本文通过对SA738Gr.B钢焊接冷裂纹敏感性试验、手工焊和埋弧焊焊接试验,分析了钢板焊接冷裂纹敏感性和焊接接头的综合力学性能及显微组织,结果表明武钢SA738Gr.B钢具有优异的焊接性能,能够满足我国极寒地区核电站用钢要求。 相似文献

选择两种焊丝,对Al Zn Mg系合金7A05 T6进行焊接性研究。焊接裂纹试验结果表明,采用两种焊丝焊接7A05合金时,接头均具有较好的抗热裂纹敏感性。两种焊丝焊接接头的拉伸强度均为母材强度的75%以上,经过时效处理的焊接接头力学性能有了明显的提高。分析认为微观组织中沉淀物质点越小,均匀分散到晶界上越多,接头的拉伸强度越高。 相似文献

为确保20Cr钢与B级铸钢之间具有良好的焊接性,采用不同焊接工艺进行淬火态20Cr钢与B级铸钢焊接试验,并对其焊接性进行冷热裂纹敏感性试验分析。结果表明:用J502,J506,A302焊条及ER50-6焊丝焊接淬火态20Cr钢定位销与B级铸钢轴箱体是可行的,其焊接接头具有良好的抗冷、热裂性能,但是焊接时要严格控制焊接规范。 相似文献

由于国内尚没有与1.25Cr0.5MoSi钢匹配的焊材,选择了国内生产的CYE111,R307CL,R307BL共3种焊条进行了焊接工艺评定试验,探讨了3种焊接接头的各项力学性能,并与国外日本神钢CMA-96MB焊条焊接接头的各项力学性能进行了对比。结果表明:3种国产焊条焊接接头均通过了焊接工艺评定,可用于1.25Cr0.5MoSi钢的焊接,其中CYE111焊条焊接接头的综合力学性能最好。 相似文献

The microstructure, mechanical strength, and fatigue response of metal active gas (MAG) butt‐welded G20Mn5 cast steel was thoroughly investigated for exploring the service safety and reliability of new‐generation railway bogie frames. The fatigue properties of the matrix and welded joints were determined by both low‐ and high‐cycle service regimes. On the basis of nanoindentation testing, the fatigue crack growth (FCG) was derived by correlating with cyclic plastic response of microdomain materials across the MAG joint. The results show that the MAG induces considerable changes in microstructures and hardness of the G20Mn5 matrix and resultantly produces an overmatching welded joint but show comparatively low‐ and high‐cycle fatigue properties to as‐received material. The calculated threshold FCG range based on the Murakami model indicates that the maximum 1.5‐mm defect might be the cracking site subjected to fatigue loading from the structural integrity viewpoint. 相似文献

AbstractA transition metal joint between type 304 stainless steel and 2·25Cr–1Mo steel, with Alloy 800 as the transition piece, is being developed for application in the steam generator circuit of the 500 MW prototype fast breeder reactor. As part of this programme, the hot cracking susceptibility of Inconel 82/182 and of 16–8–2 welding consumables were compared and the microstructure and mechanical properties of butt welds between type 304 stainless steel and Alloy 800, welded by the two consumables, were studied to select the appropriate welding consumables for this joint. It is recommended that the 16–8–2 consumable should be used for welding this joint because of its lower microfissuring tendency and reduced mismatch in the coefficient of thermal expansion across the joint, although this would mean a slight adverse effect on the elevated temperature mechanical properties. Further, to select the optimum post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) of the joint between Alloy 800 and 2·25Cr–1Mo steel, welded with Inconel 82/182 welding consumables, the effect of PWHT on the microstructure and mechanical properties was studied. Decreasing the PWHT temperature was found to improve the mechanical properties and the microstructural condition of this joint.MST/842 相似文献

为研究固溶处理对304奥氏体不锈钢和Q245R碳钢异种金属焊接接头显微组织及性能的影响,采用E309-16奥氏体不锈钢焊丝对6 mm厚的304/Q245R板材进行手工电弧焊,焊后使用箱式电阻炉对焊接接头进行固溶处理,对焊接接头进行显微组织观察和力学性能测试.结果表明:相对于固溶处理前,固溶处理后的接头焊缝组织为灰色奥氏体和黑色铁素体,枝晶偏析程度明显降低,Cr、Ni等合金元素分布较为均匀;焊缝和碳钢侧热影响区硬度值均有所提高,最高硬度值为304.59 HV,出现在焊缝位置;接头抗拉强度较高,达570 MPa,拉伸断裂发生在母材Q245R碳钢部位.另外,对焊缝进行XRD测定,未检测到不利于接头性能的相,这表明固溶处理后的异种金属接头性能良好,能够满足工程中的实际需求. 相似文献

The results are presented of experimental examination of short-term strength and cracking resistance of the parent metal and welded joints in 07Kh13N4AG20 steel in the temperature range 293–4.2 K. The mechanical characteristics of the welded joint in the examined steel are compared with the characteristics of 12Kh18N10T and 03Kh20N16AG6 steels.
