In this paper, we investigate a specialized two-stage hybrid flow shop scheduling problem with parallel batching machines considering a job-dependent deteriorating effect and non-identical job sizes simultaneously. A novel concept of three-dimensional wasted volume based on the job normal processing time, job size, and job deteriorating rate is first proposed. Some structural properties, as well as a heuristic algorithm, are developed to solve the single parallel batching machine scheduling problem. Since the two-stage hybrid flow shop scheduling problem is NP-hard, a hybrid EDA-DE algorithm combining estimation of distribution algorithm (EDA) and differential evolution (DE) algorithm is proposed to tackle the studied problem. In addition, the Taguchi method of design of experiments (DOE) is implemented to tune the parameters of the EDA-DE. Finally, a series of computational experiments are carried out to compare the performance of the proposed hybrid EDA-DE algorithm and some recent existing algorithms from the literature, and the comparative results validate the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

提出一种算法融合策略,解决单一算法求解模糊Job Shop调度问题存在的不足,提高这类问题的求解质量.算法融合策略中,采用遗传算法和蚁群算法进行并行搜索;根据模糊Job Shop调度问题解的特征,提出基于关键工序的邻域选择方法,并将基于这种邻域选择方法的禁忌搜索算法作为局部搜索算法,加强了遗传算法和蚁群算法的局部搜索能力.采用算法融合策略的混合优化算法对以13个难的benchmarks问题经模糊化得到实例进行求解,在较短的时间内,得到的平均满意度较并行遗传算法(PGA)提高5.24%、较TSAB算法提高8.40% .采用算法融合策略构造的混合算法具有较强的搜索能力,说明提出的混合搜索策略是有效的.  相似文献

针对柔性作业车间,建立一种以能耗最小化为目标的数学模型,解决低碳策略下的该车间内的作业调度问题。对于上述模型,提出一种改进型候鸟优化(Improved Migrating Birds Optimization,IMBO)算法进行求解。结合全局搜索、局部搜索和随机规则三种方式初始化种群,确保算法的求解质量和收敛速度。采用两种有效的邻域结构构造个体的邻域解,并在此基础上设计一种局部搜索方法增强算法的局部寻优能力。此外,引入一种跳跃机制避免算法陷入早熟收敛状态。通过大量计算结果验证了模型和算法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

This paper deals with a stochastic group shop scheduling problem. The group shop scheduling problem is a general formulation that includes the other shop scheduling problems such as the flow shop, the job shop and the open shop scheduling problems. Both the release date of each job and the processing time of each job on each machine are random variables with known distributions. The objective is to find a job schedule which minimizes the expected makespan. First, the problem is formulated in a form of stochastic programming and then a lower bound on the expected makespan is proposed which may be used as a measure for evaluating the performance of a solution without simulating. To solve the stochastic problem efficiently, a simulation optimization approach is developed that is a hybrid of an ant colony optimization algorithm and a heuristic algorithm to generate good solutions and a discrete event simulation model to evaluate the expected makespan. The proposed approach is tested on instances where the random variables are normally, exponentially or uniformly distributed and gives promising results.  相似文献

In this paper we propose an improved algorithm to search optimal solutions to the flow shop scheduling problems with fuzzy processing times and fuzzy due dates. A longest common substring method is proposed to combine with the random key method. Numerical simulation shows that longest common substring method combined with rearranging mating method improves the search efficiency of genetic algorithm in this problem. For application in large-sized problems, we also enhance this modified algorithm by CUDA based parallel computation. Numerical experiments show that the performances of the CUDA program on GPU compare favorably to the traditional programs on CPU. Based on the modified algorithm invoking with CUDA scheme, we can search satisfied solutions to the fuzzy flow shop scheduling problems with high performance.  相似文献

In this paper, we minimize the weighted and unweighted number of tardy jobs on a single batch processing machine with incompatible job families. We propose two different mixed integer linear programming (MILP) formulations based on positional variables. The second formulation does not contain a big-M coefficient. Two iterative schemes are discussed that are able to provide tighter linear programming bounds by reducing the number of positional variables. Furthermore, we also suggest a random key genetic algorithm (RKGA) to solve this scheduling problem. Results of computational experiments are shown. The second MILP formulation is more efficient with respect to lower bounds, while the first formulation provides better upper bounds. The iterative scheme is effective for the weighted case. The RKGA is able to find high-quality solutions in a reasonable amount of time.  相似文献

Finding feasible scheduling that optimize all objective functions for flexible job shop scheduling problem (FJSP) is considered by many researchers. In this paper, the novel hybrid genetic algorithm and simulated annealing (NHGASA) is introduced to solve FJSP. The NHGASA is a combination of genetic algorithm and simulated annealing to propose the algorithm that is more efficient than others. The three objective functions in this paper are: minimize the maximum completion time of all the operations (makespan), minimize the workload of the most loaded machine and minimize the total workload of all machines. Pareto optimal solution approach is used in NHGASA for solving FJSP. Contrary to the other methods that assign weights to all objective functions to reduce them to one objective function, in the NHGASA and during all steps, problems are solved by three objectives. Experimental results prove that the NHGASA that uses Pareto optimal solutions for solving multi-objective FJSP overcome previous methods for solving the same benchmarks in the shorter computational time and higher quality.  相似文献

Flexible job shop scheduling is very important in both fields of production management and combinatorial optimization. Owing to the high computational complexity, it is quite difficult to achieve an optimal solution to this problem with traditional optimization approaches. Motivated by some empirical knowledge, we propose an efficient search method for the multi-objective flexible job shop scheduling problems in this paper. Through the work presented in this work, we hope to move a step closer to the ultimate vision of an automated system for generating optimal or near-optimal production schedules. The final experimental results have shown that the proposed algorithm is a feasible and effective approach for the multi-objective flexible job shop scheduling problems.  相似文献

