复合金属氧化物脱硫剂还原法再生机理

利用热天平测试了ＣＯ、Ｈ２还原饱和硫剂微孔内Ｆｅ２（ＳＯ４）３的起始反应温度及还原速率，用Ｘ射线衍射法分析了反应中间产物及最终产物，实验结果表明，脱硫剂还原法再生的反应温度较传统热分解法低约２００℃、ＣＯ作再生脱硫剂的还原气体优于Ｈ２，ＣＯ不充剂内Ｆｅ２（ＳＯ４）３的反应级数为０．８７，活化能为１４２．９ｋＪ／ｍｏｌ。 ?     

稀土钡镁硅铁合金密度和熔化温度范围测定及物相分析

设定ＦＥ３－５％，Ｍｇ６－１０％，Ｂａ４－８％，Ｓｉ～４０％余量为铁（质量百分数）的稀土钡镁硅铁合金，测得该合金的密度为３．７４－４．１４ｇ／ｃｍ＾３，其熔化温度范围为１０５０－１１４０℃，Ｘ射线衍射分析表明主要物相为ＦｅＳｉ２，Ｍｇ２Ｓｉ，ＦｅＳｉ，ＲＥＳｉ２，ＢａＳｉ２，Ｓｉ及新相Ｂａ５．６Ｃｅ２．６Ｓｉ７Ｍｇ１１。     

添加剂对Cr2O3—Al系SHS反应的影响

研究了添加ＣｒＯ３－Ａｌ、Ｆｅ２Ｏ３－Ａｌ＋ＭｇＯ及Ｔｉ－Ｃ的Ｃｒ２Ｏ３－Ａｌ系的燃烧特性。实验发现，添加ＣｒＯ３－Ａｌ、Ｆｅ２Ｏ３－Ａｌ＋ＭｇＯ时，自蔓燃反应易于引发；体系中混入Ｔｉ－Ｃ添加剂对反应引发不利，但在用纯Ｔｉ－Ｃ作引火剂情况下可以引发。随着ＣｒＯ３－Ａｌ添加量的增加，燃烧温度升高，但添加量大于２０％时，燃烧温度反而下降。燃烧温度随Ｆｅ２Ｏ３－Ａｌ＋ＭｇＯ添加量的增加而升高。Ｔｉ－Ｃ添加量的增大对燃烧温度影响不大。燃烧速度随以上添加剂量的增大而增大     

预还原铬铁矿的熔融还原研究

对经过不同预还原步骤的铬铁矿，用碳使其在１５００℃和１６００℃下还原为ＣａＯ－ＭｇＯ－Ａｌ_２Ｏ_３－ＳｉＯ_２系的熔融渣。当预还原铬铁矿在≥１２００℃温度下熔融还原时，铬由Ｃｒ~（３＋）转化为易溶解的Ｃｒ~（２＋）。其原因是由于预还原阶段氧化铁的优先还原，而使氧的分解压降低。熔融还原中，经预还原的金属被溶化，并以液滴形式流出，聚集于铬铁矿粒周围，结果使铬铁矿粒的内部和表面形成许多孔隙，熔融还原率随预还原阶段的还原率的提高而升高，这不仅是因孔隙的数目增多，尺寸变大，而且还因为铬由Ｃｒ~（２＋）转化为Ｃｒ~（２＋）所致。

掺稀土的LiMgAlF_6的合成与光谱特性

采用７３５℃高温固相反应，在高纯Ａｒ气保护下、配比为ＬｉＦ∶ＭｇＦ２∶ＡｌＦ３＝１２０∶１００∶１１０时合成了ＬｉＭｇＡｌＦ６。用Ｘ射线确定其结构为六方晶系。研究了ＬｉＭｇＡｌＦ６中掺Ｃｅ３＋、Ｅｕ３＋、Ｇｄ３＋和Ｔｂ３＋的光谱特性。发现Ｃｅ３＋对Ｔｂ３＋有明显的敏化作用。

ABO_3型稀土复合氧化物结构特征和导电性的研究

用Ｘ－射线光电子能谱（ＸＰＳ）对钙钛矿型稀土复合氧化物ＬａＭＯ３（Ｍ＝Ｃｒ、Ｆｅ、Ｃｏ、Ｎｉ）的结构性质进行了表征，发现ＬａＭＯ３中金属离子Ｍ的ｄ电子具有程度不同的离域性，且随着Ｍ的不同，离域程度递变规律为ＬａＮｉＯ３＞ＬａＣｏＯ３＞ＬａＣｒＯ３＞ＬａＦｅＯ３，这与其导电性大小顺序相一致。

铁酸钴纳米晶体的制备及机理

以ＦｅＳＯ４．７Ｈ２Ｏ、ＣｏＳＯ４．７Ｈ２Ｏ为原料，首先制备出晶粒细小的盐渍化碱式碳酸盐前驱体，在５００℃焙烧１小时后，制备出ＣｏＦｅ２Ｏ４纳米晶体材料，经ＸＲＤ和ＴＥＭ检测，粒径为４０ｎｍ。粒度均匀。     

熔炼次数对M17返回料合金成分、组织和性能的影响

实验结果表明,M17铸造高温合金(%:0.16C、8.79Cr、5.79A1、4.93Ti、3.29Mo、15.20Co、0.78V、0.015B、0.073Zr、0.002S、0.001P、0.001 1O、0.001 0N)经25 kg真空感应炉返回重熔后,Si含量随重熔次数的增加而略有增加,合金中主要元素和其它杂质元素S、P、H的含量变化不大,而氧、氮略有增加;合金中初生碳化物由新合金中的草书体逐渐向返回合金块状转变,初生碳化物的遗传性堵塞合金凝固时的补缩通道,使返回料合金的疏松倾向增大,高温塑性下降较大。
