复合酶制剂在肉鸡生产中的应用   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
540只7日龄萨索肉鸡随机分为6个处理组,每个处理组设6个重复,每个重复15只鸡,分别饲喂A、B、C、D、E、F6种日粮,A组为正对照组,B组为负对照组,C~F组为在B组基础上分别添加0.012%、0.015%、0.018%和0.021%溢多利浓缩微丸酶,A组代谢能较其他各组高0.42MJ/kg。结果表明,与B组相比,添加0.015%的溢多利浓缩微丸酶可显著提高2~7周龄肉仔鸡日增重和期末体重(P〈0.05),趋于提高采食量并降低料肉比(P〉0.05)。A组可显著提高料肉比(P〈0.05),其他各项指标与B组无显著差异(P〉0.05)。低能量日粮添加复合酶制剂可极显著提高小肠内淀粉酶活性(P〈0.01),也不同程度提高了小肠胰蛋白酶活性。低能量日粮和添加酶制剂均可提高血糖浓度和血清尿素氮水平。  相似文献

试验共设四个组,对照组含3%菜油,试验组分别含2%菜油+1%鱼油、1%菜油+2%鱼油和3%鱼油,研究日粮鱼油替代菜籽油对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质和脂质代谢的影响。结果表明,蛋黄中ALA、DHA含量以2%鱼油添加组最高,分别比对照组提高32.88%(P〈0.05)和22.49%(P〉0.05),EPA含量以1%鱼油添加组最高,比对照组提高13.48(P〈0.05);添加鱼油组蛋黄TC含量升高(P〉0.05),TG变化不明显,MDA含量升高(P〉0.05);血清TC含量升高,以3%鱼油添加量组最高,比对照组提高3.55%(P〈0.05),2%、3%鱼油添加组TG含量降低,分别比对照组下降12,52%(P〉0.05)和51.18%(P〈0.05);血清HDL—C含量升高,LDL—C含量降低,SOD、MDA含量有所降低,蛋重以2%和3%鱼油添加组显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),蛋壳强度分别比对照组提高13.79%(P〉0.05)、41.72%(P〈0.05)和32.37%(P〉0.05)。研究表明,蛋鸡日粮中添加鱼油可以提高ω-3PUFA在蛋黄中的沉积,影响机体的脂质代谢,同时伴随脂质过氧化物合成增加,但对产蛋性能无明显影响。综合各种指标,蛋鸡日粮中以2%的鱼油添加量为佳。  相似文献

选用630只雏鸡随机分成5个处理,每个处理设6个重复,每个重复21只鸡。分别饲喂添加0%,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%及2.0%柠檬酸的5种等代谢能、等蛋白试验日粮,试验日粮中不添加任何抗生素。研究结果表明:①在玉米-豆粕型肉仔鸡日粮中添加1.0%柠檬酸,在0-21日龄阶段日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);耗料增重比显著低于对照组及其他处理组(P<0.05)。添加2.0%柠檬酸,在0-21日龄阶段日增重、日采食量显著低于对照组及其他处理组(P<0.05);耗料增重比显著高于对照组及其他处理组(P<0.05)。在21-42日龄阶段日增重显著低于对照组及其他处理组(P<0.05)。②日粮柠檬酸添加水平显著影响21日龄及42日龄肉仔鸡血液碱储和血液碱超水平(P<0.05);对血液pH值无显著影响。  相似文献

目的:比较研究了DL-蛋氨酸(DLM)和蛋氨酸羟基类似物(HMTBA)对肉鸡肌肉蛋白质合成及质构特性的影响。方法:105只1日龄雄性罗斯肉鸡(约49g)随机分为对照组(饲喂基础日粮)和实验组(0.1%DLM组、0.3%DLM组、0.1%HMTBA组以及0.3%HMTBA组,DLM和HMTBA前期添加剂量为0.1%和0.3%,后期添加剂量为0.08%和0.24%),共7个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只鸡。结果:饲喂0.3%HMTBA可显著提高肉鸡日增重、腿肌重及腿肌率(P〈0.05);与对照组相比,添加0.1%DLM、0.1%HMTBA以及0.3%HTBA可显著提高肌肉RNA含量、蛋白质含量以及RNA/Protein比值(cs)(P〈0.05),且HMTBA效果优于DLM;添加0.3%HMTBA可显著提高肌肉葡萄糖含量及ATPase水平(P〈0.05),显著降低肌肉糖原含量以及肌肉失水率、硬度、咀嚼度和粘结性(P〈0.05)。结论:与DLM相比,HMTBA可更好地促进肉鸡肌肉生长,提高肌肉蛋白质合成,具有改善肌肉质构特性,提高肌肉品质的功能。  相似文献

