Conventional cathode material (LiCoO2) was modified by coating with a thin layer of La2O3/Li2O/TiO2 for improving its performance for lithium ion battery. The morphology and structure of the modified cathode material was characterized by SEM, XRD, and Auger electron spectroscopy. The performance of the cells with the modified cathode material was examined, including the cycling stability, the diffusion coefficient under different voltages, and the C-rate discharge. The results showed that the cell composed of the coated cathode material discharged at a large current density, and possesses a stable cycle performance in the range from 3.0 to 4.4 V. It was explained that the rate of Li ion diffusion increased in the cell while using La2O3/Li2O/TiO2-coated LiCoO2 as the cathode and the coating layer may act as a faster ion conductor (La2O3/Li2O/TiO2).  相似文献

以钛酸丁酯为原料,用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-gel)法制备了La2O3/TiO2纳米粒子.采用X光衍射仪对粉体的粒径、物相进行了表征.研究了超声光催化协同降解水中邻硝基苯酚的效果,考察了超声波声强、反应温度和催化剂投加量对邻硝基苯酚降解速率的影响.研究结果表明,超声光催化协同降解要比单独超声波或光化学处理效果显著,证实了声光联合技术具有明显的协同效应.  相似文献

通过共沉淀法将La组分掺入到TiO_2载体中,采用浸渍法将V和W组分负载到La_2O_3-TiO_2复合氧化物上,制备出V2O5-WO3/La_2O_3-TiO_2催化剂。考察不同La_2O_3掺杂量对其NH3催化还原NO性能的影响,同时通过多种物理化学手段进行表征分析。XRD,NH_3-in situ DRIFTS,H_2-TPR,XPS和UV-vis DRS测试结果表明,元素La与Ti以La-O-Ti键相互作用,生成高度分散的镧物种,也使得TiO_2具有更好的热稳定性,但由于LaO_x物种与VO_x物种和WO_x物种之间的相互作用,降低了催化剂的氧化还原性和表面Brnsted酸数量,从而降低了其催化活性。  相似文献

This paper presented a scientific study of the effects of four dispersion methods on the dispersion capability of nano La2O3 suspensions, which are ball milling, ultrasonic, ultrasonic followed by ball milling and ball milling followed by ultrasonic. For the purposes of comparing their dispersion capability, sedimentation test, Zeta-potential measurement test, particles size measurement test and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) test were carried out. Suspension ability coefficient was also defined with expectation to estimate the stability of nano La2O3 suspension through granularity size, and their relationship curve was worked out. The results showed that ultrasonic followed by ball milling enjoyed an excellent capability of dispersion for nano La2O3 suspension. Its mechanism was discussed, and breakage models of nano La2O3 particles were developed. The study results indicated that ultrasonic followed by ball milling could break through both the limits of ultrasonic dispersion size range and thermo-effect, and thus was able to overcome the problem of the secondary aggregation of nanoparticles. Moreover, aggregations could be further de-agglomerated. As a result, dispersion capability of nano La2O3 suspension could be improved more greatly by ultrasonic followed by ball milling. And its suspension stability was the best with the highest suspension ability coefficient of the nanoparticles. It was found in the experiment that there was almost no obvious phenomenon of stratification for the suspension with a little sediment after being deposited for 8 d.  相似文献

Nd3+-doped Li1.05V3O8 was synthesized by liquid-state reactions combined calcination.The influences of Nd3+ doping on physical and electrochemical performances of Li1.05V3O8 were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD),cyclic voltammograms,a.c.impedance and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests,etc.Results indicated that Nd3+-doped products had well developed crystal structure of layered LiV3O8 and uniform particle size distribution.Nd3+ doping with a proper amount improved the initial discharge capacity,discharge voltage and ion conductivity of the cathode material to some extent.Nd3+ did not participate in the electrochemical reactions and was beneficial to stability of the crystal structure during cycling.  相似文献

