To overcome the short inhibition life of currently available inhibitors, a high polymer nanocomposite inhibitor was developed. The spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal gangue from the Yangquan mining area were studied through proximate analysis, scanning electron microscope/energy dispersive spectrometer (SEM/EDS), and thermogravimetric analysis. As a result, the coal gangue was found to be prone to spontaneous combustion. Temperature-programmed oxidation experiments showed that the average inhibition rates of Ca (OH)2 or polyacrylamide (PAM) were 30.99% and 30.95%, respectively. During testing, when the temperature of the coal gangue exceeded 160°C, the CO production and oxygen consumption rate of the sample with PAM increased dramatically, proving that the PAM inhibition effect was short-lived with elevating temperature, whereas the inhibition rate of polyacrylamide/montmorillonite (PAM/MMT) was significantly increased to 47.70%. In addition, the CO production and oxygen consumption rates were significantly reduced in the late oxidation period, proving that the addition of MMT was able to effectively improve the high-temperature resistance of the PAM. Different concentrations of PAM/MMT were compounded with Ca (OH)2, further improving the inhibition effect of the treatment. The inhibition effect of the PAM/MMT 3%-Ca (OH)2 20% composite inhibitor was the best in the study, with an inhibition rate of 83.15%. 相似文献

以陕西铜川原状煤矸石为研究对象,对其进行分拣、破碎、分级等工艺处理,重点进行煤矸石的化学强化和表面包覆相关实验。选用粒径为2.36~4.75 mm的煤矸石,采用不同的强化剂和包覆粉来提高其强度和耐水性。研究发现,当用硅酸盐类强化剂B(质量分数为6%)掺入0.7%土壤固化剂进行复配后的溶液作强化剂,对煤矸石强化效果最明显;在液体强化后的煤矸石表面用水泥和某尾矿粉质量比为1:1.2进行包覆处理,包覆量为煤矸石质量的25%,所制得的产品干压碎值约降低50%,耐水性约提高85%,所制得的煤矸石骨料产品性能良好。将所制得的煤矸石骨料产品替代部分石灰岩用作水泥砂浆集料,相比原状煤矸石砂浆,强化后的煤矸石水泥砂浆抗折、抗压强度都有提高。 相似文献

掌握煤中伴生有价微量元素在燃烧过程的迁移规律,对伴生元素的利用意义重大。选取4种高铝煤炭、1种煤泥和2种煤矸石等不同组成特性的样品为研究对象,采用逐级化学提取方法分析了锂(Li)、镓(Ga)和稀土(REE)在原料中的赋存形态,考察了以上元素在300~1100℃燃烧过程逸出情况和在燃烧灰中的富集行为,探讨了元素迁移规律与原料组成特性的关联。结果表明,Li、Ga和REE在7种样品中的赋存形态均以硅酸盐态为主,在燃烧过程的逸出率有与原料灰分呈负相关、与挥发分和含碳量呈正相关的趋势。以上元素在灰中均发生了不同程度的富集,REE的富集倍数高于Li和Ga。原料中微量元素含量和挥发分越高、灰分越低,同等燃烧条件下所得灰中微量元素的含量就越高。 相似文献

煤矸石山自燃释放出大量有毒有害气体,污染环境。在灭火治理过程中易发生中毒、烧烫伤、灭火后易自燃等问题。为了保证煤矸石山灭火施工过程中的安全,并确保灭火效果,笔者对事故发生的原因进行了分析研究。提出了以深孔注浆为主,覆盖为辅的施工工艺。针对煤矸石山自燃时的特点,对注浆灭火材料的选择进行了研究。结果表明,凝胶类、碱性、触变性或初凝时间可控的灭火材料灭火性能较好;最后提出了通过改进钻孔冲洗液的方式,提高矸石山钻孔成孔率。 相似文献

铝、硅主要是以高岭土形式存在于煤矸石中的,活性非常低。通过添加碳酸钠在一定温度下焙烧煤矸石,使煤矸石中的氧化铝和氧化硅转化为可溶硅铝酸钠,并通过实验确定了影响合成4A分子筛性能的因素。实验表明,碳酸钠与煤矸石质量比为1.2、活化温度为800 ℃、活化时间为1.5 h、n(氧化钠)/n(二氧化硅)为1.8、n(水)/n(氧化钠)为42、晶化温度控制在90 ℃、晶化时间为3 h,制得的4A分子筛的钙离子交换能力为305 mg/g,对废水中铬离子的去除率达到83.6%。 相似文献

试验选用不同产地的煤矸石试样,采用不同煅烧温度、保温时间、冷却方式等热激活工艺制度进行热激活处理,将处理样粉磨后以30%的比例掺入水泥中制成掺煤矸石的混合材硅酸盐水泥,测其各龄期胶砂强度值。并综合考虑强度和煤矸石粉磨能耗,采用DFE模糊决策模型,筛选出煤矸石试样最佳的热激活工艺制度。 相似文献

