In a series of field experiments in Ohio involving 193 parturient cows of the Holstein and Guernsey breeds, the prophylactic efficacy of selenium and vitamin E was tested under field conditions. Herds initially were chosen because of a chronic problem with retained placenta which could not be related to a known etiological factor. Each herd was divided into three groups. Group A received an injection of 50 mg of sodium selenite 40 days prepartum and 680 units of alpha tocopherol acetate followed by the same treatment 20 days prepartum. Group B received a single injection of 50 mg of sodium selenite 20 days prepartum, and 680 IU of vitamin E. Group C served as the control. Incidence of retained placenta was reduced from a mean of 51.2% in control cows to 8.8% for animals injected with selenium and vitamin E. No differences in efficacy were between Group A and B, and it appears that the single 20 day prepartum injection of 50 mg of sodium selenite and 680 IU of alpha tocopherol acetate is an effective prophylactic for prevention of retained placenta.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to determine the effect of selenium (Se) deficiency on the porcine liver oxidative stability and to investigate Se content and oxidative status in porcine liver after dietary supplementation with vitamin E (vit E), sodium selenite, and selenized yeast. Experimental animals were fed a basal corn meal, low in Se and vit E, for a 4-week depletion period before being given the experimental diets containing different levels of Se and/or vit E for 5 months. Dietary treatments were the basal diet with no additions (control); the basal diet supplemented with 25 mg of vit E/kg of feed (group I); basal diet + 0.3 mg selenite-Se/kg (group II); basal diet + 0.3 mg selenized yeast-Se/kg (group III); basal diet + 0.1 mg selenite-Se + 10 mg vit E/kg (group IV); and basal diet + 0.3 mg selenite-Se + 25 mg vit E/kg (group V). The Se content in pig liver samples was 33 to 192% lower in the control group than in all the other groups. Dietary Se from selenized yeast had a more pronounced effect on Se level than dietary sodium selenite. The highest Se content was found in liver samples from the Se + vit E supplemented group (group V). All the dietary supplementation schemes significantly improved the oxidative status of porcine liver compared with the control group samples. The best results were obtained by simultaneous dietary supplementation with Se + vit E (groups IV and V) > group III > group II > group I.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To assess changes in selenoprotein P levels in plasma from subjects who had received oral supplements of different selenium forms. DESIGN: The same study group participated in two similar selenium supplementation trials, Trial I in 1981 (Levander et al, 1983) and Trial II in 1987 (Alfthan et al, 1991). During Trial II the mean baseline intake of selenium in Finland was higher compared to that during Trial I (100 and 40 microg/d, respectively), due to a nationwide supplementation of fertilisers which started in 1985. SUBJECTS: Fifty healthy Finnish men, 36-60 y old. Intervention: The study group received daily placebo or oral supplements consisting of 200 microg selenium as selenium-enriched yeast, sodium selenate or selenium-enriched wheat (Trial I) or selenium-enriched yeast, sodium selenate or sodium selenite (Trial II). The duration of supplementation periods was 11 (Trial I) and 16 (Trial II) weeks. RESULTS: In Trial I the mean plasma selenoprotein P values in all the supplemented groups increased significantly, approaching a plateau at 2 weeks and reaching maxima at 4 weeks (mean increase 34%, P < 0.05). In Trial II the mean selenoprotein P levels of the supplemented groups were not significantly different from each other or from the placebo group at the start or at any time point of the supplementation period. CONCLUSIONS: At a low selenium status the selenoprotein P levels increased in a similar fashion after supplementation with different forms of selenium, but at a high selenium status no significant effects of supplementation with the same amount of selenium were observed. No differences in selenoprotein P levels were observed for inorganic and organic selenium supplements.  相似文献

