螺纹钢冷床头部弯曲分析与措施

中南股份棒材三号线于2022年1月完成改造热试，由于工艺与设备的改变导致成品上冷床后，在冷床头部出现弯曲现象，严重制约了冷床的工作能力与冷飞剪的剪切效率。针对螺纹钢上冷床后弯曲现象，从加热温度、轧后冷却、倍尺剪切等因素分析，制定方案，并成功改善了冷床弯钢现象。

棒材启停式倍尺飞剪综述

在轧制变形区应用轧制压力宽向微分法，从钢坯滑道黑印位置和黑印程度的非对称分布，软件中心线偏离轧制中心线两方面对钢板镰刀弯的形成进行了理论计算和分析，提出了改进操作规程，提高推床适应能力，改进加热炉滑道，加强加热工艺技术管理以及实施热送热装提高热坯的供应能力等多项措施，以适应多倍尺轧制工艺的要求。     

小型棒材生产线起停式倍尺飞剪的电气控制