Fabrication of ceramic materials with interconnected pores is necessary to improve thermal energy storage efficiency in high-temperature infiltration technology. In the present study, industrial wastes such as coal gangue, steel slag, etc., were selected as the raw materials to prepare ceramics with interconnected pores. By adopting 50% cigarette butts as the pore-forming agent, steel slag–coal gangue mixtures with a mass ratio of steel slag to coal gangue of 1:9 were sintered at 1100°C, and ceramics with interconnected elongated pores were prepared successfully. The highest apparent porosity and lowest volume density of the as-prepared ceramics were ca. 73% and .74 g/cm3, respectively. Further measurements of the thermophysical properties indicated that no obvious mass loss was observed in the temperature range from ambient temperature to 800°C. The maximum values of specific heat and thermal conductivity were 1.38 J/(g K) and 1.661 W/(m K), respectively, and meanwhile the minimum compressive strength could exceed 3.5 MPa. These research results implied that the as-prepared steel slag–coal gangue ceramics can provide long-term service and offer excellent thermal stability over a wide temperature range. 煤矸石是采煤和选煤过程中排放的固体废物,约占原煤的10%~20%。目前中国煤矸石综合利用率较低,为62.2%左右,造成煤矸石堆积量日益增多。大量煤矸石长期堆放不仅占用土地,而且造成环境污染,甚至威胁到矿区居民生命财产安全。结合国内外煤矸石综合利用情况,探索煤矸石的综合利用工艺。结合煤矸石减排技术、煤矸石直接利用技术、煤矸石改性利用技术、煤矸石燃烧后利用以及矸石山自燃热能利用技术,大胆提出了几种煤矸石综合利用工艺设想,希望能对国内煤矸石综合利用企业起到抛砖引玉之效。 相似文献

将铜川煤矸石进行热活化和机械活化后,加入石灰进行化学激发,掺入水泥砂浆中进行强度测试,对石灰和煤矸石掺量进行了实验研究,分析了石灰对煤矸石水泥砂浆的作用。结果表明,煤矸石和石灰掺入对水泥砂浆的强度具有较大的影响。煤矸石水泥砂浆的早期抗压和抗折强度均较低,但28 d强度随煤矸石和石灰用量增加出现先增加后降低的趋势。在煤矸石用量达到40%,石灰取代量为40%左右时,水泥砂浆抗压和抗折强度出现最大值。石灰的加入对煤矸石水泥砂浆的强度具有较大的提升作用,掺石灰后,煤矸石水泥砂浆28 d抗压强度提高约21%,抗折强度提高约31%。 相似文献

煤矸石制备水泥辅助胶凝材料的应用研究对水泥行业的节能减排与大宗固废的高值利用均具有重要意义。本文以河北某地不同矿区的6种煤矸石为原料,采用XRD,热重等方法分析判断其化学成分和矿物组成,通过静态煅烧实验研究了其煅烧活化条件,并通过胶砂实验测定其胶凝活性。结果表明,煅烧温度和时间会影响产品的胶凝活性,煤矸石经过适当的热处理后,可用作辅助胶凝材料替代部分水泥熟料,在实现煤矸石资源化利用的同时,也为水泥工业碳减排提供了新路径。但煤矸石成分复杂,活化煅烧需要注意煅烧制度。采用CPFD(Computational Particle Fluid Dynamics)数值模拟方法模拟了分解炉内煤矸石传热、传质及化学反应,分析了不同工况下分解炉内气固两相流场。结果表明:入炉空气的温度较低时无法点燃煤矸石中的可燃组分,通过高温烟气点火和分级司料可有效解决这一问题。 相似文献

In this paper, the mechanical property of coal gangue in the activatory process is studied by using the method of orthogonal experiment, and then the micromechanism of various coal gangues is determined by modern test methods such as scanning electron microscope (SEM) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The experiment can approve those results: when proper amount of gypsum and fluorite were taken as for mineralizer in the course of calcinations of added-calcium coal gangue, much micropore can appear in microstructure and it can be in more molten state; spectrum peak of 29Si in this kind of coal gangue is not only in splitting decomposition, but also in broadening; the mechanical property of coal gangue calcined with calcium is in accordance with microstructure. 相似文献

研究了以内蒙古地区的煤矸石为原料,利用盐酸酸浸法、烧碱碱浸法和水热合成法制备4A 分子筛,设计了工艺流程,考察了反应条件对4A分子筛结构和形貌的影响,并利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、电镜扫描仪(SEM) 及傅里叶转换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)等测试手段对其进行了表征。结果表明最佳条件为煤矸石煅烧温度为720 ℃,煅烧时间为1 h,酸浸时间为2.5 h,转速为220 r/min,水浴温度为95 ℃,烧碱碱浸时间为5 h,碱浸温度为25 ℃,合成4A 分子筛的陈化温度为25 ℃,陈化时间为1 h,晶化温度为100 ℃,晶化时间为14 h,进行比较后得到了符合结构、形貌较优的4A分子筛产品。 相似文献
