论述了一种基于三点法的大型回转窑轴线在线测量新方法,该方法不仅能够测得回转窑筒体回转中心的动态变化情况,同时还可以测取轮带和托轮的直径以及它们的变形情况。应用该方法,设计研制了一种新型大型回转窑运行轴线动态测量系统,由基于ATmega128单片机的下位机数据采集系统和基于PC机的上位机数据分析处理系统共同构成,通过USB口实现上下位机的通信。该系统具有结构简单、安装使用方便、测量精度高等特点。 相似文献

This paper presents a probabilistic reliability method for the welded shell during crack growth. The crack growth model incorporated with a failure assessment diagram, which provides a better estimation of the critical crack depth, is developed to describe fatigue failure. All variables used of particular welded joints are studied. The stress variables are based on resultant stress calculated by using the finite element (FE) code ANSYS. Fatigue reliability analysis of the welded shell is performed by using the Monte Carlo simulation method. It is demonstrated that fatigue reliability analysis is significantly useful for the repair schedule of shell cracks. 相似文献

Very often in a manufacturing plant, an important job order must be processed with higher priority than other regular jobs. It is vital for management to understand the impact on production performance of these high priority job orders. In this paper, this dynamic behaviour of assembly line systems is studied using computer simulation and derived metamodels in the form of mathematical expressions. An extensive computer simulation study is first conducted off-line. Next, analytical representations of the system lmetamodels) are fitted to the dynamic behaviour as simulated. These relatively simple equations can then be used on-line to estimate the impact of high priority job order processing when it occurs. The results indicate that the system response to this dynamic event can be described by first-order exponential delay functions captured in metamodels from simulation results. Using only the metamodels, the finish time of high priority jobs can be predicted and the number of delayed regular assembly products can be estimated in real time in the shop floor. This information is very valuable and useful for production scheduling. 相似文献

The contribution of this paper consists of new development of transverse shear stresses through the thickness and finding an expression for the critical time step for explicit time integration of layered shells. This work presents the finite element (FE) formulation and implementation of a higher‐order shear deformable shell element for dynamic explicit analysis of composite and sandwich shells. The formulation is developed using a displacement‐based third‐order shear deformation shell theory. Using the differential equilibrium equations and the interlayer requirements, special treatment is developed for the transverse shear, resulting in a continuous, piecewise quartic distribution of the transverse shear stresses through the shell thickness. Expressions are developed for the critical time step of the explicit time integration for orthotropic homogeneous and layered shells based on the developed third‐order formulation. To assess the performance of the present shell element, it is implemented in the general non‐linear explicit dynamic FE code DYNA3D.
