针对电网电压畸变造成并网电流低频次谐波含量较高的问题,提出一种基于比例积分-准谐振(PIR)与电流谐波检测环相结合和控制策略抑制电流谐波。首先分析并网逆变器原理,建立电流内环数学模型。基于内模原理,引入电网电压全前馈消除电网电压对网侧电流和影响,其次分析电流谐波检测与抑制原理,采用电流特定次谐波检测环对逆变器侧电流提取谐波分量,并采用闭环控制抑制电流谐波,利用伯德图对准谐振控制器参数进行设定。最后建立Matlab/Simulink仿真模型并搭建dSPACE-DS1104半实物仿真平台,分析仿真与实验结果来验证所提控制策略和有效性与可行性。 相似文献

单相光伏并网逆变器建模与控制技术研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
对一种由Boost和带LCL滤波器的逆变电路组成的两级式单相光伏并网逆变器进行了研究。建立了前级电路的小信号模型,不含右半平面零点,且光伏阵列工作点变化不影响除转折频率外的幅频特性,简化了控制器的设计。后级采用双电流环控制策略:将滤波电容电流作为内环反馈量,实现LCL滤波器有源阻尼,并对两种实现方法进行分析比较;外环采用带谐波补偿的准比例谐振控制,实现并网电流零稳态误差控制,具有很好的跟随性能和抗干扰性能。基于能量平衡原理,推导了电压控制器输出到直流链电压的大信号模型,将系统校正成Ⅱ型系统,并引入复合控制,消除了稳态误差,增强了系统抗干扰能力。最后用Saber进行仿真,证明了建模和控制方法的有效性。 相似文献

为解决传统全桥、半桥结构存在桥臂直通,需要加死区时间以及续流回路需经过性能较差的体二极管增大开关损耗的问题,研究一种单相双电感桥式光伏并网逆变器。该拓扑同一桥臂只有一个二极管和开关管,不存在桥臂直通,无需加死区时间,其在采用单极性正弦波脉宽调剂(sine pulse width modulation,SPWM)调制方式的同时,能有效抑制共模电流,解决非隔离型逆变器漏电流问题。采用多谐振控制算法来抑制低次谐波,提高并网质量;同时,利用SiC肖特基二极管续流,解决由续流二极管反向恢复时间增加的开关损耗,能在100 kHz或更高开关频率下确保变换效率,可有效提高逆变器功率密度。设计试制一台500 W原理样机,仿真和实验证明,该拓扑结构具有高功率密度,漏电流抑制能力强的特征。 相似文献

阐述了多支路型光伏并网逆变器的基本原理和研制的关键技术.通过对光伏并网逆变器最大功率点跟踪、并网控制技术和孤岛效应等问题的分析,提出了相应的解决方案:采取最大功率跟踪方法,系统能在光强变化时,迅速、准确地跟踪太阳能电池阵列的最大功率点;以多输入支路的独立最大功率跟踪策略,解决了由于太阳能电池阵列参数不一致造成的输出功率降低的问题;在并网逆变技术上采用电流超前跟踪,简单实现了输出功率因数为1,有效地提高了输出电能质量. 相似文献

This paper presents a single-phase five-level grid-connected PV inverter with a novel dual reference modulation technique. Two reference signals identical to each other with an offset equivalent to the amplitude of the triangular carrier signal were used to generate PWM signals. The inverter consists of a full-bridge inverter and an auxiliary circuit comprising four diodes and a switch. The inverter produces output voltage in five levels: zero, +1/2Vdc, Vdc, ?1/2Vdc and ?Vdc. A digital PI current control algorithm is implemented in DSP TMS320F2812 to keep the current injected into the grid sinusoidal and to have high dynamic performance with low THD. The validity of the proposed inverter is verified through simulation and implemented in a prototype. The experimental results are compared with conventional single-phase three-level grid-connected PWM inverter in terms of THD. 相似文献

A method to characterise the current total harmonic distortion for single-phase inverters is proposed. This method is based on the performance of the inverters along two different types of days: clear sky and partially cloudy sky days. An expression to estimate the average value of the current total harmonic distortion for each type of day is proposed. The values obtained from these expressions pick up the behaviour of the inverters for the two most usual climatic conditions. An optimal sizing methodology based on an energy approach is described and applied to grid-connected photovoltaic systems taking into account the photovoltaic module technology and inclination, the inverter type and the location. A model describing the efficiency for m-Si, p-Si, a-Si and CIS is used. The method has been applied on various meteorological stations in Bulgaria and Corsica (France). The main parameter affecting the sizing is the inverter efficiency curve. The influence of the PV module technology seems less important except for amorphous photovoltaic modules for which special remarks have been made. The inclination on the PV system influences the performances particularly when the inverter is undersized compared to the PV peak power. 相似文献