以SbCl3为原料经醇化水解制得Sb2O3前体氧化物,通过浸渍一定量的(NH4)2S2O8和掺杂La(NO3)3制备了一种新型催化剂S2O82-/Sb2O3/La3+.以催化合成乙酸苄酯为探针反应,考察了不同制备条件对催化剂性能的影响.结果表明,1.5 mol/L的(NH4)2S2O8和2.71% La(NO3)3混合溶液浸渍锑前体氧化物,经110℃烘干后,于500℃焙烧3h所得催化剂(SSL2.71-3-500)活性较好.同时,考察了催化剂的稳定性以及对不同酯化反应的作用规律.用Hammett,IR,DTA/TGA,XRD等手段对催化剂进行了表征.  相似文献

采用XRD、激光Raman光谱和TPR技术研究了CuO/La2O3-Al2O3催化剂中CuO高温迁移及固相反应。结果表明,800℃焙烧的CuO(20%)/La203(x%)-Al2O3催化剂,低La2O3负载量(5%和10%)时,La2O3(x%)-Al2O3载体表面即存在CuO和少量CuAl2O4;当La2O3负载量增大(≥20%)时,由于La2O3的阻止作用,使得CuO无法迁移到La2O3内层和Al2O3反应生成CuAl2O4,从而使CuO稳定存在于催化剂表层。高温焙烧(≥900℃),La2O3的隔离作用下降,从而导致生成CuAl2O4。  相似文献

以CH3COOLi·2H2O和锐钛矿型TiO2为原料,通过直接融盐法合成锂离子电池负极材料Li4/3Ti5/3O4,考察合成条件对材料性能的影响,并通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对样品进行物相和形貌分析.结果表明,先在70℃保温5 h或10 h,再在800℃煅烧2 h可得到纯相的Li4/3Ti5/3O4粉末,平均粒径在300nm左右,且粒径分布均匀.充放电测试表明在70℃保温5 h、800℃煅烧2 h得到的样品具有最优异的电化学性能.以0.1C倍率充放电,其首次放电容量达到172(mA·h)/g,接近理论容量,20次循环后,容量仍保持在140(mA·h)/g.与传统的固相法相比,用直接融盐法得到的材料具有较大的锂离子扩散速率、高倍率性能和循环可逆性.  相似文献

The chemical reaction between lanthanum oxide and molybdenum carbide was studied by thermodynamic calcu-lation, thermal analysis and in-situ X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy. The theoretical results show that at the environment allowing for the evaporation of lanthanum, such as in high vacuum, La2O3 in the La2O3-Mo materials can be reduced to metallic lanthanum by molybdenum carbide (Mo2C). To confirm the conclusion, many analysis methods such as XRD, SPS, and TG-DTA were taken. The experimental results show that the chemical state of lanthanum changes during heat-ing. It was proved, for the first time, that reacted metallic lanthanum appears at the surface of this kind of material at high temperature.  相似文献

采用喷射沉积和内氧化法制备出Al2O3La2O3Y2O3/Cu复合材料,研究该材料在直流20 V/20 A的工作条件下触点的电弧侵蚀特性,并与Al2O3/Cu材料进行了对比分析.利用电子天平、扫描电镜等方法分析电弧侵蚀后触点的质量变化和表面微观结构.结果表明,通过添加Y2O3、La2O3稀土氧化物颗粒,可有效降低触头材料的材料转移量.Al2O3La2O3Y2O3/Cu材料的抗熔焊性和抗烧损性优于Al2O3/Cu材料的性能.在直流阻性负载条件下Al2O3La2O3Y2O3/Cu阳极触头表面形成凹坑,阴极触头表面形成凸起,触点表面显示出浆糊状凝固物和喷发坑等电弧侵蚀形貌特征.  相似文献

