This paper introduces a knowledge-based vision system for industrial environments. It is designed to control a cell in an assembly system. The images from the environment are taken as gray scale images. Based on a single image, the system has to recognize type and position of the recorded parts and to control their placement in the environment for further manipulation. This requires the explicit representation of rich task-specific knowledge. The effort to adapt our system to new tasks is very small. Thus, it is very important that the system is able to support major parts of the activities that are necessary for the acquisition of new knowledge. The system consists of three components-image segmentation, knowledge acquisition, and matching-which are described in detail. All the methods presented were tested using different parts of an electric motor as an example.  相似文献

传统的数据更新同步往往每次直接更新整个文件或不加选择地更新局部改动部分。后者虽然节约了一部分通信带宽,但是每次文件变化,不管变化多少都立即更新,增加了通信负荷,这两种方法均不能很好地满足工业互联网实时性要求。针对此问题,提出了一种工业互联网端边云协同数据同步方案。该方案通过计算差分文件进行阈值判断。若在阈值范围内,则将变化的数据块进行编码、压缩上传到对应的云存储节点中解压存储;否则将相关信息暂存在边缘层。通过和RS编码、Rsync差分算法的对比实验可知,该方案提高了更新数据传输效率,且通过编码压缩提高了安全性,性能整体优于其他方法。  相似文献

Robots are important in high-mix low-volume manufacturing because of their versatility and repeatability in performing manufacturing tasks. However, robots have not been widely used due to cumbersome programming effort and lack of operator skill. One significant factor prohibiting the widespread application of robots by small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is the high cost and necessary skill of programming and re-programming robots to perform diverse tasks. This paper discusses an Augmented Reality (AR) assisted robot programming system (ARRPS) that provides faster and more intuitive robot programming than conventional techniques. ARRPS is designed to allow users with little robot programming knowledge to program tasks for a serial robot. The system transforms the work cell of a serial industrial robot into an AR environment. With an AR user interface and a handheld pointer for interaction, users are free to move around the work cell to define 3D points and paths for the real robot to follow. Sensor data and algorithms are used for robot motion planning, collision detection and plan validation. The proposed approach enables fast and intuitive robotic path and task programming, and allows users to focus only on the definition of tasks. The implementation of this AR-assisted robot system is presented, and specific methods to enhance the performance of the users in carrying out robot programming using this system are highlighted.  相似文献

针对目前数采监控系统缺乏统一的数据共享集成模式问题,提出了一种可对不同数采监控系统进行统一管理的数据共享集成方案。该方案构建了一种异构数据协议模型,通过配置的方式生成不同数采系统的数据协议格式,并能将任意自定制协议进行动态注册或撤消。通过对各采集系统发送的数据进行实时协议识别、数据解析、数据分发与监控显示等处理,实现异构采集数据的共享集成和集中监控。  相似文献

Industrial cloud robotics (ICR) integrates cloud computing with industrial robots (IRs). The capabilities of industrial robots can be encapsulated as cloud services and used for ubiquitous manufacturing. Currently, the digital models for process simulation, path simulation, etc. are encapsulated as cloud services. The digital models in the cloud may not reflect the real state of the physical robotic manufacturing systems due to inaccurate or delayed condition update and therefore result in inaccurate simulation and robotic control. Digital twin can be used to realize fine sensing control of the physical manufacturing systems by a combination of high-fidelity digital model and sensory data. In this paper, we propose a framework of digital twin-based industrial cloud robotics (DTICR) for industrial robotic control and its key methodologies. The DTICR is divided into physical IR, digital IR, robotic control services, and digital twin data. First, the robotic control capabilities are encapsulated as Robot Control as-a-Service (RCaaS) based on manufacturing features and feature-level robotic capability model. Then the available RCaaSs are ranked and parsed. After manufacturing process simulation with digital IR models, RCaaSs are mapped to physical robots for robotic control. The digital IR models are connected to the physical robots and updated by sensory data. A case is implemented to demonstrate the workflow of DTICR. The results show that DTICR is capable to synchronize and merge digital IRs and physical IRs effectively. The bidirectional interaction between digital IRs and physical IRs enables fine sensing control of IRs. The proposed DTICR is also flexible and extensible by using ontology models.  相似文献

根据浇铸机器人的功能需求和特点,设计了具有良好通用性和开放性的工业机器人浇铸控制系统的软硬件结构.以三轴浇铸机器人为应用实例,分析了其运动学正逆解算法,并根据实际生产需求,通过PLC程序中定义的M指令实现整个浇铸系统的I/O信号交互控制.实际应用结果表明,该浇铸控制系统有效地提高了浇铸生产效率,并且运行稳定可靠.  相似文献

