为了解决橡胶工业生产中由于炭黑、白炭黑作橡胶补强填料时成本过高的问题,通过采用适当的改性药剂对粉煤灰进行改性处理,使改性后的粉煤灰能够部分替代炭黑作橡胶补强填料。通过试验数据发现改性得到的粉煤灰部分替代炭黑作橡胶补强填料时的各种性能都接近甚至超过炭黑作橡胶补强填料时的性能。尤其是当改性粉煤灰以30%替代炭黑作橡胶补强填料时的效果更好。结果表明:用改性粉煤灰部分替代炭黑作橡胶补强填料具有重大的经济效益和社会效益。  相似文献

高岭土经煅烧,粉碎,表面改性和处理后可制取橡胶补强填料,经改性处理对补强性能影响的实验研究表明:高岭土由于基本身性质的特殊性,极易在表面进行接枝改性;过320目筛,经含量为3%的处理剂表面后的高岭土填料对橡胶具有较好的补强作用,可完全替代碳酸钙或陶土,产生较好的补强效果,也可部分替代炭黑,降低生产成本,表6,参3。  相似文献

通过化学成分分析、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜等方法,分析了粉煤灰的性质,对粉煤灰进行化学改性,用改性粉煤灰代替白炭黑作橡胶补强材料,制品的抽出力基本达到国标,但不及煤粉炉燃烧后的粉煤灰改性后作橡胶补强填料的效果好,而且制品的密度高于用白炭黑的制品密度。  相似文献

根据矿物填料在橡胶中作用机理的分析和阜新千枚岩矿物组成特性的研究。采用粉碎和超细粉碎、化学改性等深加工手段,研发橡胶填料,实现了325目未改性千枚岩粉产品与轻质碳酸钙的等量替代;不同粒度(400目和1250目)千枚岩粉体化学改性处理后,产品替代了50%的半补强炭黑,并实现了产业化生产,开发了一种矿物橡胶填料和补强材料。  相似文献

通过分析改性煤系高岭土在橡胶中的补强作用及机理,研究了原料粒度、煅烧和改性剂配方对煤系高岭土表面改性效果的影响。高岭土粒度越小,与橡胶基体形成的界面层面积越大,补强效果越好。在同样的表面改性处理条件下,未煅烧煤系高岭土比煅烧高岭土的改性效果好,对橡胶的补强作用强。偶联剂类型和用量是影响表面改性的重要因素。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
