通过分析和总结供应链环境下战略供应商评价选择的准则、指标和方法,以供应链核心企业选择战略性供应商为目标,提出了战略性供应商评价的指标体系.研究了一种新的DEA模型,首先利用熵权法为各指标确定一个权重,然后利用线性加权方法将其与C2R模型的自由权重合成生成综合权重,并使用DEA/TOPSIS联合方法解决供应商选择问题,克服了DEA法与TOPSIS法单独应用时各自存在的不足.实证分析证明了该模型及方法的有效性,并为重视熵权的DEA/TOPSIS联合法在多目标规划中的运用提供了依据与参考.  相似文献

在供应链管理环境下,供应商选择是供应链管理中的一个重要环节,供应商选择的科学与否,直接关系到企业的生存与发展,文章综合层次分析法(AHP)和模糊选择,提出了基于层次分析的供应链合作伙伴的模糊选择方法。这种方法通过AHP方法确定各目标权重,用模糊综合评价方法进行评判,既体现决策者的主观意向,又反映了客观的信息,为确定供应链合作伙伴提供了一种综合评价方法。最后给出了一个数值例子来例证该方法的实际应用。  相似文献

AHP/DEA模型将企业绩效评价分成三个阶段进行.首先,选取科学、合理的评价指标,其中财务指标从财务资料中获取,非财务指标通过1-9标度法而得;其次,对于评价的对象通过DEA模型进行两两绩效比较,构造AHP的绩效判断矩阵;最后,通过AHP法计算出第二步中判断矩阵的最大特征值λmax和相应的特征向量ω(Aω=λω),特征向量ω的分量值正是物流企业绩效的优劣值,从而方便地评价了我国上市物流公司的绩效.  相似文献

处于供应链末端的零售商在现代供应链中扮演着服务中心、信息搜集中心和预警中心的角色,满足了零售商的需求就意味着在很大程度上满足了市场需求.本文以零售商满意为切入点,以制造型企业作为供应链的核心企业来考虑供应链联盟合作伙伴的选择,在分析了供应商和分销商的不同特性之后为供应链上下游备选合作伙伴建立了不同的评价指标.文中采用传统的数据包络方法评价供应商的相对有效性,并以此为依据粗选上层供应商.对下层分销商采用作业成本法结合网络数据包络的方法展开相对有效性分析粗选分销商.在完成上下游合作伙伴的粗选之后,以零售商满意度最大化为目标建立了供应链联盟伙伴选择模型,据此选择出最理想的供应链联盟伙伴的组合.  相似文献

b\boldsymbol{\beta}-TCP/BG porous composite materials were successfully fabricated by foaming technology. X-ray diffraction was used to determine the crystal structure of powders. The pore size and distribution of the resulting materials were characterized using scanning electron microscopy. The porosity and degradation performance of materials were also investigated. The results showed that the porous composite materials possessed the pore size ranging from 100 to 500 m\boldsymbol{\mu} m in diameter, whereas the interconnection among macrospores was poor. The porosity in materials increased from 58·7% to 63·47% with BG content ranging from 0 to 3 wt%, further increasing of BG content results in a decrease in porosity. The degradation rate of composite materials can be adjusted by varying the BG content.  相似文献

Highly sensitive and selective chloride liquid/polymeric membrane electrodes are described that employ [9]-mercuracarborand-3 (MC3), a neutral preorganized macrocyclic Lewis acid, as the anion carrier. MC3-based chloride-sensitive membrane electrodes, doped with different mole percentages of cationic additives (5, 10, and 60 mol % tridodecylmethylammonium chloride) relative to the amount of the carrier, exhibit enhanced potentiometric selectivity for chloride over other anions, including more lipophilic anions such as perchlorate, nitrate, and thiocyanate. In addition, the selectivity coefficients obtained are shown to meet the requirement for clinical applications. The obtained selectivity pattern is shown to correlate very well with 199Hg NMR titrations of MC3 with various anions, performed in organic solvents. Optimized membrane electrodes show a near-Nernstian response toward chloride over a wide concentration range and have micromolar detection limits. MC3-based chloride sensors show a fast response time (in the order of few seconds), as well as short recovery time. The developed mercuracarborand-based sensors do not practically respond to pH changes over the pH range of 2.5-7.0. Response characteristics (e.g., detection limit, linear range, response slope, and selectivity) of the [9]mercuracarborand-3 based chloride sensors remain essentially the same over a period of approximately 2 months, reflecting remarkable stability and well-defined chemistry of the macrocyclic Lewis acid ionophore.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method for measuring the I /Q impairments affecting the worldwide interoperability for microwave access (WiMax) transmitters through the analysis of the signal acquired through a general-purpose I /Q receiver. Based on a model of the effects of the I /Q impairments on the output signal that is suitable for orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) systems like WiMax, the method is designed to correctly take into account the peculiarities of systems compliant with the IEEE 802.16-2004 standard, such as the potentially noxious effects of the impairments on signal normalization and threshold decisions. The results of the experiments carried out on the standard-compliant signals are given.  相似文献

We report on the near-field optical microscopic (NSOM) imaging of single-crystal Nd1/2Sr1/2MnO3 near the first-order phase transition from the CE-type charge-ordered insulator (COI) to the ferromagnetic metal (FMM) at 165 K. Using polarized light, the measurements are sensitive to twin domains through optical anisotropy and to hysteretic inhomogeneous strain associated with the phase transition. Optical evidence for strain relaxation and multiphase coexistence is observed through the transition from 150 to 165 K. The multiphase coexistence is seen as the formation of FMM "nanoneedles" with widths less than 100 nm and lengths of at least several micrometers at temperatures well below TC. The work demonstrates polarized NSOM as a technique for the study of first-order solid-state phase transformations on the nanometer spatial scale.  相似文献

Impairments affecting the baseband modulator of digital transmitters, which are commonly called I/Q impairments, are responsible for the deviations of symbols from their original position on the I/Q diagram. They cause a reduction in the noise margin and ultimately worsen the probability of error. This is why their measurement is so important in all stages in the life cycle of digital transmitters. This paper presents an original method for the evaluation of the I/Q impairments based on a discrete extended Kalman filter (DEKF). In the same way as alternative solutions already presented in the literature, the method exhibits good performance in the presence of time-invariant impairments. Differently from them, it allows accurate measurements of time-varying impairments, thus making real-time tracking of their evolution feasible. After a few theoretical notes on the I/Q impairments and DEKF, the operative stages of the proposed method are described in detail. Several experiments are then conducted on radio frequency signals to assess the performance of the method; the obtained results are given and discussed.  相似文献