通过在小麦基础日粮中添加国产酶(EⅠ)和进口酶(EⅡ)两种木聚糖酶制剂,研究了木聚糖酶对肉仔鸡各消化道食糜及粪中非淀粉多糖(NSP)消化率的影响。试验将7日龄肉仔鸡分成5组,分别为小麦对照组、小麦基础日粮中分别添加0.02%EⅠ、0.05%EⅠ、0.02%EⅡ和0.05%EⅡ的4个加酶组,饲喂至21日龄。结果表明:与对照组相比,4个加酶组均极显著提高了可溶性非淀粉多糖(SNSP)在嗉囊、空肠和粪中的消化率(P〈0.01),显著提高了SNSP在回肠的消化率(P〈0.05),且有提高其在肌胃中消化率的趋势(P〉0.05)。此外,加酶还极显著提高(P〈0.01)了不溶性非淀粉多糖(INSP)在粪中的消化率,显著提高(P〈0.05)了INSP在嗉囊和肌胃的消化率,EⅡ组回肠INsP消化率也显著高于(P〈0.05)对照组。  相似文献

本试验旨在探讨葡萄糖氧化酶对仔猪生长性能、养分消化率及肠道微生物和形态结构的影响。试验采用体重(8.71±0.13) kg的“杜长大”三元杂交断奶仔猪300头,随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ3个组,每个组5个重复,每个重复20头。试验Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;试验Ⅱ组在基础饲粮基础上添加0.1%的金霉素;试验Ⅲ组在基础饲粮基础上添加200 g/t的葡萄糖氧化酶。试验期28 d。结果表明,与试验Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组饲粮中的干物质和粗蛋白质的消化率显著升高( P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的胃和十二指肠食糜的pH显著下降( P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组的十二指肠的绒毛高度以及绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著增加(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组胃和回肠中的大肠杆菌数量显著减少(P<0.05),乳酸菌数量显著增长(P<0.05),但盲肠中各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加200 g/t葡萄糖氧化酶可以降低仔猪胃和十二指肠的pH和大肠杆菌的数量,增加乳酸菌的数量,改善十二指肠的绒毛高度,提高干物质和粗蛋白质的消化率,从而提高仔猪的生长性能。  相似文献

将288只1日龄健康AA鸡随机分为3组,每组3个重复,研究在基础日粮中补充外源性谷氨酰胺对肉鸡早期(0-4周龄)生长性能的影响,研究结果表明:添加0.4%谷氨酰胺组显著提高了1周龄内的平均日采食量和平均日增重(P<0.05),且在一定程度上降低了各周龄内特别是第4周龄内的饲料转化率;添加0.8%谷氨酰胺组则对第1,4周龄内的平均日采食量和各周内的平均日增重都有显著提高作用(P<0.05),特别对第2,3周龄内的饲料转化率降低作用明显(P<0.05)。  相似文献

选择90头体重约33kg的“杜长大”杂交仔猪,按饲养试验要求分成3组,其中一组饲喂玉米-豆粕型饲粮,另外二组分别饲喂含0和0.2%GXC的大麦-豆粕型饲粮,进行了为期84天的饲养试验,在试验后期进行了消化试验、采样分析。饲养试验结果显示,添加GXC使日增重提高了7.19%(P<0.01),料重比降低了8.77%(P<0.05);消化试验表明,饲粮中添加GXC酶饲料干物质、粗脂肪和粗蛋白的表观消化率分别提高了26.84%(P<0.01)、14.97%(P<0.05)和16.5%(P<0.01)。添加GXC使十二指肠内容物粘度、粪中大肠杆菌数、腹泻频率分别较大麦对照组降低了12.27%(P<0.05)、53.10%(P<0.05)和47.39%(P<0.05)。消化性能指标分析显示,添加GXC酶组十二指肠内容物总蛋白水解酶活性、脂肪酶活性较大麦对照组提高了1.65倍(P<0.05)和2.94倍(P<0.05),空肠绒毛的高度及绒毛高度比分别提高了54.17%(P<0.05)和1.61倍(P<0.05)。  相似文献

试验旨在探讨糖萜素(Saccharicterpenin)对产蛋鸡生产性能的影响。结果表明,在日粮中添加饲喂糖萜素的试验组,产蛋难平均产蛋率为74.3%,未饲喂萜素的对照组,产蛋鸡平均产蛋率为69.8%,试验组比对照组提高产蛋率4.5%,差异显著(P<0.05)。组比对照组提高饲料报酬8.4%,差异显著(P<0.05)。  相似文献

