研究了搅拌槽内流体的湍流结构,提出了各个子域的能谱函数表达式,利用能谱函数研究了搅拌槽内的液-液分散,得到了各个子域的液-液分散机理方程。液-液分散是悬浮聚合、液-液萃取和传质等过程的基础。本文根据前人的研究和实验测定结果,提出了不同波数域的能谱函数,并导出了液滴的分裂机理方程。 相似文献

液滴在高压电场的作用下将分散成粒径细小的均匀雾滴。用涂有硅油的玻璃板对分散后的雾滴进行收集,通过统计学的方法即可测出雾滴平均粒径的大小。实验测量了不同液体的雾滴在不同电压下的平均粒径以及丙三醇在不同流量下雾滴平均粒径随电压升高的变化趋势,意在考察电压和流量这两大因素对液滴分散的影响。实验发现每种液体都存在一个临界电压,只有当电压超过临界值时,液滴才会发生大面积的分散。而在其它条件不变的情况下,流量的升高将导致临界电压的升高及平均粒径的增大。 相似文献

Droplet dispersion in a Venturi scrubber with axial liquid injection was investigated both experimentally and theoretically. The main objective of this study was to develop a mathematical model to predict droplet dispersion in a Venturi scrubber with axial liquid injection. The effects of the Peclet number and droplet size distribution on droplet dispersion were studied using the developed model. Sampling of the droplets was carried out, isokinetically, in 16 positions at the end of the throat section. The experimental data were used to find the parameters of the developed model, such as the Peclet number. From the results of this study, it was found that the Peclet number was not constant across the cross section of the scrubber channel. In order to achieve a better agreement between the results of the model and the experimental data, it was required to consider Peclet number variations across the Venturi channel. It was also revealed that the parameter representing the width of the Rosin‐Rammler distribution of droplet size could not be considered constant and it was influenced significantly by the operating parameters such as liquid flow rate and gas velocity. 相似文献

进行了多功能高速分散釜的模态分析并结合实际运行情况对计算结果进行评定。首先运用ANSYS插入APDL命令的方法,分析了高速分散釜的干模态和湿模态振动频率,结果发现用不同的计算方法所得到的结果相去甚远,考虑流体阻尼作用的湿模态计算结果与实际运行情况相符合,而干模态计算结果误差较大,因此分散釜在工程设计中必须采用考虑流体阻尼作用的湿模态计算方法;其次,论文采用FLUENT和ANSYS相耦合的方法,计算了预应力下的湿模态振动频率,结果表明,预应力对分散釜湿模态的计算结果影响不大,工程设计中可以忽略预应力的影响。 相似文献

本文在φ200和φ287mm两种塔内,对4.5型和6.3型板波填料进行了气流径向混合试验,试验采用CO_2作为示踪剂.试验结果表明,板波填料具有良好的径向混合性能.4.5型板波填料的Pe_r仅为1.5左右,而φ15mm拉西环的Pe_r约为3.5.影响气流在板波填料中径向混合的因素有:填料的盘高、盘径、波纹倾角以及气速等.在低Re下,板波填料的Pe_r较低,且随Re的增大而增加,当Re>800以后.Pe_r趋于定值.本文提出了Pe_r与诸参数间的经验关联式. 相似文献

High pressure and temperature are produced when high explosives are detonated in open air. The heat of detonation of the explosive compound, peak pressure, and temperature of the blast wave are important blast parameters. A blast wave generated due to explosion propagates into the air medium at supersonic speed until the pressure in the blast zone is released completely. The intensity of the impact by the blast wave on any intervening solid object depends on the blast parameters and the speed of propagation of the blast wave. A theoretical analysis is carried out to predict the pressure produced in the expanding blast zone as function of distance and time by analytically solving the governing equations. The initial peak pressure and temperature of blast wave, which are required in the theoretical analysis, were calculated making use of the blast wave theory. For comparison, experiments were conducted by detonating different weights of high explosives, and pressures were recorded at various distances from the blast point. The high explosives used in the experiments were TNT (0.045, 0.5, 1, 15, and 40 kg) and Composition B (0.045, 0.5, 1, and 15 kg). The theoretical results are validated by comparison with the experimental data and empirical equations available in literature. 相似文献
