Design and Implementation of a Reconfigurable Remote Laboratory, Using Oscilloscope/PLC Network for WWW Access

The objective of this paper is to present a remote laboratory in the context of power electronics education. New technologies and developments are compelling educators to deeply reflect on the traditional means of teaching. Modern curricula require new ways of conception and implementation of innovative pedagogical approaches. Often, these new pedagogical approaches require novel technological realizations. Although e-learning facilities are increasingly being used in engineering education, often, they are based on simulations and/or emulations of virtual laboratories. This paper presents a remote laboratory facility that allows the students to conduct real power electronics reconfigurable experiments through the Internet, promoting a more efficient learning through online industrial automation operation using the Internet and WWW services.     

基于LabVIEW的高职电子远程实验开发

本课题应用虚拟仪器技术,采用LabVIEW 9.0作为开发工具,构建了一个适合高职电子专业学生远程使用的实验平台。文中重点讨论了远程实验平台的总体框架、实验项目的开发与集成、实验平台网络通信的实现方法。学生使用浏览器或“连接至远程前面板”方式完成实验。此种模式突破了传统实验的时空限制,对于充分利用教学资源、更大程度地实现资源共享具有重要意义。     

基于Internet的网络工程虚拟实验室平台架构设计

随着我国高等教育体制的深化改革以及高校招生规模的不断扩大,传统实验教学已经无法满足当前高等教育发展的需求。本文在原有网络工程实验室基础上,引入虚拟仿真技术,构建基于原型技术和Web技术的混合虚拟网络工程实验体系,设计了一个在线进行自我学习、自我测试和实验操作与管理的虚拟实验室系统。该系统可以保证学习者在任何时间、任何地点都能得到实时学习和指导,从而更好地达到学习网络技能的目标。     

基于RAS技术上的虚拟传真机系统的设计

介绍了如何运用远程访问服务技术，实现虚拟传真机系统的功能设计。远程访问服务是一种新兴的网络技术，计算机之间通过连接的远程接入设备建立起RAS(远程访问服务)拨号连接后，就搭建了一个类似局域网的广域网．在众多务件受限的工程场合中．这种解决方案可以方便有效地解决远程计算机之间的数据通讯问题。文中首先介绍了远程通讯原理和虚拟传真机原理．并以单站系统为例分析了系统的结构，详述了在Windows NT平台上提供远程访问服务的服务器端计算机的配置方法和过程．最后给出了建立RAS连接和实现虚拟传真机的主要程序代码。     

基于WEB的远程自动控制系统研究和实现

虚拟实验室有助于实现实验室资源共享,成为了目前高校实验室建设中研究的热点。针对远程实验过程中操作复杂和大量实验数据存储的问题,提出了一种通过网络远程自动控制硬件平台的虚拟实验平台方案。该方案包括客户端部分、数据处理和硬件实验平台部分,通过JNA技术、云存储技术以及SCPI编程相结合使用,实现数字预失真平台远程自动测试和解决复杂数据的处理问题。     

基于代理的虚拟实验室系统

为了克服传统虚拟实验室由于访问接口不统一而造成的访问成本较高的缺陷,本文提出了基于代理的虚拟实验室的概念,统一了资源的访问.并且,本文给出了一个基于代理的虚拟实验室的设计方案,通过容器代理、视图代理、通信代理、服务代理、资源代理、仿真代理,使得系统能够有效集成和管理现有的资源,且具有良好的可扩展性.通过统一的公共接口,使不同的资源甚至是没有任何公共特征的资源都能够通过同一个虚拟实验室服务器而被共享.     

用VPN与DMZ技术改造校园网络的研究

为了解决既能在异地访问内网资源,又能充分保证内网资源的高度安全,将VPN与DMZ技术应用于校园网络的升级改造。提出了针对DMZ专区的三类IP地址映射算法与合法外网用户通过VPN访问内网资源需要的虚拟IP地址转换函数,并在此基础上提出了VPN与DMZ技术在校园网上集成应用的解决方案。通过在校园网中合理构建DMZ专区与VPN网络,巧妙设置DMZ与VPN的访问规则,在充分保证校内资源安全的前提下,成功解决了异地用户共享内网资源的难题。     

TCP/IP和DataSocket技术在网络虚拟实验室中的应用

本文介绍了网络虚拟实验室的框架,针对复杂网络控制系统通信的不同需求,将TCP/IP和DataSocket两种网络技术有机结合、实现综合应用,提供一种基于LabWindows/CVI平台的虚拟实验室实现网络通信的方案.经过运行测试,该方案完美实现了虚拟实验室的网络化,可为网络虚拟实验室的建设提供重要借鉴.     

高校计算机实验室桌面化虚拟化建设的研究

传统的高效计算机实验室为每一个学生配置了计算机,但是这种架构模式在实际应用中存在成本高、管理难度大以及时空限制多等一系列问题。计算机桌面虚拟化技术的应用可以让高等院校的计算机实验室通过远程服务向学生提供非常便捷的使用途径,学生可以在不受时间和地点限制的情况下方便地访问虚拟桌面,然后借此来远程操作服务器,这种架构模式的总体成本更低且管理效率更高。文章从需求、作用以及建设方法等角度对虚拟桌面进行了介绍。     

An Integrated Structure for a Virtual Networking Laboratory

A virtual laboratory is a virtual space where students are able to carry out practical activities. This paper presents an integrated structure for a virtual laboratory consisting on nine resources divided into pedagogical, human, and technological factors. Such a structure is based on the experience gained in design and development of virtual laboratories during the past 11 years in a virtual university. The proposed structure has been applied to different virtual laboratories, and this paper presents the special case of a virtual networking laboratory (VNLab) where students can access real networking devices. The VNLab structure described in this paper has been used at the Open University of Catalonia for the Cisco Networking Academic since 2001. Its suitability has been evaluated by the students using a Web questionnaire, and its correctness for the industrial electronics field has been analyzed.     