将140只1日龄艾维茵商品代肉仔鸡,随机分为7组。试验采用2×3因子设计,另设一个对照组,共7个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复5只鸡。在基础日粮中分别添加铜10、50和100mg/kg饲料,分别来自酵母铜和硫酸铜,试验期为21天。试验结果表明:添加10~100mg/kgCu,硫酸铜和酵母铜对肉仔鸡日增重和采食量的影响不显著(p>0.05),与对照组相比,100 mg/kgCu均可以提高肉鸡日增重(p<0.05);酵母铜组的肝脏铜、铁、锌的浓度,胰脏和肾脏铜含量均高于硫酸铜组(p<0.01);硫酸铜组肌肉铜含量高于酵母铜组(p<0.01);两种铜源对胫骨铜、锌和锰的含量没有影响(p>0.05)。  相似文献

研究高粱原花青素(sorghum procyanidins,SPC)对生长育肥猪生长性能、养分消化率、消化酶活性、免疫力和抗氧化能力的影响。160头70日龄、平均体重为(31. 28±1. 12) kg的杜×长×大三元杂交猪,按照单因素完全随机设计分为4个组,分别饲喂玉米-豆粕基础日粮,以及基础日粮中添加100、150、200 mg/kg SPC。实验期为14周,生长期和育肥期各7周。在每个实验阶段开始和结束时称重,每天记录采食量,计算各阶段平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G)。在每个实验阶段的最后3 d,收集粪样测养分消化率。在每个实验阶段结束时,采血测血清抗氧化指数和免疫参数,同时,每个重复随机屠宰2头猪,取胰腺组织,测消化酶活性。结果表明,日粮添加SPC对生长育肥猪的生长性能没有显著的促进作用(P 0. 05)。在生长猪阶段,日粮添加150 mg/kg和200 mg/kg SPC显著降低了消化酶的活性,对养分消化率有降低的趋势。在育肥猪阶段,日粮添加150 mg/kg显著提高了粗蛋白的表观消化率(P 0. 05),200 mg/kg SPC显著地抑制了消化酶的活性(P 0. 05)。与对照组相比,不论是在生长期还是育肥期,添加150 mg/kg或200 mg/kg的SPC均显著地增强了猪血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性以及血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P 0. 05),降低了血清丙二醛(MDA)浓度(P 0. 05),提高了猪血清IgG、IgM和白细胞介素2(IL-2)的浓度(P 0. 05)。总之,SPC有利于提高生长育肥猪抗氧化能力,增强免疫力,但是对于生长育肥猪的生长性能及养分消化率没有显著的促进作用,相反,高浓度的SPC甚至抑制了消化酶的活性,从而影响养分的消化利用。  相似文献