A parallel approach to flexible job shop scheduling problem is presented in this paper. We propose two double-level parallel metaheuristic algorithms based on the new method of the neighborhood determination. Algorithms proposed here include two major modules: the machine selection module refer to executed sequentially, and the operation scheduling module executed in parallel. On each level a metaheuristic algorithm is used, therefore we call this method meta2heuristics. We carry out a computational experiment using Graphics Processing Units (GPU). It was possible to obtain the new best known solutions for the benchmark instances from the literature.  相似文献

针对不确定多目标柔性作业车间调度问题,将工序加工时间采用区间数表示,以区间最大完工时间和区间机器总负荷为优化目标,构建多目标区间柔性作业车间调度模型,并设计一种多目标进化优化算法对该模型进行求解.算法采用混合策略生成初始化种群,并采用贪婪插入法对染色体进行解码,通过基于可能度的占优关系评价个体性能,将区间目标归一化结合拥挤距离反映优化解的分布情况.实验结果验证了所提出算法的有效性.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the job shop scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing the total weighted tardiness. We propose a hybrid shifting bottleneck-tabu search (SB-TS) algorithm by replacing the re-optimization step in the shifting bottleneck (SB) algorithm by a tabu search (TS). In terms of the shifting bottleneck heuristic, the proposed tabu search optimizes the total weighted tardiness for partial schedules in which some machines are currently assumed to have infinite capacity. In the context of tabu search, the shifting bottleneck heuristic features a long-term memory which helps to diversify the local search. We exploit this synergy to develop a state-of-the-art algorithm for the job shop total weighted tardiness problem (JS-TWT). The computational effectiveness of the algorithm is demonstrated on standard benchmark instances from the literature.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a constructive heuristic to minimize total flow time criterion for the well-known NP-hard no-wait flow shop scheduling problem. It is based on the assumption that the priority of a job in the initial sequence is given by the sum of its processing times on the bottleneck machines. The initial sequence of jobs thus generated is further improved using a new job insertion technique. We show, through computational experimentation, that the proposed method significantly outperforms the best-known heuristics while retaining its time complexity of O(n2). Statistical tests of significance are used to confirm the improvement in solution quality.  相似文献

This paper proposes hybrid differential evolution (HDE) algorithms for solving the flexible job shop scheduling problem (FJSP) with the criterion to minimize the makespan. Firstly, a novel conversion mechanism is developed to make the differential evolution (DE) algorithm that works on the continuous domain adaptive to explore the problem space of the discrete FJSP. Secondly, a local search algorithm based on the critical path is embedded in the DE framework to balance the exploration and exploitation by enhancing the local searching ability. In addition, in the local search phase, the speed-up method to find an acceptable schedule within the neighborhood structure is presented to improve the efficiency of whole algorithms. Extensive computational results and comparisons show that the proposed algorithms are very competitive with the state of the art, some new best known solutions for well known benchmark instances have even been found.  相似文献

In this paper we consider a two-machine flow shop scheduling problem with effects of deterioration and learning. By the effects of deterioration and learning, we mean that the processing time of a job is a function of its execution starting time and its position in a sequence. The objective is to find a sequence that minimizes the total completion time. Optimal solutions are obtained for some special cases. For the general case, several dominance properties and some lower bounds are derived, which are used to speed up the elimination process of a branch-and-bound algorithm. A heuristic algorithm is also proposed, which is shown by computational experiments to perform effectively and efficiently in obtaining near-optimal solutions.  相似文献

Hydraulic cylinders perform straight-line reciprocating movements, and they have been used widely in various forms in many different industries. In this paper, we select a sample of the various types of standard hydraulic cylinders. Each cylinder’s near-optimal processing time and the processing order of the cylinder’s parts are investigated using two different techniques. First, we study typical procedures, known as ‘Dispatching Rules’, which would be used in a job shop to resolve scheduling problems. Second, we investigate another kind of technique, called ‘Genetic Algorithms’. The goal of this paper, we show that efficient scheduling solutions are calculated by using dispatching rules and genetic algorithms for manufacturing standard hydraulic cylinders, and we propose that a way to use dispatching rules in association with genetic algorithms should be considered for resolving job shop scheduling problems.  相似文献

This paper addresses the job shop scheduling problem with time lags and sequence-dependent setup times. This is an extension of the job shop scheduling problem with many applications in real production environments. We propose a scatter search algorithm which uses path relinking and tabu search in its core. We consider both feasible and unfeasible schedules in the execution, and we propose effective neighborhood structures with the objectives of reducing the makespan and regain feasibility. We also define new procedures for estimating the quality of the neighbors. We conducted an experimental study to compare the proposed algorithm with the state-of-the-art, in benchmarks both with and without setups. In this study, our algorithm has obtained very competitive results in a reduced run time.  相似文献

A hybrid simulated annealing algorithm based on a novel immune mechanism is proposed for the job shop scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing total weighted tardiness. The proposed immune procedure is built on the following fundamental idea: the bottleneck jobs existing in each scheduling instance generally constitute the key factors in the attempt to improve the quality of final schedules, and thus, the sequencing of these jobs needs more intensive optimization. To quantitatively describe the bottleneck job distribution, we design a fuzzy inference system for evaluating the bottleneck level (i.e. the criticality) of each job. By combining the immune procedure with a simulated annealing algorithm, we design a hybrid optimization algorithm which is subsequently tested on a number of job shop instances. Computational results for different-sized instances show that the proposed hybrid algorithm performs effectively and converges fast to satisfactory solutions.  相似文献