针对当前主流的云安全分析系统存在智能化不高,处理能力不强等缺点,提出了具有并行处理能力的流水化PF_RING的模型,将生物序列匹配算法引入到云入侵检测模型中,并将其与多状态匹配算法、脆弱性评估算法相结合,设计并实现了云安全综合分析系统(Cloud Security Comprehensive Analysis System,CSAS)。实验表明,系统可在海量数据下,对云安全进行流量分析、入侵检测和漏洞扫描,与同类系统相比,处理能力提升近10倍,安全防护提升了65.43%。该系统有效地提高了云安全分析系统入侵检测能力,为云平台的安全性提供了有效的保障。  相似文献

IGD's general purpose virtual reality system, “Virtual Design,” permits the processing of highly diverse applications. A number of modeling data formats can be imported into and processed by the system. In a preprocessing step the incoming data is adjusted to the requirements of virtual reality and radiosity lighting is precalculated. Configuration files specify the behaviour of the model and possible interactions during the execution phase. Virtual Design is based on the VR toolkit of IGD, which provides a variety of libraries covering graphics, acoustics, simulation, display, navigation, and interaction. This paper introduces the various components of the system and presents an integrated audiovisual solution tailored for virtual reality. A couple of different applications demonstrate the usability and flexibility of the system.  相似文献

信息技术的迅猛发展,油气SCADA系统的信息随时可能泄露,所以有必要对其进行安全评价。因此,本文根据SCADA系统的事件发生前期、中期、后期的防御技术体系,分析其评价指标,并将评价指标映射到因素上,然后采用了因素空间理论建立了信息安全评价的因素模型;针对评价模型的事中因素,引入云模型推理对其进行评价,并通过MATLAB软件实现云模型推理算法。实验结果表明,该方法达到了较好的评价效果,也为信息安全评价的方法提供了一种新思路。  相似文献

The Fault-tolerant Systems Research Group of the Technical University of Valencia has developed the distributed industrial control system (DICOS) system. This paper describes DICOS nodes. The architecture of DICOS nodes and the error detection mechanisms used are presented. These mechanisms are based on the internal capabilities of the 16-bit microcontroller used and control flow checking and deadlines control with the aid of a second 8-bit microcontroller. 按需供给是PaaS平台面临的一个核心挑战.传统以局部优化为目标的反馈控制方法难以实现全局资源供给最优,为了更合理分配资源,利用性能模型预测Web系统的资源需求就变得至关重要.随着平台服务化的发展,其部署方式由封闭环境转为开放的服务形式,为模型的构造提出了新的挑战:由于应用和平台分属不同组织,大大增加了解系统全貌的难度,所以传统手工建模方法除了建模难度大之外,更难以在开放的环境下实施;在开放和动态的环境下,用户的使用难以预期,而用户行为的改变又会极大的影响系统行为,因而也有必要使模型适应用户行为的变化.针对上述问题,给出了一种动态性能建模工具的设计与实现.该工具在Web系统中插入必要的探针收集系统运行时状态,并输出为日志.通过周期性的对这些日志进行分析,从大量数据中提取出性能模型,使其与实际用户使用情况相符.文中以TPC-W基准测试为例,验证了该系统的有效性.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce a new implementation strategy and partitioning heuristic, well adapted to applications that are composed of functions that can either be implemented in software or in hardware as lookup tables (LUT). This paper proposes a scheduling algorithm to solve the problem of task scheduling in a cloud computing system with time‐varying communication conditions. This algorithm converts the scheduling problem with communication changes into a directed acyclic graph (DAG) scheduling problem for existing fuzzy communication task nodes, that is, the scheduling problem for a communication‐change DAG (CC‐DAG). The CC‐DAG contains both computation task nodes and communication task nodes. First, this paper proposes a weighted time‐series network bandwidth model to solve the indefinite processing time (cost) problem for a fuzzy communication task node. This model can accurately predict the processing time of a fuzzy communication task node. Second, to address the scheduling order problem for the computation task nodes, a dynamic pre‐scheduling search strategy (DPSS) is proposed. This strategy computes the essential paths for the pre‐scheduling of the computation task nodes based on the actual computation costs (times) of the computation task nodes and the predicted processing costs (times) of the fuzzy communication task nodes during the scheduling process. The computation task node with the longest essential path is scheduled first because its completion time directly influences the completion time of the task graph. Finally, we demonstrate the proposed algorithm via simulation experiments. The experimental results show that the proposed DPSS produced remarkable performance improvement rate on the total execution time that ranges between 11.5% and 21.2%. In view of the experimental results, the proposed algorithm provides better quality scheduling solution that is suitable for scientific application task execution in the cloud computing environment than HEFT, PEFT, and CEFT algorithms.  相似文献