Our objective was to determine the effect of level and chemical form of dietary selenium on productivity of beef cows, concentrations of triiodothyronine (T3), and thyroxine (T4) in plasma, and immunoglobulins (IgG and IgM) in plasma and colostrum of cows. Pregnant cows (n = 60) were randomly allocated among four dietary treatments of 20, 60, or 120 ppm Se as selenite and 60 ppm as selenomethionine from selenized yeast (SeY) in salts offered free-choice. Treatments began 90 d prepartum and continued through the second parturition. Treatments did not affect the final body weights of cows or birth weights or weaning weights of calves. At parturition, cows given salt with 20 ppm Se as selenite had lower (P < . 05) concentrations of Se in blood than cows with access to higher-Se salts. Treatments affected (P < .01) the concentration of T3 and the ratio of T3:T4 in plasma of cows. The concentration of T3 in plasma of cows with access to salt with 20 ppm Se was 14% lower than that in cows supplemented with 60 ppm Se as selenite or SeY. Plasma IgG in cows and calves, colostrum, and Se concentrations in colostrum, casein, and whey were lowest (P < .01) for cows given salt with only 20 ppm Se. Thus, salts with concentrations of 60 and 120 ppm Se improved measures of Se status in cows and calves. Consideration should be given to the concentrations of T3 and IgG when determining the nutritional requirements for Se in cattle.  相似文献

A liquid yeast product (about 11% DM), produced as a by-product of riboflavin synthesis, was incorporated into a TMR at three concentrations to determine the maximal inclusion rate and acceptability as a feed supplement in diets of lactating cows. Twelve Holstein cows in midlactation were randomly assigned to TMR treatments containing (as-fed basis) 1) no yeast product (control), 2) 20% dietary yeast product, or 3) 40% dietary yeast product in a 3 x 3 Latin square design with 3-wk periods. Dietary DM contents were 90, 74.2, and 58.4% for the 0, 20, and 40% yeast product TMR, respectively. The control TMR was based on a 45:55 ratio (DM basis) of mixed concentrate and chopped alfalfa hay. The DMI decreased linearly with increasing percentages of dietary yeast product. Milk yield and milk protein percentage were not altered by inclusion of the dietary yeast product. Milk fat tended to respond quadratically to increases in the percentage of dietary yeast product in the TMR. The supplemental dietary yeast product had no effect on ruminal pH; however, the ratio of acetate to propionate decreased, and propionate percentage tended to increase, as supplementation of the yeast product increased. Addition of yeast product to the TMR had no adverse effect on milk flavor. Milk from cows fed yeast product had better flavor than milk from control cows. Results indicate that inclusion of this yeast product at 40% depressed feed intake.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate a mobile computerized grain feeder for use to feed individually Holstein cows grazing grass pasture. Thirty-two Holstein cows averaging 95 d of lactation and 39.3 kg/d of milk were rotationally grazed on predominantly Dactylis glomerata pastures for 9 wk starting in early May. Cows were blocked according to parity, days of lactation, and milk yield. Cows were randomly assigned to a control group in which cows were individually fed grain twice daily at milking or to a group that was offered grain four times daily using a mobile grain feeder in the pasture. Cows in both groups were offered 1 kg of grain/3 kg of milk; pasture was the only source of forage. Cows fed using the mobile grain feeder consumed less grain than did control cows (9.3 vs. 11.3 kg/d) and tended to yield less milk, but with a higher fat content. A separate analysis was conducted using data from only those cows that were fed using the mobile grain feeder and that consumed, in four relatively equal amounts, at least 75% of the allotted grain of their respective pairmates (7 per group) in the control group. When cows that were using the mobile grain feeder consumed amounts of grain comparable with that of the controls, more frequent grain feeding did not alter milk yield or composition. Plasma samples (five per cow per treatment) were collected at 2-wk intervals to measure glucose, urea N, and nonesterified fatty acids (NEFA). Plasma glucose and urea N were not affected by treatment and averaged 54.9 and 19.9 mg/ dl for all cows, respectively. Cows fed grain using the mobile feeder had higher (212.4 vs. 170.5 meq/L) concentrations of NEFA than did control cows, but, when cows consumed greater than 75% of their allotted grain from the mobile feeder, concentrations of NEFA were similar. The mobile grain feeder can be used to feed cows individually on pasture; however, adaptation of the cows to the mobile grain feeder appears to be important.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To measure responses of cows to supplemental Se intake in excess of nutritional requirements, but lower than recognized toxic dosages. ANIMALS: 24 healthy adult Holstein cows. PROCEDURE: Cows were allotted to 4 groups and fed sodium selenite to provide 0, 3, 20, or 50 mg of Se/cow/d for 90 days. Subsequently, the dosage for the group receiving 50 mg/cow/d was increased to 100 mg/cow/d for 28 d. Blood, liver specimens, feces, and urine were obtained at points during the trial. RESULTS: Serum and blood Se concentrations in groups receiving 20 or 50 mg/cow/d increased over time, compared with controls (P < 0.01). Increasing supplemental Se intake to 100 mg/cow/d further increased serum and blood Se concentrations (P < 0.05). Urine, fecal, and liver Se concentrations increased more markedly in response to treatment than did those of serum or blood. No effect of Se treatment was seen on blood cell counts or serum activities of hepatocellular enzymes. Likewise, neither titer response to rabies vaccination nor lymphocyte blastogenic response to nonspecific mitogens was affected by Se treatment. Objective or subjective physical signs of Se toxicosis were not observed at any Se dosage. CONCLUSIONS: Inorganic Se intakes of up to 50 mg/d for 90 days or 100 mg/d for 28 days by adult Holstein cows do not affect the variables measured. CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Intakes of Se as sodium selenite in amounts 10 to 30 times the nutritional requirements are unlikely to cause health problems in adult cows. Urine and feces are good test samples for detection of Se supplementation greater than requirements.  相似文献

