为了适应太阳能电池生产的新工艺需求,提出一种新型的软着陆闭管扩散炉系统,为扩散炉系统向智能型、精密型的方向发展进行有益的探索,并阐述了软着陆闭管扩散炉系统的结构组成和工艺原理以及技术指标,重点对扩散炉系统中送料装置软着陆单元、炉门自动封闭单元以及炉管压力平衡单元的电气控制部分进行了详细的分析,其中运用了上下位机与PLC结合的控制方式对送料装置软着陆、炉门自动封闭进行了设计,运用PID控制方式对炉膛内压力进行控制,使其达到平衡。  相似文献

以STC89C52单片机为核心设计的设施园艺自动浇水控制系统,由检测、控制和显示三部分组成。将传感器检测到的温湿度、光照等数据与设定条件进行数据比较,根据比较结果控制水泵开启或关闭,直到参数达到正常标准,由LCD1602显示系统运行状态相关数据。系统有定时和自动两种工作模式,可通过程序设定自动浇水条件,也可通过按键设定浇水时间、次数和时长。系统在proteus软件下进行了仿真,后经实物试验,性能稳定,具有一定应用价值。  相似文献

利用单片机设计了电风扇的自动控制系统,分析了硬件电路与软件设计.利用单片机检测18B20采集的温度,根据温度高低,单片机的P2.7脚输出高电平或者低电平,来控制继电器线圈中能否有电流经过,根据继电器线圈通电时,常开触点闭合,设电流经过时,常开触点保持断开,从而实现自动控制电风扇的起停.该系统改变了传统的手动控制电风扇的起停,根据温度高低实现自动控制,方便于夏天人们晚上睡觉时使用.实践证明该系统可靠性高,工作稳定,成本低,实现了弱电控制强电,有较高的应用价值.  相似文献

Controlling liquid adhesion is a fundamental issue in many applications for special wettable surfaces. Compared to superhydrophobic surfaces of different water adhesion, superoleophobic surfaces of controllable oil adhesion are much more practical, as it leads to non‐wetting for both water and oil. However, previously the investigation for oil adhesion ability on superoleophobic surfaces in oil/air/solid system has been extremely rare. In this work, we describe a convenient approach to fabricate superoleophobic surfaces through perfluorothiolate reaction on Cu(OH)2 nanostructure surfaces and investigate their possible application in oil droplet transportation. The prepared surfaces exhibit controllable oil adhesive force depending on surface nanostructures or external preloads on the oil droplet. A model of the penetrating Cassie state is used to help analyze the unique phenomena on oil adhesion. Moreover, we provide a proof of demonstrate of oil transportation for application in oil‐based microreactors via our surfaces. Our results give a useful attempt in understanding the fabrication principle of preparing superoleophobic surfaces with controllable oil adhesion.  相似文献

Fast and controllable surface acoustic wave (SAW) driven digital microfluidic temperature changes are demonstrated. Within typical operating conditions, the direct acoustic heating effect is shown to lead to a maximum temperature increase of about 10 °C in microliter water droplets. The importance of decoupling droplets from other on‐chip heating sources is demonstrated. Acoustic‐heating‐driven temperature changes reach a highly stable steady‐state value in ≈3 s, which is an order of magnitude faster than previously published. This rise time can even be reduced to ≈150 ms by suitably tailoring the applied SAW‐power excitation profile. Moreover, this fast heating mechanism can lead to significantly higher temperature changes (over 40 °C) with higher viscosity fluids and can be of much interest for on‐chip control of biological and/or chemical reactions.  相似文献

A hyperthermia system working at frequencies around 150 MHz is described. It is useful for a penetration depth of 3-4 cm in tumor and muscle tissue. The system includes a new type of inductive applicator giving a beam-like distribution in the tissue, a controllable surface cooling system, and multipoint temperature measurements. A phase I clinical study shows the efficacy of the system, but also the importance of temperature measurements at many points since, in general, the temperature gradients are large.  相似文献

Porous graphene has been widely applied in energy storage, electrocatalysis, photoelectron devices, etc. However, the producing process for porous graphene usually needs long time and is a tedious step. In this work, porous graphene is prepared with controllable pore size by using active metal nanoparticles to catalytically oxidize carbon under microwave combustion process within tens of seconds. The ion exchange membrane based on porous graphene with ≈5 nm pore diameter exhibits a great performance for salinity gradient power generation application with a power density output of ≈1.15 W m?2. This work highlights a new strategy for the design and synthesis of pore‐size‐controllable porous graphene and provides new opportunities for 2D porous nanomaterials.  相似文献

By adjusting pH values of reactant system, the mass ratio of stabilizer/water and aging temperature, size controllable spherical silver nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized. The properties of silver NPs are characterized by X-ray diffrac- tion (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and ultraviolet visible (UV-VIS) absorption spectra. Within the pH values of 7.0-11.0, the aging temperature of 80℃ is better to improve silver NPs in shape to nearly sphere, con- centrate size distribution and reduce aggregation than the aging temperature of 25 ℃. The shape and dispersibility of silver NPs are the best when the pH of the reactant system is within 7.0---8.0. With pH of 7.5, aging at 80 ℃, and sta- bilizer/water mass ratio of 1%, the spherical silver NPs with sizes of 50---70 nm were synthesized. The results are promising to be used to synthesize core/shell NPs when silver NPs are as core.  相似文献

空芯太赫兹(Terahertz,THz)光纤因其损耗低 和易集成功能材料等优点是当前 研究热点。液态水在太赫兹频段具有的独特性质使其在太赫兹辐射、传感和器件等方面具有 多种潜在应用。本文设计一种带有水缺陷层的太赫兹空芯布拉格光纤(hollow core Bragg fiber,HCBF),并采用有限元法分析了其温度特性。结果表明,设计的太赫兹光纤在0.34 THz到0.44 THz频段内存在明显的温度可调的吸收峰,且限制损耗随 着水温的升高而增加。 同时,光纤具有较高的核芯功率比,其值均大于98.6%。本文所研究 的水填充太赫兹光纤在 研究太赫兹与液体相互作用、太赫兹调控器件等领域具有潜在的应用价值。  相似文献
