继续沿用传统PS版的计算机直接制版技术(CTCP)对于我国的印刷包装行业具有特殊重要的意义。亟待解决的问题是实现光源对PS版的脉冲式曝光。本文报道了一套采用正弦脉冲高频电源激励的新型氮气等离子体光源,首次获得了光源的准脉冲输出,并成功的对一种超感度PS版进行了曝光。光谱分析表明氮气等离子体光源的光谱结构较碘镓灯更适于传统PS版曝光。进一步从电源电压、工作气压等方面探讨了光源的最佳运行参数,随着电源功率的增大和光源结构参数的优化,可望得到更大的光输出功率。本文对实现CTCP技术的脉冲式曝光具有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

计算机直接制版技术(CTP)是当前印刷技术领域研究的热点问题之一,采用传统PS版的计算机直接制版(CTCP)由于继续沿用传统的预涂感光版(PS版),在印刷适性、耐印力、印品分辨率等方面具有明显的优势,同时成本低,市场量大。但人们对PS版感光材料曝光特性的研究相对较少,本文给出了1种超感度重氮盐PS版的最低曝光能量同波长之间的关系,在波长405nm处所需的临界曝光能量仅为10.35m J/cm2。从曝光前后颜色密度值变化、感光材料红外分析方面,对PS版的曝光效果做了详细的测量。 相似文献

CTcP技术采用普通预涂感光版,在国内印刷市场中的应用正逐渐增加。为了更好地控制网点的复制过程,提高印刷质量,通过实验和对比方法,采用6套不同方案,对测试版进行了输出,探讨了印版网点的复制特性,分析了印版网点的微观结构。结果表明:制版工艺、加网线数、成像分辨率均对网点复制有一定的影响。与传统的CTF工艺相比,CTcP制版工艺的网点复制性能更佳,表现为成像更精确,均匀性更好,阶调复制曲线更平滑,制版过程的可控性更佳。 相似文献

One of the most interesting application areas of screen printing is the production of microelectronic devices. Although negative photoresists are commonly used for the screen printing plate, their resolution limit is about 30 µm. A higher resolution of resist patterns on the screen plate is essential for microelectronic device applications. This paper describes the novel design of a UV‐curable positive photoresist and its application to the screen printing plate. Positive patterns on the screen plate were obtained by conventional photolithography using a photomask and 365 nm light and the patterns were exposed to 254 nm light to enhance the mechanical strength of the resist patterns. It was essential to use photoacid generators sensitive to 365 nm and photoradical generators sensitive to 254 nm. A screen printing plate, which enabled the formation of 6 µm wide conductive lines, was developed. © 2016 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

传统真空玻璃支撑柱采用人工或机器布放,存在生产效率低、漏布率高等缺点。本文采用低熔点玻璃浆料印刷烧结制备支撑柱,优化了支撑柱印刷浆料调和浓度及印刷板参数,分析了不同烧结温度对支撑柱成型尺寸和强度的影响。结果表明,优化后的浆料调和浓度为5 g/mL,优化后的印刷板孔径为1.0 mm,厚度为0.5 mm,支撑柱最佳烧结温度为380 ℃,成型后支撑柱直径为1.25 mm,高度为0.23 mm,硬度达549.92 HV,性能较好。该研究对真空玻璃制造工艺具有指导意义。 相似文献

In this research, biodegradable blend of poly(ɛ-caprolactone) (PCL) and poly(lactic acid) (PLA) is proposed as a new material for the production of a printing plate for embossing process. Printing plates for embossing consist of raised printing elements and recessed nonimage elements. In production of printing plates, laser technology was used in order to form a relief printing plate. The embossing process is based on the principle of the pressure of the relief printing plate into the printing substrate, which causes the controlled deformation of the substrate and three-dimensional (3D) effect. Coir fibers (CFs) were added as a natural filler to PCL/PLA blends to improve and adjust the properties of produced blends. Scanning electron microscopy micrographs, dynamic mechanical analysis analysis, roughness, and hardness were measured on prepared materials, and 2D and 3D microscopy was conducted on laser engraved printing plates. Results have shown that the addition of CFs improved the mechanical properties of produced materials. DMA results indicate the semicrystalline structure of all prepared blends, and that the addition of CFs raises the elasticity of the composites. Laser engraving showed that it is possible to engrave the produced biodegradable materials and to use it as a material for production of printing plates. 相似文献

In the last ten years, offset printing has achieved the broadest application on the printing market due to its inherent advantages. Light sensitive offset plates for contact UV exposure are mainly used at present. The chemistry of these plates are based on the photoreactions of quinone diazides, diazo resins and radical photopolymers. For the further development of offset printing plates the improvement of the light sensitivity and extension of spectral sensitivity to the visible range is a market-driven requirement to realize transfer of computer stored informations by laser. For this requirement electrophotographic systems, systems based on silver halides and photoinduced polymerizations are most important.
