In this work we present the optimization of the processing conditions for PVC plastisol rotational molding. The effects of oven temperature, processing time, rotational, speed and amount of plastisol over the degree of curing, physical appearance, and mechanical properties of the molded articles were studied. Also, using a simple mathematical model to simulate the temperature profiles of the plastisol inside of the spherical mold as a function of time, the viscosity change of the plastisol with time is reported. A rotational molding machine laboratory size was used for the experiments. The oven (at different points) as well as the mold (at the inside and outside of the cavity) temperatures were measured as a function of time in order to get a better understanding of the curing process. Such data in conjunction with the model gives the support for process optimization and control.  相似文献

将ACR乳液应用于VC悬浮聚合中合成了具有核一壳结构的新型PVC树脂,从而改善了PVC树脂的冲击性能及流动性能,探讨了该树脂的结构,并将其与共混改性PVC树脂进行了比较,结果表明:高抗冲PVC树脂中的ACR能与PVC分子形成纳米级混合,从而提高了树脂的韧性,改进了加工性能。  相似文献

通过探讨不同助剂、不同消光树脂含量对聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料性能的影响,研制了一种消光医用PVC材料,并将其与袋式输液器上常用的5402分液袋(MF)料在力学、化学、生物性能方面进行了比较,结果表明:当消光树脂/PVC的份数比为40 6∶0时可达到很好的消光效果,加入40份消光树脂后,提高了材料的断裂伸长率和韧性,低温韧性(-20℃)也有所提高;与5402分液袋料相比,研制的消光PVC材料在力学性能、化学性能、生物性能上均较优。  相似文献

针对传统PVC管材存在加工性能不佳、冲击性能差等问题,结合PVC管技术的现状,提出一种抗冲击性的PVC管材材料。对此,文章首先对PVC管材增韧改性的基本原理进行分析,比较几种常用的增韧改性剂,最终选择ACR、MBS作为增韧改性剂;其次,以PVC树脂、SG型树脂等作为原材料,以MBS、ACR作为改性剂,对PVC管材进行制备,分别比较不同改性剂下的PVC管材性能;然后设计MBS+ACR的复配体系,得到不同复配体系下的PVC性能。由此通过上述的研究得出,在不考虑其他因素变化的情况下,MBS、ACR可提升PVC管材的抗冲击性能力,并赋予了PVC管材更好的断裂伸长率,从而大大提高了PVC的性能,并简化了加工难度。  相似文献

采用电镜分析、反相色谱、毛细管流变仪和布拉本达塑性仪研究了由锦西化工研究院生产的PVC管用树脂的颗粒形貌、比表面积、流变性能和加工速率。结果表明,该树脂和疏松型树脂的形貌呈棉桃状不同,外形为球状,比表面积较大,约比普通SG-5型树脂增加1倍,最高可达1.007m^2/g;在从低剪切到高剪切速率范围内,该树脂的表观粘度均比SG-5型树脂低,不论是采用粒料还是粉料挤出,在聚合度相同时,该树脂的挤出速率  相似文献

A PVC plastisol is a homogeneous dispersion of PVC resin in a liquid continuous phase consisting basically of a plasticizer and a thermal stabilizer; the PVC resin being usually a fine powder is polymerized by emulsion or microsuspension processes. Plastisol rheology is affected by many aspects of the plastisol formulations, such as type and amount of each ingredient, the mixing procedure, temperature, and the effect of PVC resin properties. In this work, the ageing behavior of PVC plastisols with different resin types was studied, with the results showing an unexpected behavior in the elastic modulus, probably originating from plasticizer adsorption at the surface of the PVC particles. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 超支化聚(胺-酯)是一种具有高度支化结构的新型超支化聚酯。将超支化聚(胺-酯)作为为改性剂添加到透明聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂中,研究了其对透明PVC树脂热稳定性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,新型超支化聚(胺-酯)的添加可改善透明聚氯乙烯树脂的热稳定性,使5%失重温度提高3~6℃;同时,不同代数超支化聚(胺-酯)的添加均会对透明聚氯乙烯树脂的力学性能有显著影响,其中,第3代超支化聚(胺-酯)的含量为3%时,透明聚氯乙烯树脂具有最佳的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率,而当超支化聚(胺-酯)的含量为5%时,透明聚氯乙烯树脂冲击韧性达到最佳。  相似文献

以氢氧化铝(ATH)为复合材料的添加型阻燃剂填充到丁腈橡胶-聚氯乙烯共聚物(NBR/PVC)体系中,采用不同比例的ATH和炭黑(CB)2种填充剂交替添加,制备出NBR/PVC复合材料;使用Haake流变仪对NBR/PVC复合材料基体的硫化参数和流变过程进行了研究,并与NBR/PVC纯树脂及含硅酮表面处理的ATH复合材料进行了对比试验。结果表明:使用硅酮对ATH的表面进行处理,虽然对NBR/PVC树脂材料不是非常有效,但能促进体系中无机填充剂和聚合物的空间点阵的交互作用;改变了ATH与树脂的比例,改善了它们的相互作用和加工性能,并通过流变过程得以验证。  相似文献

