为了有效提高新型多效旋风分离器对粒径为0.1~3μm颗粒的分离效率,获取该设备的阻力性能,采用实验方法研究该新型多效旋风分离器压降与进口气速的关系,并与Lapple型旋风分离器进行比较。结果表明:进口风速为5~30m/s时,主体直径为0.25m的多效旋风分离器总阻力系数为7.29,其中,一级和二级预分离螺旋管的阻力系数分别为1.04和1.73;主体的阻力系数为4.52。直径为0.25m的Lapple型旋风分离器的阻力系数为7.21。 相似文献

针对旋风分离器顶部灰环逃逸现象,采取在升气管根部开孔直接导出顶灰环中颗粒的方法,以探究顸部灰环在环形空间的分布形态及粒径分布特性。实验在升气管圆周的8个位置分别开孔并试验,通过粗粉收率的变化判断顶灰环中颗粒的逃逸量,并分析了细粉中的粒径分布。发现顶灰环中颗粒逃逸的量是由于顶灰环在空间分布不均造成的,而且在空间的粒径含量和分布是一个动态平衡过程。实验数据袁明相对于升气管开孔前的收率下降了0.37%-5.5%,压降下降了20.1%-40%。最大效率可达97.47%,最低压降可达176.4Pa。 相似文献

在研究发现旋风分离器减阻杆的基础上,研究了减阻杆对流场的影响,发现了减阻杆使切向速度分布趋于平缓,轴向速度上升峰值内移,径向上压力梯度减小,轴处中心区从逆压梯度变为顺压梯度等重要规律,从而为分析旋风分离器减振阻杆的减阻机理提供了依据。同时本文还首次发现旋风分离器入口附近有近24%的短路流量,提出设法减小这部位短流流量是提高分离效率的一个研究方向。 相似文献

利用雷诺应力模型(RSM)对直切单入口、直切双入口、斜切单入口、斜切双入口、斜切螺旋面单入口、斜切螺旋面双入口6种不同侧向入口旋风分离器内部气相流场进行了计算分析。结果表明:双入口结构旋风分离器内部压力场和速度场具有更好的对称性与稳定性;仅改变入口斜切角度对旋风分离器内部速度场和压力场的分布影响不大;当本文中6种分离器内部具有相近的切向速度径向分布时,斜切螺旋面入口结构分离器压力损失减少约25%,入口所需总压降低17%,处理相同气体量的能耗约下降17%;斜切螺旋面双入口(XS-L型)分离器是一种综合性能比较优的旋风分离器。 相似文献

This paper presents an experimental and numerical study on an industrial large-scale tangential-inlet cyclone separator with a novel and easy-to-implement vortex finder. The vortex finder was designed with slots on the side wall to improve cyclone performance. The collection efficiency, pressure drop, and interior flow field were analyzed. The proposed device provides an effective gas flow pathway and a coupled swirl-inertia separation mechanism, which eliminates short circuit flows under the bottom inlet of the slotted vortex finder to reduce the swirling intensity and minimize the flow instability in the separator. The pressure drop was reduced up to 27.9% compared to the conventional separator and the maximal increase in collection efficiency was 5.45%. The results presented here may provide a workable reference regarding the effects of vortex finders on improving flow fields and corresponding performance in industrial large-scale cyclone separators. 相似文献

In this study, performances of Ranque-Hilsh Vortex Tubes (RHVTs) were experimentally investigated under three different situations based on inlet pressure and the ratio of mass flow rate of the cold stream to the mass flow rate of the inlet stream (ξ). 1st situation is the conventional RHVT. 2nd situation is the threefold cascade type RHVT. Here three RHVTs were used. 3rd situation deals with the six cascade type RHVT. In this case, six RHVTs were used. When all the test results under Pi = 360 kPa and Pi = 400 kPa pressure conditions are compared, it is found that the best performance occurs at the 3rd situation. Moreover, the performance of the 3rd situation at Pi = 400 kPa pressure is higher than that at Pi = 360 kPa. Maximum values of ΔT and ξ are obtained as 67.6 °C and 0.9 for 3rd situation. 相似文献