Combustion catalyst La0.8Sr0.2CoO3 (LSC) is expected to possess relatively high activity for the oxidation of carbon monoxide and many hydrocarbons. If γ-Al2O3 is used as its support, cobalt ions can easily react with γ-Al2O3 at not very high temperature to form spinel CoAl2O4 or spinel-like, which decreases the activity of the combustion catalyst. In this paper, MgAl2O4 and CaAl2O4 were pre-coated on γ-Al2O3 by impregnation respectively, which formed compound support for LSC. It is shown that, when MgAl2O4 layer is covered on the surface of MgAl2O4 by impregnation, the entering of cobalt ions into γ-Al2O3 lattice is restrained, then LSC formed on the surface of MgAl2O4, which leads to a good catalytic activity of xylene complete oxidation. But the layer of MgAl2O4 should be thick enough to reach 30% (mass fraction) MgO in the support due to large size particle of MgAl2O4 crystalline. If polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is added into the impregnation solution adequately, MgAl2O4 particles formed on the surface of γ-Al2O3 are getting smaller, and less amount of MgAl2O4 is needed to cover up the surface of γ-Al2O3. If CaAl2O4 layer substituted for MgAl2O4, more closed cover is obtained in virtue of fine particles of CaAl2O4. The activity examination shows that smaller particles of MgAl2O4 or CaAl2O4 can be more effective to hinder cobalt ions entering the lattice of γ-Al2O3, and better activities will be obtained.  相似文献

The purpose of this work was to investigate the effect of La2 O3 on the granular bainite microstructure and wear resistance of hardfacing layer metal. The hardfacing layer metals with different contents of La2 O3 were prepared. The microstructures of the hardfacing layer metals were observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The hardness and wear resistance of the hardfacing layer metals were measured respectively. The results indicated that with the increasing content of La2 O3, the amount of granular bainite increased, while that of martensite decreased and that of retained austenite did not change obviously. When the content of La2 O3 was 2.55 wt.%, the volume fraction of the granular bainite in the hardfacing layer metal was 73.2%. Meanwhile, the wear resistance of the hardfacing layer metal was the largest, which was 12100 min/g. The mismatch between the face(100) of LaAlO3 and the face(100) of δ-Fe was 7.1%. Therefore, LaAlO3 could act as moderate effective heterogeneous nuclei of δ-Fe and the granular bainite could be refined.  相似文献

报道了以稀土改性固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-MoO3-La2O3为多相催化剂,通过环己酮和1,2-丙二醇反应合成了环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮,探讨了SO42-/TiO2-MoO3-La2O3对缩酮反应的催化活性,采用正交试验法系统地研究了酮醇量比,催化剂用量,反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。实验表明,稀土改性固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-MoO3-La2O3是合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂,在n(环己酮)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.6,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.4%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间1.0 h的优化条件下,环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达88.8%。  相似文献

The oxidation behavior of 0. 8% La2O3- Mo5Si3/MoSi2 composites at 1200℃ in air was investigated. The results reveal that the oxidation resistance of the material with 0. 8% La2O3 and Mo5Si3 is impaired. The oxidation resistance is decreased with increasing Mo5Si3 content. The mass loss follows a linear law in the initial oxidation. With oxidation time prolonging, a continuous and dense oxidation scale prevents oxygen from diffusing increasing when and leads to mass change a Mo5Si3 content is less than 30%. However, the composite shows "PEST" with the addition of 40% Mo5Si3. With increasing Mo5Si3 content, the oxidation resistance of 0.8% La2O3- Mo5Si3/MoSi2 decreases. This attributes to the poor oxidation resistance of M05Si3 and the relative density decreasing of 0. 8% La2O3-Mo5Si3/MoSi2 composite.  相似文献

采用3种不同的顺序制备了镧镍复合氧化物前驱体后,再在这3种物质上用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列Cu/La2O3-NiO催化剂。用XRD、TEM分别对催化剂表面结构、表面形貌进行了表征,以CO2和H2O光催化合成甲醇反应为探针反应研究了不同的制备方法对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明:先混合碾磨并一起焙烧后再处理的Cu/La2O3-NiO催化剂,其光催化活性最强,而先分开碾磨后一起焙烧再处理的催化剂光催化活性其次,而机械混合后再一起处理的催化剂对目的反应没有光催化活性。其中0.5%Cu/La2O3-NiO催化剂的催化效果最好。  相似文献
