本文阐述了抑汗剂活性成分甘氨酸铝锆的生产工艺,对其生产工艺影响因素如反应温度、原料配比、pH值等进行了探讨,并对此产品的主要成分进行了分析,结果表明当甘氨酸铝锆产品中铝与锆的物质的量比为3.5∶1时,甘氨酸铝锆抑汗效果很好. 相似文献

Based on cause and effect rather than experiment data, zirconium hydroxide (Zr(OH)4 · n H2 O) is always considered as hydrous zirconia (ZrO2 · n H2 O). With the aid of nitric acid, XPS, XRD, XPF, and TGA, some differences between them have been confirmed. It is found that in contrast to zirconium hydroxide (the binding energy of zirconium = 183.6 eV), hydrous zirconia does not dissolve in nitric acid. The chemical properties of zirconium (181.8 eV) in hydrous zirconia are similar to those in zirconia (182.2 eV for the binding energy of zirconium), and the weight loss of hydrous zirconia is 21.5%, different from 32.19%, the weight loss of zirconium hydroxide. According to the experimental data, a structure for hydrous zirconia is proposed and then the different phenomena are explained. 相似文献

Monosodium zirconium phosphate or disodium zirconium phosphate by itself did not catalyze the oxidative coupling of methane
and also the deep oxidation of methane. However, NaCl-added sodium zirconium phosphates showed markedly increased activity
and high C2+ selectivity in the oxidative coupling of methane, which indicates that chlorine species or NaCl plays an essential role in
the catalytic action. The catalytic performance became more stable with increasing content of NaCl. The primary reason for
the catalyst deactivation is the loss of chlorine, and a possible secondary reason is the transformation of catalytic substance
to the sodium zirconium phosphates having higher Na/Zr ratios or decomposition of sodium zirconium phosphates to zirconium
oxide and sodium phosphate. Two kinds of surface chlorine species were observed, and the lower-binding-energy species is considered
to be much more active than the higher-binding-energy species in methane activation, although the latter is present in a larger

Conclusions It was found that the sintering of pure zirconium dioxide is inferior to that of the commercial brand. Even with additions of 10% MgO and at a firing temperature of 1700 C stabilization is incomplete.Silica additions to specimens composed of 90 mol % ZrO2 + 10 mol% MgO and 90 mol% ZrO2 + 10 mol% CaO impede the formation of solid solution.In the presence of three to four percent SiO2 almost the entire quantity of magnesium oxide is bound to silica, zirconium dioxide fails to stabilize and cracking sets in.Inasmuch as the formation of the solid solution occurs at lower temperatures in zirconium-calcium specimens, calcium oxide is bound to zirconium dioxide before cracking develop.Silica additions are unsuitable in the production of highly resistant refractories prepared from stabilized zirconium dioxide and its contents should be limited by technical specifications. Silica content in commercial zirconium dioxide should not exceed 1% or 0.5% for the production of heavy-duty parts. 相似文献
