through coordination contracts.     

Relational governance and opportunism in logistics outsourcing relationships: empirical evidence from China

Logistics outsourcing is prevalent in today's business world as a strategy to obtain competitive advantages. As in other relational exchanges, it is imperative to understand how to alleviate opportunistic behaviour in logistics outsourcing relationships. Using China's burgeoning logistics industry as a backdrop, and drawing on social exchange and transaction cost theories, this study examines how relational norms and trust mitigate opportunistic behaviour and how environmental uncertainty moderates the effects of norms and trust from logistics users’ perspective. Employing data collected from 119 manufacturing and service firms in China, we empirically test the proposed model and find that trust and norms are effective safeguards in reducing the opportunistic behaviour of logistics service providers, particularly in highly uncertain environments.     

军品包装供应商评价指标体系和方法研究

目的 为了实现快速响应、可靠高效的装备（器材）和物资保障,提高军事物流整体质量,对军品包装供应商进行科学管理。方法 构建军品包装供应商的筛选模型,确立评价指标体系,提出一种集历史、现状和未来为一体的新的综合评价方法,并进行算例验证。结果 通过采用科学的评价方法,对军品包装供应商进行综合评价和遴选,解决了军品包装产品筹措和采购环节由于供应商引起的不确定性问题,使军品包装产品质量得到了有效保证。结论 建立军品包装供应商选择和评价体系,是加强供应商管理的重要基础,也是现代军事物流的重要内容,对推动军品包装发展有重要意义。     

基于动态模糊理论的物流服务质量综合评价

在物流服务质量（LSQ）的评价指标体系中,有些指标存在着不确定性和动态变化性。基于顾客导向的物流服务质量评价体系,采用动态模糊集理论,提出物流服务质量的动态模糊综合评价方法,解决物流服务质量评价中动态模糊性和动态性问题。通过一个案例来说明所提出的方法的应用。
