为了解决金属软管接头组件表面检测精准度不高和检测效率不高的实际问题,设计一套基于机器视觉的接头组件表面缺陷检测系统。针对接头组件图像背景复杂、噪声干扰多,通过使用图像滤波去噪、Otsu算法二值化以及图像形态学分析,提高图像的对比度,有效提取目标检测区域。而后采用Canny边缘检测算法,对图像进行边缘轮廓精准识别,并采用快速傅里叶变换方法和R-FCN算法,对缺陷特征信息快速进行匹配提取和分类处理。试验结果表明:此缺陷检测系统能有效提高检测效率,保证较高的检测准确率和精度,满足实际工业检测的需求,具有较好的实用价值。 相似文献

为了提高数控机床热误差建模精度,提出了基于时序模型优化选择的热误差建模方法,重点论述了时序分析法用于机床热误差建模时的模型优化选择问题.通过分析热误差序列自相关函数和偏自相关函数的性质进行时序模型识别,采用AIC、F和白度检验定阶准则相结合的判定方法,完成模型阶次的确定,从而为时序建模提供了选型和定阶依据,使时序分析方法更加有效地应用于热误差建模.对一台车削加工中心进行了热误差建模,并通过对比分析验证了基于时序模型优化选择的热误差建模方法能够显著提高建模精度. 相似文献

The automatic detection of subsurface defects has become a desired goal in the application of non-destructive techniques. A new algorithm based on the Hough transform is proposed to reduce human intervention to a minimum by pulsed thermography. The final result provided by this algorithm is an image showing the different defects without having attended to parameters so determinant in other algorithms as the delayed time of the first image or any subjective point of view in the analysis. 相似文献

In this paper, an advanced approach to characterize defects in homogeneous materials based on multiresolution analysis of infrared images is presented. This is mainly a non-destructive evaluation technique based on the flash method in transmission mode. An experimental device using infrared thermography was designed and realized. The equipment includes an infrared imager for following the temporal evolution of the temperature in the rear face of the tested sample. The other front face receives a flash from a halogen lamps excitation source. The thermal images generated at the rear face are segmented using a wavelet transform multiresolution analysis in order to extract all defects zones and subsequently processed to estimate their corresponding surface sizes. The experimental results on the test materials with hidden defects show the advantage of the segmentation technique applied to the response images of the system. High precision of the localization and accurate estimation of the surface sizes of the detected defects are achieved with the advanced method, involving a denoising of the images using a thresholding of wavelet coefficients. The outcome is a significantly improved detection quality, due mainly to the advanced processing, which does not depend on the type, shape and size of the defects. 相似文献

The objective of this study is to identify defects such as surface cracks, subsurface defects and metal losses using feature based pulsed eddy current sensors. A new feature, termed as the rising point, related to the propagation time of electromagnetic waves in metallic targets is proposed for defect classification. Experimental studies of the validation, robustness of the new feature of rising time are reported. In addition to other features, defects can be detected and quantified robustly and lift-off can also be derived from the rising time. Conclusion and further work are derived on the basis of the findings. 相似文献
