介绍了柴油加氢精制装置原料泵的基本情况,重点论述了加氢原料泵改造的理论依据、额定扬程的选择,并对原料泵改造前后的参数进行了对比。此次改造效果十分明显,以120t/h流量下的参数为例进行计算,发现原料泵改造后比改造前节约功率45.8kW。此次改造有效地降低了扬程,减少了泵出口管路损失,降低了原料泵的能耗,而且提高了泵的流量,解决了制约装置加工量的瓶颈问题,也为存在相似问题的炼油装置提供了参考。 相似文献

The effect of hydrogen in AHSS material (automobile and structural component) was discussed. Dual Phase steels were highly susceptible to hydrogen-related failure when working on hydrogen environment. The influence of hydrogen on TRIP steel was seen during fractographic examination where the brittle transgranular fracture was presented. TWIP steels results were inconsistent. The mechanisms which were responsible for crack growth are discussed. LIST and SSRT testing were performed for mechanical properties evaluation and SEM and TEM were used for microstructural examination of fractured samples. Simultaneous preventing methods to reduce hydrogen embrittlement such as coating, alloying and providing diffusion layer were discussed. 相似文献

讨论了额定风速以下的变速运行控制和额定风速以上的变桨距控制以及变速与变桨距两种控制策略的相互耦合关系;分析了风电机组主要部件包括叶轮、传动系统、塔架的各阶振动模态以及它们之间的相互影响力;提出了转矩控制对传动系统扭转振动和变桨距控制对塔架前后振动的影响力及控制方案;应用BLADED和MAT- LAB软件对主要控制环节进行设计及参数调整,并对机组的控制效果进行仿真。结果表明,所采用的控制策略和控制算法能够满足控制要求,并能有效地解决动力学问题。 相似文献

Titania nanotubes were synthesized by simple solvothermal method using quasi crystalline TiO2 nanoparticles as the starting material without using autoclave. In the presence of concentrated NaOH (sodium hydroxide), TiO2 nanoparticles were transformed into nanotubes. The complete transformation of nanoparticles to nanotubes was witnessed using Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) and High-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) images and further, the materials were found to be polycrystalline in nature. From the X-ray diffraction pattern and Raman analysis, the TiO2 nanoparticles were found to exhibit the anatase phase and the nanotubes were found to exhibit the titanate phase. The surface area and pore size distribution were analysed using BET (Brunauer–Emmett–Teller) and BJH (Barrett–Joyner–Halenda) analysis. The surface area of the nanotubes was found to be higher compared to the initial nanoparticles and bimodal type pore distributions were observed from the BJH study. The bandgap and defect emissions of the nanotubes and nanoparticles were analysed using UV–Vis absorption and photoluminescence (PL) analysis. The chemical states of the prepared nanoparticles were further characterized using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) were fabricated using the prepared TiO2 nanostructures as photoanodes and their power conversion efficiencies were analysed. 相似文献

Thick YSZ (8 mol% Y2O3–ZrO2) films were coated by EPD, which was performed on non-conducting and graphite-coated NiO–YSZ composites. Weights of depositions had depended on the applied voltage linearly for both types of NiO–YSZ composites. In addition, weights of depositions were significantly higher when graphite-coated substrates were used. Uniform and dense depositions were successfully obtained by both methods. Adhesion strength was evaluated by micro hardness testing. However, it was observed that the interfacial adhesion was improved when graphite-coated substrates were used. The qualities of the deposited YSZ films were different after the subsequent sintering and cracks were developed on the surface of sintered YSZ films when non-conducting substrates were used. SEM observations showed that there were thicker YSZ films on the graphite-coated substrates than on the non-conducting ones. After the reduction process, NiO–YSZ composites were altered to Ni–YSZ cermet, which showed a good electrical conductivity all over it. 相似文献