In experiment 1, 224 pigs (initially 8.85 kg and 28 ± 2 days of age) were used in a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement of treatments to investigate the interaction between lactofeed (LF70) (860 g kg?1 whey permeate, 140 g kg?1 soya bean meal) level (175 g kg?1 and 350 g kg?1) and avilamycin (0 and 40 mg kg?1) inclusion in piglet starter diets. Pigs were fed starter diets from day 0 to day 22 and a transition diet was fed from day 23 to day 39. The inclusion level of LF70 in the transition diet was 75 g kg?1 and 150 g kg?1. Pigs fed 350 g kg?1 LF70 had a higher daily gain (ADG) (p < 0.01) and an improved feed conversion ratio (FCR) (p < 0.05) during the starter period than the pigs fed 175 g kg?1 LF70. Pigs fed medicated diets had a higher ADG (p < 0.05) and an improved FCR (p < 0.05) than the non‐medicated fed pigs during the starter period. There was an increase in feed intake (AFI) (p < 0.05) during the transition period with increasing levels of LF70. There was an improvement in FCR during the transition period with the inclusion of avilamycin (p < 0.01). There was a significant interaction (p < 0.01) between LF70 and avilamycin for ADG during the transition period. The inclusion of avilamycin at 175 g kg?1 LF70 inclusion had no effect (p > 0.05) on ADG. However at 350 g kg?1 LF70 inclusion the pigs offered medicated diets had a higher ADG (p < 0.001) compared with non‐medicated diets. In experiment 2, 224 pigs (initially 8.85 kg and 28 ± 2 days of age) were used in a 2 × 2 factorial to investigate the interaction between LF70 level (175 g kg?1 and 350 g kg?1) and zinc oxide (ZnO) (0 and 3.1 g kg?1) inclusion in piglet starter diets. The inclusion level of LF70 in the transition diet was 75 g kg?1 and 150 g kg?1 and of ZnO was 2 g kg?1. There was a significant increase (p < 0.05) in ADG with increasing levels of LF70 during the starter period. The inclusion of ZnO during the starter period resulted in an increase in ADG (p < 0.001) and FCR (p < 0.05) compared with no ZnO inclusion. Neither the inclusion of zinc oxide not of LF70 had an effect (p > 0.05) on performance during the transition period. In conclusion the supplementation of starter diets with increasing levels of LF70, ZnO and avilamycin resulted in increased ADG and improved FCR. The effect of pig feeding in an extensive system based on acorn and pasture or in confinement with a control diet containing 5 mg α-tocopheryl acetate kg(-1) of feed and a 100 mg α-tocopheryl acetate kg(-1) enriched diet on evolution of lipid changes throughout ripening of dry-cured hams was investigated. Feeding regime significantly affected TBA-RS, peroxide value and hexanal content of Biceps femoris and Semimembranosus muscles. Muscles from pigs fed supplemented diet with α-tocopherol or fed extensively on acorn and grass showed significant lower (p<0.05) TBA-RS and peroxide value than ham muscles from pigs fed the basal diet at 210 days of processing. Both feedings reduced significantly (p<0.05) hexanal content at day 210 and day 700. Muscle slices from pigs fed on acorn showed significant higher scores (p<0.05) in aroma and flavour intensity, cured flavour and numerically lower rancid scores than those from control diet hams. ?  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Recently, rice protein concentrate (RPC), a much cheaper source of dietary protein, has become commercially available for use in the feed industry. Importantly, dietary supplementation with RPC can increase feed intake by early‐weaned pigs. The objective of this study was to determine whether RPC can replace milk protein in the diet for early‐weaned pigs. RESULTS: Neither average daily gain (ADG), average daily feed intake (ADFI), nor the feed/gain ratio differed among the treatment groups in weeks 1 and 2. In week 3, the addition of 5 or 10% RPC to diets increased (P < 0.05) ADFI and ADG of pigs compared to those in the control group fed a 60% dried whey diet. During the entire 21‐day trial, ADFI and ADG were greater (P < 0.05) in pigs fed the 5 and 10% RCP diets than in pigs fed the 60% dried whey and 15% RCP diets. There were no differences in the serum concentrations of growth hormone on days 14 and 21, serum concentrations of insulin growth factor‐I (IGF‐I) on day 14, or IGF‐I gene expression in liver and skeletal muscle on days 14 and 21 among the dietary treatments. Serum concentrations of IGF‐I in pigs fed the 5, 10 and 15% RPC diets were greater than those in pigs fed the 60% dried whey diet. CONCLUSION: Findings indicate that up to 10% RPC can be used to replace dried whey in the diet for 7‐ to 21‐day‐old weaned piglets and can improve their growth performance. The effect of feeding α-tocopheryl acetate to pigs on the rate and extent of uptake of α-tocopherol in various tissues was investigated. The rate of iron ascorbate-induced lipid peroxidation was also studied. One hundred and eight Landrace × Large White pigs were assigned at random to one of the following barley-based diets: 20 mg α-tocopheryl acetate/kg feed for up to 126 days; 20 mg/kg feed to day 91, followed by 200 mg/kg feed to day 126, or 200 mg/kg feed for up to 126 days: Pigs from each group were slaughtered at specified intervals. For pigs fed the diet supplemented with 200 mg α-tocopheryl acetate/kg feed, α-tocopherol levels increased with increasing supplementation time up to day 126 in all tissues studied. The highest levels of α-tocopherol were observed in kidney fat and subcutaneous fat (inner layer) followed by subcutaneous fat (outer layer), liver, lung, heart, kidney, with muscle and brain containing approximately the same level. The α-tocopherol concentrations in all tissues examined, from pigs fed 200 mg α-tocopheryl acetate/kg feed from weaning to day 126 were greater than those fed the supplemented diet for 35 days. Iron-induced lipid peroxidation was reduced by dietary α-tocopheryl acetate supplementation, and muscle samples from pigs supplemented for 126 days were significantly (p < 0.05) less susceptible to peroxidation compared to muscle from pigs fed the same supplemented diet for 35 days.  相似文献