Different supplementation schemes to build iron stores in female Indonesian adolescents were investigated. Subjects were 273 high-school girls allocated randomly to four treatment groups. During a 3-mo period one group received 60 mg Fe, 750 micrograms retinol, 250 micrograms folic acid, and 60 mg vitamin C per day; a second group received 60 mg Fe, 6000 micrograms retinol, 500 mg folic acid, and 60 mg vitamin C once a week; a third group received 120 mg Fe and the same amount of the other three micronutrients as the second group once a week; and a fourth group received only placebos. All subjects were dewormed and supplement allocation was double blind. Blood samples were collected at baseline, after 2 and 3 mo of supplementation, and 6 mo after the last supplement. After 2 mo of supplementation, groups supplemented weekly and daily showed similar significant improvements (P < 0.001) in hemoglobin and retinol concentrations, and supplementation for 3 instead of 2 mo did not significantly increase these two indicators. After 3 mo, the increase in ferritin was approximately equal to 27 micrograms/L in the daily and 14-15 micrograms/L in the weekly groups (P < 0.001), the latter having a final concentration of 42-45 micrograms/L. At 6 mo postsupplementation there were no significant differences among daily and weekly groups, but the ferritin concentration was still approximately equal to 10-12-micrograms/L higher (P < 0.001) than in the placebo group. The group supplemented weekly with 60 mg Fe complained less about side effects than the other supplemented groups (P < 0.05). Weekly supplementation with 60 mg Fe and 6000 micrograms retinol for 3 mo was optimal for improving the iron status of the adolescents for approximately equal to 9 mo.  相似文献

Tropical corn silage was compared with sorghum silage as a basal forage in the diets of high producing dairy cows. Sorghum and tropical corn silages were each included in place of ground corn at incremental concentrations in the experimental diets. Eight separate diets were fed, four diets containing each silage ranging in forage neutral detergent fiber (NDF) from approximately 25 to 31% and ranging in total NDF from approximately 41 to 45%. Diets were arranged in a 2 x 4 factorial design and were fed to lactating cows (n = 24; pretrial mean milk production = 39 kg/d; body weight = 656 kg; and days in milk = 81). As concentrations of dietary NDF increased, intake and milk production decreased linearly. The impact of dietary NDF on intake was greater for diets based on tropical corn silage than for diets based on sorghum silage. Energy intake and milk production were reduced, but cows consumed more fiber when challenged with higher dietary concentrations of fiber. The in vitro rate and extent of digestion of dietary samples were correlated with intake response. The rate of in vitro fiber digestion was slower for samples that contained tropical corn silage than for samples that contained sorghum silage. In vivo digestibility measurements were influenced by intake and dietary composition. Results of this trial indicated that sorghum silage can have equal or slightly greater nutritional value than tropical corn silage when these forages are fed at equal concentrations of dietary fiber.  相似文献