Poly(vinyl chloride)/organophilic montmorillonite (PVC/OMMT) nanocomposites were prepared by means of melt blending. A liquid epoxy resin was used to aid PVC chains in intercalating into silicate layers. The effects of the preparation methods and epoxy resin contents on the melt intercalation of PVC were investigated. The morphology development, mechanical properties and optical properties of the PVC/OMMT composites were tested as functions of epoxy resin content and OMMT content. Wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the morphology of the resulting composites. After being pretreated by the epoxy resin, the OMMT layers were largely intercalated into the PVC matrix, and even exfoliated at high epoxy resin content. The addition of epoxy resin led to a decrease in optical clarity of the composites but improved the processing stability, as indicated by yellowness index and haze measurement. However, the optical clarity of the composites containing 4 phr of epoxy resin (PVC/E‐OMMT) was improved by increasing the OMMT content, as shown by light transmission. Both the tensile strength and notched Izod impact strength of the PVC/E‐OMMT composites reached their maximum values when the OMMT content was 0.5 phr and the epoxy resin content was 2 phr. With further increase of the OMMT content and the epoxy resin content, the tensile strength decreased but was still higher than that of original PVC. The method of addition of epoxy resin had little effect on the physical properties but mainly influenced the morphology of PVC/OMMT nanocomposites. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以大孔PVC树脂为载体,采用简易的方法制备出了新型杂多酸H3PMo12O40催化剂,并测定了其不同负载量的比表面积、表面形貌、表面酸度和表面酸强度,研究了其负载过程中的结构变化及对乙酸丁脂合成反应的催化活性。结果表明,H3PMo12O40负载于大孔PVC树脂后,与PVC在一定程度上发生了键合作用,呈多孔状态,比表面积增大;仍然表现出与H3PMo12O40相似的固体强酸性质,在给定条件下的乙酸、正丁醇合成乙酸丁脂的探针反应中,正丁醇的转化率提高了45%~63%,增幅达到169%~237%,催化活性大幅度提高;大孔PVC树脂适合作为H3PMo12O40的载体。  相似文献

Three thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPUs) were prepared using the prepolymer method. MDI (diphenylmethane-4,4′-diisocyanate) and the polyadipate of 1,4-butanediol (Mw = 2400) were reacted to produce a prepolymer containing unreacted isocyanate groups; chain extenders were different mixtures of 1,4-butanediol and a rosin resin (0-50%). The specific feature of this procedure was the introduction of a rosin resin as an internal tackifier to provide higher immediate adhesion to the TPUs. The new TPUs were characterized using gel permeation chromatography, wideangle X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, stress-controlled rheology, and stress-strain measurements. The TPUs were used as raw materials to prepare solvent-based polyurethane adhesives, the adhesion properties of which were obtained from T-peel tests on PVC/polyurethane adhesive/PVC and leather/polyurethane adhesive/PVC joints. The addition of rosin resin as an internal tackifier contributed to the production of two types of hard segments, which affected the properties of the TPUs. Therefore, rosin resin as an internal tackifier produced an increase in the average molecular weight, an increase in the viscosity, and improved the rheological properties. The glass transtition temperature decreased if the TPUs contained rosin resin, due to a greater degree of incompatibility between the hard and soft segments. Consequently, slower kinetics of crystallization was obtained in the TPUs containing rosin resin. Depending on the amount of rosin resin in the TPU, different structures and properties were obtained. On the other hand, the immediate T-peel strength in all joints was improved if the TPU contained rosin resin.  相似文献

Poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) slush powder has been widely used; we prepared it by dry blending. We found that the absorption of plasticizer by the PVC resins was the most important factor in the dry‐blending process and, further, that different types of PVC resin had different absorption rates. This results of this study provide new information about the relationship of absorption to PVC and other parameters. Haake rheomix testing and the quantity of plasticizers absorbed by the PVC resins were used to characterize the absorption process. Suspension‐polymerization poly(vinyl chloride) (SPVC) and mass‐polymerization poly(vinyl chloride) (MPVC) in different sizes were used for the test. The results showed that the MPVC absorbed the plasticizer more quickly than SPVC, especially at a higher temperature. However, for the same PVC resin type, the absorbing speeds were nearly independent of particle size. The studies that used a scanning electric microscope and specific surface area revealed that the morphology of the two types of particles was different. The surfaces of the individual particles of SPVC were smoother than those of MPVC. There was a “skin” covering the SPVC particles, whereas with the MPVC particles, the primary polymer was exposed directly on the surface. This difference in morphology was shown to be a significant factor in the different rates of absorption of the plasticizers for the different PVC resins. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 简述了上海氯碱化工股份有限公司开发的PVC树脂R—1000的合成工艺,并从PVC树脂的质量指标、颗粒特性、加工性能、VC脱吸速率及残留VC含量等方面对R—1000产品与国外同类样品进行了分析对比。分析结果表明,PVC树脂R—1000的性能已达到国际水平,充分体现出其用于硬制品挤出成型的优势。经加工应用,该公司开发的PVC树脂R一1000受到用户的欢迎和认可。  相似文献