本研究进行了两次试验以探讨糖蜜酒精废液蔗渣吸附发酵产物(MABFP)对生长肥育猪的饲用价值。两试验分别选用杜长大三元杂交生长猪30头和肥育猪30头,按性别、体重随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每组30头。试验一(生长猪)3组饲粮分别含0%(对照组),2.5%和5.0%的MABFP,试期29d;试验二(肥育猪)3组饲粮中分别含0%(对照组),4.0%和8.0%的MABFP,试验30d。结果表明,生长猪Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组日增重分别为618,684和666g,差异不显著(P>0.05),饲料转化比分别为3.01,2.89和2.96;肥育猪Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组日增重分别为832,805和832g,差异不显著(P>0.05),饲料转化比分别为3.62,3.76和3.75。肥育猪屠宰测定结果表明,各组猪胴体品质和内脏性状无明显差异。由此可见MABFP可用作生长肥育猪饲料,开发、推广利用此 项资源与技术可降低饲料成本,提高饲料工业和养猪生产经济效益。  相似文献

研究载锌沸石(Zn CP,锌含量为15.5 mg/g)对肉鸡生产性能、肝脏锌沉积、抗氧化功能及其相关基因表达的影响,探讨Zn CP作为抗生素替代品的可行性。300只1日龄AA(Arbor Acres)肉鸡随机分成5组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡,试验期为42 d。试验日粮:1)对照组,基础日粮(含Zn SO4,锌含量为60mg/kg);2)基础日粮+抗生素(40 mg/kg金霉素);3)基础日粮+0.1%Zn CP;4)基础日粮+0.2%Zn CP;5)基础日粮+0.4%Zn CP。结果表明,与对照组相比,不同剂量Zn CP显著提高肉鸡前期体增重(P0.05),0.1%和0.2%的Zn CP显著提高21 d肝脏T-SOD和Cu Zn-SOD的活性(P0.05),0.2%的Zn CP显著降低21 d肝脏MDA含量(P0.05),抗生素组和Zn CP组均能显著提高21 d肝脏T-AOC(P0.05);与抗生素组相比,0.1%和0.2%的Zn CP显著降低21 d肝脏MDA含量(P0.05),显著提高21 d肝脏T-SOD的活性(P0.05),0.1%的Zn CP显著提高42 d肉鸡肝脏Nrf2 mRNA的相对表达量(P0.05)。与对照组和抗生素组相比,0.2%的Zn CP显著降低42 d肉鸡肝脏MDA含量(P0.05)。结果提示,肉鸡日粮中添加Zn CP能提高生产性能,效果等同或优于抗生素;Zn CP可能通过提高Keap1/Nrf2/ARE/抗氧化酶信号通路关键基因Nrf2的表达量来提高肉鸡的抗氧化能力;本试验条件下,日粮中Zn CP以0.1%和0.2%的添加量较好。  相似文献

研究日粮添加有机硒和亚麻籽油对猪背长肌中硒含量、脂肪酸组成、肌原纤维蛋白特性及加工肉制品的影响。选取192头"杜×长×大"三元杂交猪,随机分为4组,设为C组(0.3 mg/kg亚硒酸钠+1.5%大豆油),S1组(0.3 mg/kg酵母硒+1.5%大豆油),S2组(0.5 mg/kg酵母+1.5%大豆油)及SL组(0.3 mg/kg酵母硒+1.5%亚麻籽油)。研究发现有机硒能显著提高猪背长肌中的硒贮存量(P0.05);亚麻籽油能改善肉品的n-6/n-3比例;亚麻籽油相比大豆油能显著提高肌原纤维蛋白的溶解性和凝胶强度(P0.05);0.5mg/kg有机硒在7~12d的储藏期内能减少香肠的脂质氧化(P0.05),但是香肠的微观结构和感官评价不受有机硒和亚麻籽油的影响。因此在日粮中添加亚麻籽油和有机硒有益于富硒富n-3PUFA猪肉的生产和加工。  相似文献

研究了赶黄草水提取物对高脂饮食联合链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用。随机选取10只SD大鼠作为正常对照组(NC),其余大鼠经4 w高脂饮食喂养后,腹腔注射小剂量STZ(35 mg/kg)建立Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型。造模成功后随机分为:模型组(MC)、二甲双胍阳性对照组(PC,500 mg/kg/d)、赶黄草水提物组(PCP,545 mg/kg/d),每组10只。干预4 w后,检测各组大鼠血糖、血脂、抗氧化水平,肝、胰HE染色观察组织病变。结果表明,与模型组相比,赶黄草水提物组空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)水平分别降低43.93%、77.05%(p<0.05),血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)分别升高80.00%、76.32%、42.75%、32.12%(p<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量降低26.89%(p<0.01)。赶黄草水提物能显著降低Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠血糖水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,其机制可能与其发挥抗氧化作用,减少氧化应激有关。  相似文献
