1.问题的由来金属切削液在金属切削、磨削加工过程中具有相当重要的作用。选用合适的金属切削液,能降低切削温度60~150℃,提高表面质量1~2级,减少切削阻力15%~30%,成倍地提高刀具和砂轮的使用寿命。并能把切屑和灰末从切削区冲走,因而提高了生产效率和产品质量。故它在机械加工中应用极为广泛。  相似文献

对切削液的类型和功能进行阐述,比较几种切削液的功能和切削特点,根据内排屑深孔加工的特点和对切削液的要求,选择几种乳化型切削液进行钻削试验。通过对比试验及结果分析,确定出能适应深孔钻削加工的乳化型切削液,可以满足深孔钻削加工中对刀具的冷却润滑和排屑效果,从而可以减少对切削油的使用,降低生产成本及对环境的污染。  相似文献

This work investigates the roundness of holes by application of Taguchi methods to BTA deep-hole drilling with reference to process factors. Taguchi methods and statistical techniques are used in experimental layout, in the analysis of each control factor, and in prediction of the optimum setting for control factors. A set of confirmatory tests is then conducted to verify the estimated response. Influences of the control factors are discussed, and the levels of factors that produce holes of desired roundness with sufficient robustness are presented.  相似文献

Dry machining is being recognized as ecological machining due to its less environmental impact and manufacturing cost. However, the choice of dry machining is mainly influenced by the workpiece material properties, machining operation and cutting conditions. The recent emergence of austempered ductile iron (ADI) can be considered a significant economic advantage to the increasing industrial demand for cost- and weight-efficient materials. However, due to its microstructure-induced inherent properties, ADI is considered hard-to-machine material. Thus, the dry drilling of ADI is investigated in this paper. The ADI material used in the present study is produced using an innovative process route for near net shape casting production. Drilling experiments are conducted on a DMU80P Deckel Maho five-axis machining centre using PVD-coated carbide tools under dry cutting environment. The dry drilling of ADI under different cutting conditions is evaluated in terms of specific cutting force and tool wear analysis. The influence of cutting conditions on chip morphology and surface roughness is also investigated. The experimental results revealed that the combination of the low feed rate and higher cutting speed leads to the higher mechanical and thermal loads on the tool's cutting edge, resulting in higher specific cutting force values. This behaviour is further supported by the chip morphology analysis, which revealed the formation of segmented chips at higher cutting speed with segment spacing increase with an increase in feed rate. Depending upon the cutting parameters, different modes of tool failures including crater wear, flank wear, chipping, breakage and built-up edge were observed. Surface roughness analysis revealed the influence of tool wear and chip morphology on the machined surface finish.  相似文献

针对某轻气炮身管的零件结构和材料特性,分析难加工深孔零件的加工难点,确定合理的加工工艺。通过试验,优选刀具材料和切削参数。从工装设计方面,采用保护架和弹性厚壁套等措施解决难加工深孔零件的加工变形。根据孔轴线偏斜影响因素分析,提出通过附加外力控制孔轴线偏斜量的方法。结果表明:采用该工艺加工身管,内径尺寸精度和表面粗糙度均达到相应技术要求,孔轴线偏斜量为0.9mm/m,解决了难加工深孔零件的加工变形和孔轴线偏斜问题。  相似文献

As a result of the need to automate assembly in the aircraft industry, along with economic and ecological reasons, industry and research institutions have been pushed to develop dry drilling for aluminium alloys to eliminate the need for cooling fluids. The main difficulties in dry drilling are accelerated tool wear due to workpiece material adhesion on the tool and the formation of bigger-sized burrs. This paper describes an experimental research study on machinability in the dry drilling of aluminium alloys and on the potential of the new design of tools and coatings. Dry drilling tests were performed using uncoated drills and two different coatings produced by means of an arc evaporation PVD process. Experiments consisted of machining with a 10-mm diameter three-edged drill to produce 25-mm deep holes. Tool wear evolution and burr size were analysed, as well as the impact of the process parameters on torque, power, feed force and tool temperature.  相似文献
