我国高性能管线钢埋弧焊焊丝的研究进展

简述了我国输油气管线钢的生产和应用,介绍了管线钢制管用埋弧焊焊丝研制工作。包括X60～X80级别管线钢的H08C、H08D、H05M、H03M系列埋弧焊丝的设计思想、成分设计及性能特点。还指出了X100级别高性能管线钢制管用焊丝的发展方向。     

管线钢埋弧焊丝WGX2的性能研究

国家正准备兴建的西气东输二线工程将首次大规模地采用更高级别的X80管线钢,原用于X70钢的埋弧焊丝因强度偏低无法满足X80钢的焊接性能要求.对用于高级别管线钢埋弧焊丝WGX2的熔敷金属及与X80钢的对接性能进行了研究.试验结果表明,研制的WGX2焊丝可满足高钢级管线X80钢的焊接性能要求.     

高强度高韧性X80管线钢的研制与应用

由于长距离高压油气输送的需要,高强度高韧性管线用钢得到迅速发展.宝钢在完成"西气东输"工程用X70管线钢后,进行了更高强度级别X80管线钢的研制.现就宝钢X80管线铜的研制和应用情况,X80管线钢的成分、工艺、组织、性能和制成φ1 016×15.3 mm螺旋焊管性能进行论述.合理的成分配合最佳的控轧控冷工艺,是X80管线钢获得具有针状铁素体微观组织和高的冲击韧性、优良的低温抗动态撕裂能力的关键.     

包钢CSP流程X65管线钢试验研究

在采用Nb、Ti复合微合金化技术研制X60管线钢的基础上,通过采用Nb、V、TI复合微合金化设计和优化轧制工艺,进行了CSP流程X65管线钢试验研究,完成了焊管试验,其综合力学性能达到标准要求。     

输油气管线钢X52的开发

为了满足管线钢的市场需求,韶钢在研制X52管线钢板的过程中,采用低碳 Nb、V、Ti微合金化的成分设计和采用合理的控轧控冷工艺进行试制.试制结果表明,韶钢生产的X52管线钢板性能达到了标准和用户的要求.     

承钢公司成功试炼X70、C700L两钢种

近日，承钢公司试炼管线钢X70、卷板C700L获成功，钢坯成分、气体含量、铸坯质量等指标均达到标准要求。管线钢X70是具有高强度、高韧性和良好焊接性能的高级别管线。提钒钢轧二厂在总结以往管线钢生产经验的基础上，于4月15日对X70钢组织试制，     

管线钢中厚板X60的研制开发

为了满足稳步增长的管线钢市场需求,酒钢在研制开发9．53minX60管线钢中厚板的过程中,对其成分采取了低碳、高锰、微合金化元素的设计,在冶炼和轧制中采用精心设计的工艺制度,确保了实物质量。开发结果表明,酒钢生产的X60管线钢中厚板的性能达到了标准和用户的要求。     

本钢炼钢生产工艺实现重大突破

本钢成功生产出硫含量少于0．0005％的超低硫钢，为本钢开发生产X70及以上级别石油管线钢、高级别汽车用钢等“双高”产品打下了坚实基础，标志着本钢炼钢生产工艺达到了国内领先水平。控制炼钢生产中钢的硫含量生产超低硫钢，是开发并批量生产X70及以上级别石油管线钢的一个重要指标，目前国内只有宝钢、武钢、鞍钢等几家企业能够生产。2004年以来，本钢将X70石油管线钢作为新产品开     

轧制工艺对X70耐酸管线钢抗HIC和力学性能的影响

研究了终轧温度和在线冷却方式对X70级耐酸管线钢力学性能和抗HIC性能的影响。结果显示:层流冷却相对于在线空冷,钢板的强韧性有明显提高,两种工艺下钢板的硬度指标相当;在相同冷却工艺下,提高终轧温度有利于屈服强度和抗拉强度的提高;抗HIC性能只与铸坯质量有关,与轧制工艺、组织状态、晶粒度大小无关。根据研究的结果进行了X70级别耐酸管线钢的工业试制,所得X70管线钢在强韧性满足标准要求的前提下,保持了良好的抗HIC性能。     

大变形管线钢研究进展

与传统管线钢相比,大变形管线钢具有屈强比低、均匀延伸率高、应变强化指数大以及应力应变曲线无屈服平台等性能特征。大变形管线钢独特的性能来源于其软硬相复合的组织结构。日本大变形管线钢已发展到X120级别;我国亦实现了X70、X80级别大变形管线钢的国产化。介绍了大变形管线钢国内外发展概况,对其应用前景进行了展望。