The efficacy of two free radical scavengers, selenium and zinc, and a microsomal epoxide hydrolase-inducing agent, cis-stilbene oxide on the acute toxicity of T-2 toxin, a potent cytotoxic trichothecene, was investigated. Mice were pretreated daily for 3 consecutive days with either zinc sulfate (4.4 mg/kg, intraperitoneally [i.p.]), sodium selenite (1, 2, and 3 mg/kg i.p.) or cis-stilbene oxide (50 mg/kg i.p.). A full 24-hr after the final dosing with these agents, mice were given T-2 toxin (2, 2.5, or 3 mg/kg i.p.). The acute lethal toxicity of T-2 toxin (2.5 mg/kg) was reduced by administration of only sodium selenite (3 mg/kg) and cis-stilbene oxide (50 mg/kg). No significant effect on weight gain was observed.  相似文献

A randomized clinical trial including 1109 cows from 12 Australian dairy herds was used to evaluate the effects of monensin on the health (n = > 686 cows), production (n = 915 cows), and reproduction (n = > 908 cows) of dairy cows. Cows were allocated to a treatment group receiving a slow-release intraruminal bolus containing 32 g of sodium monensin that was administered 40 d before and 50 d following the anticipated calving date or to a control group. Treatment did not significantly alter any reproductive outcome; 54.5% of cows treated with monensin and 58.2% of control cows were pregnant at first service, and days to conception were lower for cows treated with monensin. The hazard rate (0.95) was not significant for these cows. The percentage of cows pregnant was 83.8 for control cows, and days to first estrus (hazard rate = 1.04) and first service (hazard rate = 1.04) were not significantly higher for treated cows. Treatment with monensin did not significantly alter the risk of any disease. The incidence of retained fetal membranes, pyometra, lameness, abortion, and infectious diseases was not significantly lower for cows in the treatment group, and the incidence of mastitis was not significantly higher for cows in the treatment group. Monensin significantly increased milk production by 0.75 L/d per cow and tended to increase milk fat and protein yields but had no significant effect on milk fat or milk protein percentages. Changes in the production of milk and milk constituents were consistent throughout lactation.  相似文献

Holstein cows (n = 51) that had been diagnosed with toxic puerperal metritis were used to determine the treatment efficacy of various antibiotics. On the day of diagnosis, cows affected with toxic puerperal metritis were assigned randomly to three treatment groups. Cows in groups 1 and 2 received 22,000 IU/kg of procaine penicillin G i.m. for 5 d. In addition, cows in group 2 received an intrauterine infusion of 6 g of oxytetracycline on d 1, 3, and 5. Cows in group 3 received 2.2 mg/kg of ceftiofur sodium i.m. for 5 d. Dependent variables used to determine antibiotic efficacy included milk yield on d 1 through 12, rectal temperature on d 1 through 5, and serum haptoglobin concentration on d 1, 3, and 5. No difference was observed among groups for milk yield on d 1 and 12 or for temperature on d 1 and 5. Serum haptoglobin was elevated to > 10 mg/dl for cows in all groups; however, no difference was observed among groups on d 1 and 5. Because all groups showed a favorable response, this study suggests that there is no difference in treatment efficacy among antibiotics used to treat cows affected with toxic puerperal metritis.  相似文献

There are no data in the literature on effects of supplementing infants with yeast-selenium. We therefore studied the impact of selenium-enriched yeast on the serum selenium concentration of preterm infants living in a selenium-low area (Hungary). Twenty-eight preterm infants with a mean +/- SD birthweight of 962 +/- 129 g and a gestational age of 27 +/- 1 weeks were randomized into two groups at birth with respect to selenium supplementation. In the supplemental group (n = 14) infants received 4.8 mg yeast containing 5 microgram selenium daily with naso-gastric drip during the first 14 postnatal days. The nonsupplemented infants were used as a reference group. In the supplemented group the serum selenium concentration increased from 32.1 +/- 8.5 microgram/l to 41.5 +/- 6.5 microgram/l and in the nonsupplemented group it decreased from 25.9 +/ 6.8 microgram/l to 18.2 +/- 6.4 microgram/l within two weeks. The serum glutathione peroxidase activity increased from 2.97 +/- 0.73 U/20 microliter to 6.42 +/- 3.11 U/20 microliter in the supplemented group, and it did not change significantly (from 3.53 +/- 0.94 U/20 microliter to 3.85 +/- 0.95 U/20 microliter) in the nonsupplemented group. We did not observe any complications or side effects in connection with enteral yeast-selenium supplementation. It is concluded that selenium-enriched yeast is a safe and an effective form of short term enteral selenium supplementation for preterm infants.  相似文献

