In this work, we investigate the progress of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) sounds during orthodontic treatment. The study of changes in TMJ sounds might help to determine whether there are relations between various types of sounds and the dental malocclusions. TMJ vibrations from patients with lateral cross-bite and Class II Division 1 malocclusions are recorded by means of accelerometers during jaw opening and closing cycles. Then signals are analyzed using the discrete evolutionary transform. Joint time-frequency moments calculated from the evolutionary spectrum are used as features for the classification of TMJ vibrations by a neural network. Signals are classified at different stages of treatment and the results are discussed.  相似文献

研究了手术过程中穿刺针与生物组织的相互作用力,对穿刺力进行了建模,搭建了生物软组织的力觉检测系统,检测系统由软、硬件2部分组成.其中,硬件平台采用了德国生产的高精度位移平台为穿刺针提供动力,利用压阻式力传感器进行力信号检测,并通过数据采集卡实时收集力信号.软件平台利用LabVIEW编程控制电机的运动和数据采集.利用平台进行了针穿刺实验,并利用MATLAB对实验数据进行了处理和分析,得出了穿刺力—位移曲线及其与影响因素的关系.  相似文献

The paper proposes architecture for the software implementation of a multimedia, tele-medicine system. It considers video streaming from both video servers in hospitals and webcams localized to patients. It also considers transmission of vital bio-signs, such as heart rates and blood pressure, etc. All these data are transmitted over a 3G-wireless communication system to various client devices (hand-held devices, such as PDAs) used by physicians and nurses. Our video codec is a software implementation of the MPEG-4 standard, compression rate at about 1/24 sizes suited for available transmitting bandwidth. Moreover, our design, which also integrates the processing of heart sounds, supports a 44.1 KHz sampling rate and a 16-bit representation required about 11 kbps bandwidth. At the same time, in the streaming process, we propose a congestion control scheme to reduce packet losses.  相似文献

SoundWorks, an object-oriented distributed system that lets users interactively manipulate sound through a graphical interface, is discussed. The system handles digitally sampled sounds as well as those generated by software and digital signal processing hardware. An overview of the different types of sounds and window interfaces provided by SoundWorks and of the operations that modify these sounds is presented. The high-level architecture and the design of the SoundWorks system the protocol defined between the user interface code and client application, and the sound kernel specification that manages sounds and lines, performs operations on sounds, and interfaces to the digital hardware are described. The NEWS application programming environment, which provided the necessary primitive graphic items for a graphical window-based interface and offered an object-oriented approach for development of the SoundWorks system, is also discussed  相似文献

There is much current interest in deep brain stimulation (DBS) of the subthalamic nucleus (STN) for the treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD). This type of surgery has enabled unprecedented access to deep brain signals in the awake human. In this paper we present an easy-to-use computer based system for recording, displaying, archiving, and processing electrophysiological signals from the STN. The system was developed for predicting self-paced hand-movements in real-time via the online processing of the electrophysiological activity of the STN. It is hoped that such a computerised system might have clinical and experimental applications. For example, those sites within the STN most relevant to the processing of voluntary movement could be identified through the predictive value of their activities with respect to the timing of future movement.  相似文献

This paper describes software developed to analyze the temporal and spatial aspects of jaw movements, the speed, direction and magnitude of these movements in three dimensions, and the associated electromyograms (EMGs) of the masticatory muscles. Data from a subject chewing gum illustrates the software application. Manipulations of the stored digitized data are described. Temporal aspects of each chewing cycle are defined by specified delimiters for the beginning and ending of jaw opening and closing; spatial aspects are quantified by measurements derived from movement trajectories; and peak and mean velocities are derived from the velocity profiles. EMGs are digitized, rectified, averaged and referenced to jaw movement. Onset latencies, burst durations, rise times to peak activity, time of occurrence of peak activity, and amplitudes of peak and mean activities are measured from the EMGs. This detailed kinematic/EMG analysis provides previously inaccessible information about jaw muscles and the movements they control.  相似文献

This study investigated the effect of object curvature, normal force and material on skin friction coefficient. Twelve subjects slid their middle fingertip pad against a test object with small (11 mm), medium (18, 21 mm) or large (flat object) radii of curvature, while maintaining a normal force of 1, 10 or 20 N. Tested materials were aluminium and four rubber hoses. The average friction coefficient was 0.6 for aluminium and 0.9 for the rubber hoses. As normal force increased from 1 to 20 N, the average friction coefficient decreased 46%. Friction coefficient did not vary significantly with object curvature. The citation of friction coefficient data requires careful attention to normal force levels with which they are measured, but not so much to object curvature between 11 mm and infinity. This study provides skin friction coefficient data that are needed for design of objects that are manipulated with the hands. The investigation of the effect of object curvature on skin friction coefficient has important implications to ergonomics practices as many objects handled in everyday activities have curved surfaces.  相似文献

介绍了一种用于身份识别的心音信号采集和处理系统。该系统利用STC12C5A单片机作为核心控制器,通过自带的A/D对经过放大、滤波等预处理后的心音信号进行模数转换,然后通过RS232总线将信号传输到上位机进行处理,在上位机利用LabVIEW设计一套集数据采集、存储、回放和分析于一体的虚拟检测平台。实验结果表明,利用该系统采集三位被测试者60组心音信号,建立WPT+GA-SVM心音身份识别模型,其识别准确率达到了85%。  相似文献

