为改善多晶Fe-Ga合金的磁致伸缩性能,在Fe-Ga合金中掺杂稀土Ce、Tb和Dy元素。 研究了Fe83Ga17和Fe83Ga17R0.6 (R=Ce、Tb和Dy)合金的结构和磁致伸缩性能。结果表明,Fe83Ga17合金由单一bcc结构Fe(Ga)固溶体相组成,而掺杂稀土后的Fe83Ga17R0.6合金中除保持bcc结构的Fe(Ga)固溶体相外,还出现了R2Fe17第二相。掺杂稀土后的Fe83Ga17R0.6合金磁致伸缩系数明显大于Fe83Ga17合金。掺杂不同种类的稀土元素对Fe-Ga合金磁致伸缩性能改善的程度不同。在外磁场为557 kA/m时,Fe83Ga17Ce0.6合金的磁致伸缩系数(206×10-6)明显大于Fe83Ga17Tb0.6 (165×10-6)和Fe83Ga17Dy0.6 (161×10-6)合金的磁致伸缩系数。  相似文献

采用高真空电弧炉制备了Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe1.95-xNbx(x=0,0.03,0.06,0.09)合金,研究了该系列合金的晶体结构、微观组织及磁致伸缩性能。结果表明:添加Nb元素后的Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe1.95-xNbx(x=0.03,0.06,0.09)合金基体相结构仍保持为MgCu2(C15型)立方Laves相,添加Nb后Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe1.95-xNbx合金基体相晶格常数几乎不变。Nb在基体相RFe2中和富Re相中都不溶,但在x=0.03时的RFe3相中微溶而形成Re(Nb,Fe)3相。初生相NbFe2(C14型)相的形成使凝固液体富稀土从而抑制了RFe3有害相形成。六方结构的NbFe2在与自身结构不同的RFe2(C15型)中不溶而单独成为一相存在于RFe2基体上。Nb的添加量x对磁致伸缩的影响很大,微量(x=0.03)Nb的添加有效抑制了RFe3有害相的生成而使得磁致伸缩性能提高最大,但当Nb含量继续增大时,由于顺磁相NbFe2和富Re相的析出影响了基体磁-弹性交互作用而使磁效伸缩性能下降。但相对于Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe1.95母合金都有少量提高。  相似文献

The structure, Curie temperature and magnetostriction of Pr0.15Tb0.30Dy0.55Fe1.85Cx (x=0-0.1) compounds were investigated by X-ray diffraction, a vibrating sample magnetometer and a standard strain technique.All the samples show entirely MgCu2-type Laves phase structure.The lattice parameter and Curie temperature increase with C content increasing.The magnetostriction at high magnetic field shows maximum value at x=0.05.  相似文献

The dependence of composition varied,especially C,Si,Cr,Cu and Co in four amorphousalloy systems Fe_(80-x)Cr_xSi_5B_(15).Fe_(80-x)Cr_xC_5B_(15).Fe_(80-x)Cu_xSi_5B_(15)and(Fe_(1-x)Co_x)_(82)Cu_(0.4)Si_(4.4)B_(13.2)upon their saturation magnetostriction at room temperature hasbeen studied.It was observed that the saturation magnetostriction of the alloys may be re-markably improved by small addition of Cu and Co.the peak value being up to 70×10~(-6)asx=0.02 in alloys(Fe_(1-x)Co_x)_(82)Cu_(0.4)Si_(4.4)B_(13.2).  相似文献

The formation of borides M_3B_2 M_2B_2 and M_(23)B_6 may be carried out from the melt-quenchedFe_(70)Cr_(18)Mo_2SiB_9 during 700—1150℃ annealing.As the temperature raising,the M_2B,themajority being Fe_2B.may be gradually replaced by Cr_2B via the co-existence between Fe_2Band Cr_2B.The Cr_2B may be formed by trans formation of Fe_2B through the atomic substitu-tion and structural adjustment.The thin slice of remaining Fe_2B is sandwiched between(100)faces of(Cr,Fe)_2B as stacking fault.The M_2B_2 is virtually composed of theMo_(1+x)(Fe,Cr)_(2-x)B_2 where x(0≤x≤1)increases with the increase of temperature.  相似文献

The structure, magnetization, and magnetostriction of Sm0.9Pr0.1Fex and Sm1-xNdxFel.9 thin films have been investigated using X-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer, and optical cantilever method. It is found that the structure of Sm0.9Pr0.1Fex thin films consists of an Sm-Pr-Fe amorphous phase when x≤2.69 and that of Sm1-xNdxFel.9 thin films consists of an Sm-Nd-Fe amorphous phase. The in-plane magnetization of Sm0.91Pr0.1Fex thin films increases with increase in the Fe content, and low values of the in-plane coercivity occur in the range of 1.62≤ x≤ 2.28. The magnetostriction value of Sm0.91Pr0.1Fex thin films increases with increasing the Fe content when x ≤ 1.94 and decreases when x 〉 1.94. The in-plane magnetostriction of Sm1-xNdxFe1.9 thin films under low magnetic fields has been improved by the substitution of Nd for Sm when x = 0.2.  相似文献

采用电弧熔炼方法制备了Pr0.3TbxDy0.7-xFe1.9Ti0.1(x=0.18~0.21)合金,对样品进行不同条件退火处理,并测量了其磁性能。结果表明:退火前样品都有杂相,并且第二相很大程度上影响样品磁致伸缩;700℃,6d退火处理没有有效消除杂相,样品磁致伸缩没有明显得到改善;而900℃,3d退火处理有效地消除了样品的杂相,尤其是x=0.21的样品,几乎呈现完美的单一的MgCu2型Laves相,磁化强度和磁致伸缩系数均有所增加,当磁场为900kA/m时该样品磁致伸缩系数达到了1.12×10-3。  相似文献

The magnetic properties of Nd_2(Fe_(1-x)M_x)_(14)B(M=C and Si) compounds have been investi-gated.Substituting Fe by small amount of metalloid C and Si atoms,the compounds are intetragonal structure and have uniaxial anisotropy.The substitution of C for part of Fe de-creases the Curie temperature of the compounds and the intrinsic coercivity of bond samples atlow temperature.The replacement of Fe by Si makes the Curie temperature increase with amaximum at the vicinity of x=0.15.When the range of the content of Si is 0≤x≤0.10,thecoercivity distinctly increases at room temperature.from 62.7 kA/m at x=0 to138.7kA/m at x=0.06,where the residual magnetization has a maximum:in the mean timethe saturation magnetization decreases only by a small amount.  相似文献

本文报道了Fe_(80-x)Cr_xSi_5B_(15),Fe_(80-x)Cr_xC_5B_(15),Fe_(80-x)Cu_xSi_5B_(15)和(Fe_(1-x)Co_x)_(32)Cu_(0.4)Si_(4.4)B_(13.2)四系列非晶合金在室温下的饱和磁致伸缩系数λs随成分x的变化关系,讨论了C,Si,Cr,Cu,Co原子对磁致伸缩系数的影响。发现少量Cu,Co的加入大大提高了非晶合金的λs。特别是(Fe_(1-x)Co_x)_(82)Cu_(0.4)Si_(4.4)B_(13.2)系列中当x=0.02时峰值λs=70×10~(-6)。  相似文献