The concentration of urea in the milk of 510 dairy cows in 10 herds was determined at regular intervals for a year. The herds contained approximately equal numbers of Swedish Red and White, and Swedish Holstein cows. The mean +/- sd concentration in the samples from individual cows was 5.32 +/- 1.13 mmol/l, and the mean concentration in bulk milk was 5.39 +/- 0.96 mmol/l. These values indicated that on average the herds were fed too much protein relative to their intake of energy throughout the year. Herd factors had a strong influence on the milk urea concentration. The concentration was lower during the first month of lactation than later in the lactation, and lower when the cows were housed during the winter than when they were grazing. There was a weak positive relationship between the daily milk yield and urea concentration, particularly during late lactation, but there was no relationship with either breed or age. Bulk milk urea was a reliable guide to the average urea concentration of a herd.  相似文献

Prolonged oral exposure of cattle to elevated dietary selenium (Se) in forage and seleniferous plants in seleniferous areas of the western United States is associated historically with 2 clinical syndromes: alkali disease and "blind staggers." The potential for Se-induced disease in cattle and other species is considerable in areas with seleniferous shales, Se-accumulating plants, arid climates, and alkaline soils. These 2 Se-associated conditions were defined in the 1930s and 1940s, and the nosology of blind staggers is questionable. Seventeen yearling steers fed 0.15, 0.28, and 0.8 mg Se/kg body weight as selenomethionine or selenite for 120 days were euthanized and examined postmortem. Significant lesions were confined to 4 steers in the medium- and high-dose selenomethionine group and to 1 steer in the high-dose selenite group. Grossly, dystrophic hoof lesions developed in 2 steers, 1 of which had extensive separation of horn from lamellar and coronary epidermis and also lost hair from the tail switch. Histologically, tubules in the stratum medium of hooves from these 5 steers were replaced by islands of parakeratotic cellular debris, separated by more normal hoof matrix. Two of the 5 steers also had hyperplasia, acanthosis, parakeratosis, and disorganized germinal epithelium of varying severity in hoof epithelium, particularly at the tips of epidermal lamellae. These changes may distinguish the hoof lesions of chronic selenosis from those of chronic laminitis in cattle, in which dermal (chorial) changes predominate. In skin from the distal part of the tail of the animal that lost its switch, most follicles were atrophic and devoid of hairshafts and displayed dyskeratosis and mild superficial follicular keratosis. No significant lesions developed in tissues other than integument. Autometallographic staining for catalytic Se bonds in various tissues, including skin, liver, and kidney, revealed no positive staining of hair shafts; the correlation between stain intensity and dose group was poor. These findings indicate that dietary exposure for 4 months to 0.28 and 0.8 mg Se/kg in the form of selenomethionine and to 0.8 mg Se/kg in the form of sodium selenite reproduces in some cattle mild (subclinical) to severe (clinical) forms of alkali disease. No significant neurological, renal, or hepatic lesions developed, supporting the contention that blind staggers is caused by factors other than excessive dietary selenium.  相似文献

Vitamin E and selenium (SE) are essential nutrients that are integral components of the antioxidant defense of tissues and cells. Soils in many of the important dairy regions of the world are Se-deficient, and feedstuffs grown on these soils will not provide adequate dietary Se. Cattle consuming stored forages are likely to be low in vitamin E unless supplemented, and vitamin E deficiencies are frequently observed in peripartum dairy cows. Many new intramammary infections (IMI) occur in the 2 wk before and after calving. Deficiencies of either vitamin E or Se have been associated with increased incidence and severity of IMI, increased clinical mastitis cases, and higher somatic cell counts (SCC) in individual cows and bulk tank milk. Somatic cell counts are a primary indicator of mastitis and milk quality in dairy herds. The polymorphonuclear neutrophil (PMN) is a major defensive mechanism against infection in the bovine mammary gland. A know consequence of vitamin E and Se deficiency is impaired PMN activity and postpartum vitamin E deficiencies are frequently observed in dairy cows. Dietary supplementation of cows with Se and vitamin E results in a more rapid PMN influx into milk following intramammary bacterial challenge and increased intracellular kill of ingested bacteria by PMN. Subcutaneous injections of vitamin E approximately 10 and 5 d before calving successfully elevated PMN alpha-tocopherol concentrations during the periparturient period and negated the suppressed intracellular kill of bacteria by PMN that commonly is observed around calving.  相似文献