以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和Span-40表面活性剂为添加剂,AR沥青为原料,制备炭素泡沫材料,测定了材料的体积密度、显气孔率、压缩强度、常温热导率以及微晶结构参数,研究了添加表面活性剂后AR沥青的流变性能和炭素泡沫材料孔胞结构的变化.结果表明,表面活性剂使炭素泡沫的平均孔径变小,孔径分布趋于均匀,韧带的层片织构排列更为规整、致密.添加SDBS的炭素泡沫,孔壁较薄,开孔率较高,具有较低的体积密度(0.36 g/cm3)、较高的显气孔率(83.35%)、较小的层片间距d002(0.3366 nm)、较高的常温热导率(55.96 W/m·K)和比热导率(155.44(W/m·K)/(g/cm3)).添加span-40对炭素泡沫的体积密度、显气孔率和热导率的影响较小,但是使石墨化度提高,使其具有较高的压缩强度(2.39 MPa). 相似文献

自动铺丝技术可以实现复杂曲率曲线铺放,可极大提高角度设计的自由度。本文以改善复合材料层合板动态特性为目的,对变角度层合板的减振性能进行了研究分析。首先对不同角度变化变角度层合板进行自由衰减试验,研究了纤维角度变化与变角度层合板阻尼比的关系。然后对含相应角度变角度夹层板进行随机试验,研究了层合板随机激励条件下的振动响应,并采用共振峰处传递函数(Transition function,TF)和拾振点加速度总均方根(Root mean square,RMS)两种指标评价减振效果。结果表明:层合板阻尼比在纤维变化角度为±<45|60>时最大,纤维变化角度为±<73|88>时最小。基于RMS减振评价指标,±<45|60>夹层板较传统直线板减振性能提高27.13%;基于共振峰TF减振评价指标,纤维角度变化对不同共振峰减振效果规律差异明显。研究表明,变角度层合板减振性能明显优于传统直线层合板,相关实验结果将对变角度层合板减振设计及优化提供一定的参考意义。 相似文献

为了考察橡胶增加水泥基材料干燥收缩量的机制,以橡胶水泥砂浆作为研究对象,采用毛细管张力理论分析了造成水泥砂浆干燥收缩的因素。使用压汞试验研究橡胶/水泥砂浆的孔结构,并进行了弹性模量和干燥收缩试验。研究结果表明,橡胶掺入会降低水泥砂浆的弹性模量,增加其孔隙率和干燥收缩量,且相同掺量条件下,小粒径橡胶的作用效果更明显。基于试验数据,考虑橡胶掺入对砂浆弹性模量的折减系数KE和橡胶掺入对毛细孔(孔径50nm的孔隙)数量的增加系数K_h,拟合了橡胶对水泥砂浆干燥收缩的影响参数δ_(mr)。 相似文献

Summary. The propulsive performance and vortex shedding of an oscillating foil, which mimics biological locomotion, are investigated based on a computational fluid dynamics analysis. The objectives of this study are to investigate unsteady forces, in particular a thrust force, for the foil in pitching and plunging motion, and to deal with the relations of the propulsive performance with leading-edge vortex structure and vortex shedding in the near wake. The two-dimensional incompressible Navier–Stokes equations in the vorticity and stream-function formulation are solved by fourth-order essentially compact finite difference schemes for the space derivatives and a fourth-order Runge-Kutta scheme for the time advancement. To reveal the mechanism of the propulsive performance, the unsteady forces and the shedding of the leading- and trailing- edge vortices of the foil in the pitching and plunging motion are analyzed. Based on our calculated results, three types of the leading-edge vortex shedding, which have an effective influence on the vortex structures in the wake of the oscillating foil, are identified. The effects of some typical factors, such as the frequency and amplitude of the oscillation, the phase difference between the pitching and plunging motions, and the thickness ratio of the foil, on the vortex shedding and the unsteady forces are discussed. 相似文献

在回热器中加入紫铜丝网增加径向导热有利于抑制大功率脉冲管制冷机回热器中的温度不均现象,但紫铜丝网也可能对制冷机性能产生其它的影响。通过数值模拟考察了在没有温度分布不均时,不同的紫铜丝网目数、分布方式、丝网厚度等对制冷机性能的影响。结果表明,在假设回热器温度均匀的情况下,不论如何填充定量的紫铜丝网,总会引起制冷机的效率降低;如果总的紫铜丝网数量一定并且均匀地分布在回热器中,整机制冷性能不会因填充层数的不同而有明显变化;采用与回热器不锈钢丝网目数接近的紫铜丝网要比目数相差较大的丝网可以获得更好的效果。 相似文献