This paper proposes a method of exploring the local shape of an unknown object using the force and torque information obtained from active touch. In the first, we present a method to estimate an unknown curvature, using rolling and sliding motion with a force/torque sensor attached to the fingertip of the hand. Then, the normal curvature equation from 2D curvatures is obtained. Finally we present a reconstruction algorithm of local geometry by using a normal curvature equation, which is composed of principal curvatures and principal directions. The method is tested by using a hand-arm system consisting of an industrial robot arm and an anthropomorphic robot hand with 6-axis force/torque sensor. The feasibility of the proposed method is experimentally validated for objects with simple geometries such as cylinder, spheres etc.  相似文献

The question of whether prosthesis/abutment tooth interface debonding is associated with inappropriate occlusal force is investigated in this study. A new modeling approach was employed to perform the interfacial stress analyses. Solid models of resin-bonded (RB) prosthesis and abutment teeth were constructed by stacking serious section contours that were obtained from CT images. A 3-D finite element (FE) model of RB prosthesis/abutment teeth was generated in a CAD system after assembling and meshing procedures. An in-house program was developed to combine the FE package (ANSYS) to calculate the interfacial (normal and shear) stresses at the prosthesis/molar interface with the bonding and debonding conditions. After 10 different occlusal force(s) evaluations, three initial opening gaps at the distal margin of the retainer were assumed to examine the possible interface debonding mechanism under the worst loading case. The results indicated that a more accurate FE model of the posterior RB prosthesis/abutments could be generated through combining several computer-aided techniques. The maximum interfacial stresses were obtained when the occlusal force was applied on the buccal slope of the distolingual cusp of the molar. For interface debonding simulations, peak normal and shear stresses were found near the debonding areas and stress values increased gradually with small to large initial opening gaps. From these results, prosthesis/abutment tooth interfacial fatigue damage might arise or accelerate the interface to debond under adequate bonding or initial gap opening conditions after long-term repeated inappropriate occlusal force actions.  相似文献

给出了一种基于FPGA的生命探测信号处理系统的设计方法。从理论上研究了生命探测仪的算法及其软硬件系统。其中在FPGA软件设计中利用模块化的思想方法分别设计了FIR滤波器、异步FIFO、UART、电池监控、功能控制等功能模块。最后完成人体特征信号和体动信号的分析与提取,实现了非接触情况下生命探测与发现。相对于传统的生命探测仪,该设备具有体积小,功耗低,操作简单,携带方便等优点,特别适用于野外和战场生命探测等应用场合。  相似文献

针对传统手写信息采集系统存在的信息获取不全面的弊端,设计了一种基于多维力传感器的手写信息采集系统,给出了系统的总体框架.系统以多维力传感器为核心,不仅实现了对手写过程静态轨迹信息的获取,同时实现了对手写多维力信息的获取.整个系统由用户接口模块、数据采集模块和数据处理模块组成,分析了各模块的设计思想和工作原理,并基于WinCE系统开发了一种手写信息采集系统.实验证明:该系统工作稳定,性能优良,实现了对手写过程中力和位置信息的全面获取.  相似文献

对RCM模型决策系统进行了需求分析,确定了进行模型辅助RCM决策所需的信息,数据处理方式以及如何利用模型辅助决策。所需的信息包括故障信息、维修信息和费用信息等,数据处理主要是对原始故障及维修数据的统计分析,模型主要用于计算最佳工作间隔期和评估工作组合。设计了RCM模型决策系统框架结构及详细流程,改变了以前RCM分析的工作方式,实现了主客观相结合,加强了数据审核,为RCM分析质量提供了保证。提出了系统实现的关键技术,给出了可供参考的实现方法。  相似文献

目前设计的自由射流风洞系统加热气流模拟软件测量得出的气流面受力值容易发生耦合共振,导致测量流量误差较大;为解决上述问题,基于LabVIEW设计一种新的自由射流风洞系统加热气流模拟软件,软件程序包括自由射流风洞系统加热气流流量调节、加热气流时序控制、气流模拟软件等,通过与采集节点的配合完成数据采集、处理、分析等工作;利用Lab-VIEW技术,在程序软面板显示加热气流压力、增益频率等数据,直观地表现加热气流的压力大小以及变化;根据加热气流模拟软件,简化开发测试以及控制系统的程序,使软件调试过程更加简单,容易操作,实现了软件测试程序以及控制程序流程开发的平台化和通用化;实验结果表明,基于LabVIEW的自由射流风洞系统加热气流模拟软件能够减少气流面受力值耦合共振,测量误差在0.2%以内,实现自由射流风洞系统加热气流的准确模拟.  相似文献

针对老人跌倒时的复杂运动情况,进行跌倒标注的较难实现,提出了基于Tri-training半监督算法的跌倒检测系统。本系统使用3D加速度传感器采集运动加速度数据,然后对数据进行特征提取与部分样本标注,使用Tri-training算法训练分类器,最后使用训练好的分类器进行跌倒识别。具体的数据采集传感器设计为可穿戴式设备,服务器端使用Java编写了一个服务器的程序实现对数据的分析与处理。实验结果表明:该方法使用了大量无标签数据的信息,有效提高了跌倒识别的准确率。实验结果表明:本系统能够满足老年人在日常生活中的需求,对于一些意外跌倒能够给予及时的检测与报警。  相似文献