Three experiments conducted with grower-finisher pigs evaluated sodium selenite and a Se-enriched yeast source at various dietary Se levels on Se retention, tissue and serum Se concentrations, and serum glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity. Experiment 1 was a balance trial conducted in a 2 x 3 factorial arrangement in a randomized complete block (RCB) design in six replicates. Both Se sources were added at .1, .3, or .5 ppm Se. Crossbred barrows (n = 36) averaging 35.9 kg BW were placed in individual metabolism crates and fed their treatment diets, with feces and urine collected for a 7-d test period. Selenium retention increased as dietary Se levels increased, particularly when the Se-enriched yeast was provided, resulting in a Se source x Se level interaction (P < .01). As dietary Se levels increased, urinary Se increased more when pigs were fed sodium selenite, whereas fecal Se increased more when the Se-enriched yeast was fed; both excretion routes resulting in Se level x Se source interaction responses (P < .01). Experiments 2 and 3 were conducted as RCB involving grower (n = 210) and finisher (n = 266) pigs, respectively, and evaluated the two Se sources each at .1, .3, or .5 ppm Se with a non-Se-fortified basal diet serving as a negative control. In Exp. 2, pigs were fed their treatment diets from 22.2 to 60 kg BW in five replicates, whereas in Exp. 3 diets were fed from 65.8 to 105 kg BW in six replicates. Grower pigs fed sodium selenite had serum GSH-Px activity that reached a plateau at .1 ppm Se and .3 ppm when the Se-enriched yeast source was fed, but the interaction response was not significant (P < .15). During the finisher period, serum GSH-Px activity reached a plateau at .1 ppm Se for both Se sources. Serum Se concentrations were lower at .1 ppm Se when the Se-enriched yeast source was fed, resulting in a source x level interaction response for both grower (P < .05) and finisher (P < .01) periods. Loin Se contents were higher in grower and finisher pigs as dietary Se levels increased when the Se-enriched yeast was fed, resulting in a Se source x Se level interaction (P < .01). The results suggest that more Se was retained in muscle tissue when the Se-enriched yeast source was fed, that serum GSH-Px activity reached a plateau at approximately .1 ppm Se, and that sodium selenite may be more biologically available for GSH-Px activity than the Se-enriched yeast source.  相似文献

A low vitamin E/selenium status has been associated with increased vulnerability of dairy cattle to mastitis. Since polymorphonuclear leucocytes (PMN) provide the major cellular defence mechanism within the mammary gland, the effect of in vitro supplementation with vitamin E and selenium on the function of these cells was investigated. Both vitamin E and selenium enhanced the chemotactic and random migration of PMN and increased the production of superoxide following stimulation with phorbol myristate acetate. Vitamin E, but not sodium selenite, was also found to enhance the phagocytosis of opsonised Staphylococcus aureus by PMN. No synergistic effects of the two nutrients were observed. These results obtained in vitro may indicate the potential benefits of in vivo supplementation of dairy cows with vitamin E and selenium in terms of enhancing their natural resistance to mastitis.  相似文献

The present study was carried out in order to examine the efficiency of selenium/vitamin E on the health status in the first eight weeks of life in Se-deficient neonate calves. The experiments were done with 54 calves from two farms. Animals with low selenium level p.n. (< 40 micrograms/l) were randomly classified alternatively to be treated (gr. I) or to serve as control (gr. II). The calves of group I were treated with 0.2 mg selenium and 60 mg vitamin E per kg body weight subcutaneously on the first and third day p.n.; they got another treatment with half of the dosage in the fourth week of life. Group II received a placebo (0.9% sterile NaCl-solution). Clinical and haematological examination brought following results: Group I showed a lower infection rate and the duration of infection (especially in the case of pneumonia) was shorter than in the controls. During two days, after initial selenium substitution, the GSH-Px-activity was clearly higher in the animals of group I. The amount of antibiotics and special diets per calf was lower in group I. In conclusion it can be said, that the application of selenium and vitamin E seemed to improve the status of health in the Se-deficient calves, although the results could not be assured statistically.  相似文献