网络虚拟实验室的设计与实现

国内多数高校的实验教学仍然采用实物仪器加简单数据分析的传统方式,这存在着诸多问题。在此利用网络技术和虚拟仪器技术,采用B/S体系结构,建立了网络虚拟实验室的框架模型。运用图形化编程语言LabVIEW软件,设计了相位差测量等相关的虚拟实验,并实现了网络发布。实践表明,基于网络的虚拟实验室,实现了远程控制和资源共享,可以节省大量仪器设备的经费投入,为实践教学提供了一种全新的现代化手段,有助于学生创新能力的培养。     

用于教学的局域网共享虚拟综合测试系统

随着计算机技术和网络技术的迅猛发展,虚拟实验室和网络实验室已逐渐替代了传统模式的实验室.本文探讨了电子技术教学中虚拟实验室和网络实验室的建设,给出了系统功能分析、硬件平台解决方案和网络组建模式,并且实现了局域网共享的虚拟综合测试系统的各个功能,为电子技术实验室的建设提出了一种成本较低、功能可扩、形式新颖的途径.     

From Remote Experiments to Web-Based Learning Objects: An Advanced Telelaboratory for Robotics and Control Systems

This paper describes the current evolution of the telelaboratory facilities at the University of Pisa. In particular, starting from a standard environment providing remote access to a set of experiments, the telelaboratory is now organized as a collection of learning objects, i.e., modular didactic units designed following specific learning objectives within control systems and robotic fields. The telelaboratory has a remote web-based access which can be used both as a simulation environment and as a remote way of performing real physical experiments. The developed telelaboratory is based on free open-source software such as Scilab/Scicos, Comedi, and Real-Time Application Interface patch for Linux kernels. In-house software tools, such as a Java wEb Hyper modUlar inTerface sYstem, graphic environment tools, and a virtual laboratory interface based on Java applets, have been developed as a support for the learning process.      

A web-based virtual laboratory on a frequency modulation experiment

With the rapid proliferation of Internet technologies, accessing and operating engineering instruments remotely anytime anywhere is fast becoming a reality. This paper presents a new Web-based virtual laboratory on a frequency modulation experiment for the teaching of an undergraduate course on communication principles in the National University of Singapore (NUS). The laboratory requires only a common Web browser to access and incorporate schemes for reducing data traffic and authenticating users. It enables students to have a natural hands-on experience of using an expensive spectrum analyzer on a one-to-one basis and provides a solution for distant engineering education. The system uses a double client-server structure where access to the experiment is via two rounds of client-server processing. 一种基于LabVIEW的远程实验系统结构

以传统的C／S、B／S网络化模型为基础，将功能强大的LabVIEW网络通信技术和运行控制技术相结合，灵活地运用CGI(公共网关接口)技术和VI Server技术，构建了适用于远程网络实验系统的C／S／B(客户端／服务器／浏览器)网络化模型．并运用该模型提出一种适用于通信电子类基础课程的远程实验系统的软件实现方案。     

基于WebAccess的虚拟电机实验室研究与实现

为了解决当前高职院校实验教学中存在的如设备短缺和落后等现实问题,创新性地提出基于网际组态软件WebAccess和西门子S7-300PLC的方法,构建一个完全基于网络运行且虚实结合的虚拟电机实验室,并详细阐述了系统运行平台搭建、软硬件组态、通信组态和远程运行监控页面的制作方法和步骤。实践证明,能有效解决实验教学中存在的问题,提高教学效果。

网络虚拟实验教学的探索与实践

首先介绍了一种用于远程教育实践环节的“模拟电子技术网络虚拟实验软件”,由于该软件能够给实验者接近于真实的实验器材与测试仪器的视觉效果,因而使学生能够获得接近真实硬件实验的感性认识,并能激发学生的学习兴趣。针对该软件和网络实验教学的特点,笔者从实验内容的安排、实验的指导、实验的管理与考核等方面,对如何应用此实验平台开展网络虚拟实验教学,进行了探索与实践,取得了良好的教学效果。     

基于虚拟仪器的网络化实验室构建

基于虚拟仪器的网络化实验室具有良好的经济性、适应性，科研单位和高校的实验室可以用较少的资金构建出一个先进的、使用方便的现代实验环境，加大对现有资源的利用，改善实验条件，提高教育、培训质量。本文研究了如何构建基于虚拟仪器的网络化实验室。通过LabVIEW提供的3种途径开发网络应用程序，从而拓宽虚拟仪器的功能，使整个实验室具有良好的灵活性和通用性。     

Multifunctional Remote Laboratory for Education in Automatic Control: The CrAutoLab Experience

This paper describes the experience gathered in the last years due to the creation and development of an automatic control laboratory suitable for remote use via the Web. First, the principles that guide the laboratory design and evolution are stated and motivated. Then, an overview of the laboratory is given, describing its architecture and the most important technological solutions adopted. The available experiments are described, and some pedagogical considerations are reported. Finally, some general ideas are presented that reflect the authors' experience and opinion on the use of remote laboratories in control education.
