自持金刚石厚膜上沉积ZnO薄膜的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
ZnO/金刚石结构的表面声学波滤波器的性能主要取决于沉积ZnO薄膜的质量.本文用金属有机化合物气相沉积两步生长法在自持化学气相沉积金刚石厚膜的成核面上制备了ZnO薄膜,并用X射线衍射谱,扫描电子显微镜和室温光荧光谱对薄膜质量进行了表征.结果表明得到的ZnO薄膜取向一致,表面较均匀,光学质量良好. 相似文献

通过热蒸镀Cu膜并在空气中退火制备Cu2O薄膜,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、能量分散X射线谱(EDX)和原子力显微镜(AFM)研究了已沉积和不同温度退火薄膜的晶体结构、成份和表面形貌。结果表明,Cu膜在200℃退火30分钟可以得到具有单一成份的Cu2O薄膜。四探针测量得到所制备的Cu2O薄膜电阻率为0.22Ωcm。用紫外可见光分光光度计(UV-vis)研究了Cu2O薄膜的光学特性,得出其光学带隙为2.4eV。 相似文献

In the present study, an attempt is made to optimize the electrical performance of the thin polymeric films through optimization techniques. The study is conducted in two phases: (1) laboratory experiments and (2) through numerical optimization. For laboratory analysis, thin and transparent films are prepared using polyethersulfone (PES) as host material and meta-nitroaniline (MNA) as guest materials. A set of nine film samples are prepared by the solution casting method in the laboratory using different concentrations of MNA. The electrical properties capacitance, conductance, and dissipation factor of films are measured by Aligent Impedance Analyzer. These characteristics are then optimized mathematically. For this purpose, initially single-objectives are considered for optimizing the electrical properties individually, and later a multiobjective model is considered for analyzing the properties simultaneously. The algorithms employed are metaheuristics: genetic algorithms, particle swarm optimization, differential evolution, and its variant modified differential evolution along with fmincon (a MATLAB toolbox) for single-objective optimization and multiobjective differential evolution algorithm and nondominated sorting genetic algorithm-II for multiobjective optimization. 相似文献

One of the most important factors in the preparation of edible films regards the choice of ingredients. Edible films are commonly prepared with single or mixed high-molecular-weight compounds like proteins and gums. In the present work, protein and gum-based edible films were prepared and their thermal diffusivity determined by photoacoustics. The films were prepared with different concentrations of four basic ingredients: whey protein concentrate, mesquite gum, sodium alginate, and -carrageenan. In single-component films, the highest thermal diffusivity was found in mesquite gum (1.97×10–7m2s–1), followed by sodium alginate, whey protein concentrate, and -carrageenan samples. In composed films, the highest thermal diffusivity was obtained in a ternary film made of mesquite gum, whey protein concentrate, and sodium alginate in identical parts (5.20×10–7m2s–1). 相似文献

采用中频交流磁控溅射方法,在玻璃基底上依次沉积了Mo、CuIn、CuGa薄膜,制备了CuInGa(CIG)双层预制膜,采用固态硒化法制备获得了Cu(In1-xGax)Se2(CIGS)吸收层薄膜,考察了CuGa层制备过程中工作气压的改变,对CIGS薄膜结构和形貌的影响。采用SEM和EDS观察和分析了薄膜的表面形貌和成分,采用XRD表征了薄膜的组织结构。结果表明,改变溅射制备CuGa层的工作气压,所获得的CIG双层预制膜均由Cu11In9、CuIn和CuGa组成。在溅射制备CuGa层的工作气压为1.0Pa的条件下所获得的CIG双层预制膜经过硒化后,获得的CIGS薄膜致密。采用不同结构的双层预制膜,在不同的硒化时间下制备的CIGS薄膜,均具有黄铜矿相结构,薄膜具有(112)面的择优取向。 相似文献

Strained films of YBCO in which stresses caused by mismatching of film and substrate lattices and thermal expansion coefficients are frozen by quenching are grown on substrates LAO (1 0 0) by laser ablation method. Critical current in these films is suppressed about 2–3 orders of magnitude. The strained films have unusual temperature dependences with the minimum at the temperature range of 55–57~K. In spite of granular films with the same critical current the strained films are stable to thermocycles. DC-SQUIDs are manufactured on the base of the strained films with the sensitivity by flux up to 4.5 mk 0/ Hz. 相似文献

The objective of this study is to determine the infrared optical constants of polyimide films in the spectral range between 2000 and 7000 cm-1using a five-oscillator Lorentz model. Model parameters are presented, in addition to the derived values of the complex refractive index and dielectric constant. The parameters were obtained using electromagnetic theory for thin films to model reflectivity data from two film samples with different thicknesses (5.17 and 12.4 m) on gold substrates examined at two incident angles. Measurements were taken using a polarizable reflectometer device in a Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer. The real part of the refractive index, n, is shown to be about 1.67, while the imaginary part, k, is less than 0.01 over the spectral range examined. Results are consistent with findings of other experimentalists, and new data presented here show that polarization effects on thin film layers are predictable from the proposed model. 相似文献
