针对乌拉嘎黄金矿业公司酸性氧化渣难沉降的特点及高效浓密机本身存在的不足,进行了絮凝剂的选择试验,及对浓密机结构的改进。通过慎重选择絮凝剂、合理确定絮凝剂添加点以及对浓密机脱气槽、中心进料筒等关键部位结构的改进,使浓密机浓缩效果有了明显提高,底流浓度由原来的10%~15%提高到25%左右。  相似文献

本文对国内外普遍使用的高效浓密机的结构特点、工艺特点进行了描述,指出了以往高效浓密机设计的重点在于强化絮凝剂与颗粒的作用,提高絮凝剂的作用效果。理论分析和实践的结果表明,通过改进浓密机的结构,改善浓密机内两相流运动状况同样可以大幅度地提高浓密机的效率,从而实现浓密机的高效化。深锥式浓密机增加了浓密机的压缩高度,改善了絮团中水的排出;改进了浓密机的底流排放方式,极大地提高了浓密机的底流浓度。作者对以上几种类型浓密机在我国的应用前景进行了预测。  相似文献

贵溪冶炼厂选矿车间一台浓密机投入使用不久发生了传动蜗轮箱崩裂、主轴扭曲的事故,浓密机是选厂用于脱水的主要设备,一旦出了故障,停产处理时间长,费用高。经分析造成此次故障的主要原因是浓密机设计机械强度不足,无过载保护装置。为了避免类似事故的再次发生,设计安装了一套可靠的浓密机保护装置,并通过降低传动电机功率,提高铸件的制造质量防止浓密机过负荷时出现零件破坏。重新投入后浓密机耙子能根据负荷情况自动升降,使用近8个月浓密机运转正常。  相似文献
