棉浆粕废水组分较为复杂,治理具有一定的技术难度,采用两相厌氧、序批式活性污泥法和物化处理组合工艺取得了较好的效果。生产运行结果表明:SBR工艺对COD,BOD的去除效率分别达到40%~57%和55%~70%。在水温自然变化情况下,测定了好氧SBR单元的生化动力学参数,并与已有文献报道的纸浆和造纸废水的测定结果进行了比较,表明棉浆粕废水经两相厌氧处理后的出水更易于生化处理,但仍属较难好氧生化处理废水。  相似文献

As a first step in treatment of high strength, strong nitrogenous landfill leachates (total COD--9.66-20.56 g/l, total nitrogen 780-1,080 mg/l), the performance of laboratory UASB reactors has been investigated under sub-mesophilic (19+/-3 degrees C) and psychrophilic (10+/-2 degrees C) conditions. Under hydraulic retention time (HRT) of around 1.2 days, when the average organic loading rate (OLR) was around 8.5 g COD/l/day, the total COD removal accounted for 71% (on average) for sub-mesophilic regime. The psychrophilic treatment conducted under the average HRT of 2.44 days and the average OLR of 4.2 g COD/l/day showed an average total COD removal of 58% giving effluents more suitable for subsequent biological nitrogen removal. Both anaerobic regimes were quite efficient for elimination of heavy metals by concomitant precipitation in the form of insoluble sulphides inside the sludge. The subsequent submesophilic aerobic-anoxic treatment of submesophilic anaerobic effluents led to only 75% of total inorganic N removal due to COD deficiency for denitrification created by too efficient anaerobic step. On the contrary, psychrophilic anaerobic effluents (richer in COD compared to the submesophilic ones) were more suitable for subsequent aerobic-anoxic treatment giving the total N removal of 95 and 92% at 19 and 10 degrees C, respectively.  相似文献

The Actiflo method is a compact physico-chemical water treatment method. The method has for many years been used in waterworks for the treatment of surface water to produce drinking water, but is now to an increasing extent being used for treating wastewater and combined sewer overflows (CSO). The method works as weighted settling combined with lamella settling. Typical treatment efficiency: suspended solids 85%, COD 60%, Kjeldahl N 18% and total P 85%. The method also permits efficient removal of heavy metals. Krüger has a mobile pilot plant with a capacity of 80–120 m3/h in Scandinavia and a similar pilot plant in the USA. As an Actiflo plant can be started up in less than 15 minutes, it has many applications. Several applications may also be combined, e.g. treatment of overflows during rain and treatment of lake water in the recipient nearby in dry weather. As an alternative to detention basins in combined sewer systems the Actiflo method is often a competitive method.  相似文献

The objective of this work was to determine the partitioning of the pollutant load in urban wastewater in order to improve the conventional sewage treatment. In addition to settling tests, physical fractionation of COD in the degritted influent of Roma-Nord sewage treatment plant was performed via sequential filtration through sieves and membrane filters of the following pore size: 150-100-50-25-1-0.2 microm, and 100 kD (about 0.02 microm). Biodegradability studies were also performed on the different size fractions. Size fractionation showed that COD in Roma-Nord sewage is predominantly associated with settleable and supracolloidal (> 1 microm) particles, each size range including about 40% of total COD. Biodegradability tests indicated that the large fraction of COD associated with supracolloidal particles, which are not removed in the primary treatment, is characterised by slow degradability. This suggests that removal of these particles prior to biological treatment may greatly improve the overall treatment scheme. Preliminary pilot plant coagulation tests with lime at pH 9 showed that lime-enhanced primary treatment may increase COD removal efficiencies from typical 30-35% up to 65-70%, by inducing almost complete removal of the COD fraction associated with supracolloidal particles.  相似文献

电絮凝作为一种具有广泛应用前景的低廉高效污水处理技术,已经被证明在工业废水、生活污水等污染严重的水体处理上具有显著效果,但是目前对于电絮凝净化微污染水的相关研究较少。通过对电絮凝分批处理河水的实验研究,分析电絮凝方法处理微污染水的可行性,讨论极板间距的改变对电絮凝处理效果的影响。结果表明,电絮凝处理技术可以用于微污染水净化中,在电流密度为17.75 A/m2、极板间距为1.5 cm的条件下,反应30 min时,色度去除率为73.76%,浊度去除率为76.00%,悬浮固体去除率为85.71%,化学需氧量去除率为42.86%,总磷去除率为61.36%。在电絮凝反应中,极板间距对于微污染水的色度、浊度、悬浮固体和总磷去除效果具有明显的影响。  相似文献

More and more research effort has been put into the development of affordable and high-efficiency wastewater reclamation technology for small communities. In this study, an integrated chemically enhanced primary treatment (CEPT), trickling filter (TF) and ultrafiltration (UF) process was developed with success. Coagulant produced from fly ash was used to enhance primary treatment, while trickling filter packed with coal cinder through four-layer structure without aeration was employed for further removal of COD and ammonium-nitrogen from the CEPT effluent. 95 and 88% removal of COD and ammonium were achieved, while total phosphorus (TP) and suspended solid (SS) were found to be removed completely at a coagulant dosage of 2.5 mL/L in the CEPT-TF-UF system. The product water can meet the standard of Reuse of Recycling Water for Urban Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption (GB/T 18920-2002, China).  相似文献

为解决农村生活污水的高效除碳脱氮问题,以厌氧水解-同时硝化反硝化厌氧氨氧化(SNAD)工艺处理低C/N比农村生活污水。实验结果表明:水解酸化单元进水C/N比为2∶1时,COD的去除率达到69%;产物VFA主要成分为乙酸、丙酸和正丁酸,平均含量分别为88.4%、6.5%与5.1%,VFAs/COD比为0.74;出水C/N比为3∶5。水解酸化单元出水进入SNAD脱氮单元,通过亚硝化、反硝化与厌氧氨氧化的耦合作用,该单元COD与总氮的去除率分别可达到76.7%和84.1%。厌氧水解-SNAD组合工艺COD与总氮总去除率分别达到92.8%和84.1%。  相似文献

Decoloration and chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal in tobacco wastewater by Fenton process has been optimized under 25 +/- 2 degrees C. The results showed that the optimal range of conditions were pH 4.13-4.66, Fe(2+) 0.29-0.34 g/L and H2O2 > or = 2.73 g/L. Within this range, up to 95% of colour and 90% of COD was removed. In an enlarged system, setting the optimal conditions as pH 4.50, Fe(2+) 0.34 g/L and H2O2 4.00 g/L, the colour removal rate was 96.03 +/- 2.57%, with COD removal rate of 93.30 +/- 2.92%. The residual COD of 73.67 +/- 19.70 mg/L in effluent had hit the State's first-class standard for the industrial discharge in China (< 100 mg/L COD, GB8978-1996). The ecological safety of Fenton process has also been evaluated. When reaction completed, the content of hydroxyl free radical (OH) was 3.26 +/- 0.44 mg/L. There was no inhibition of Fenton effluent in growth of Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas putida, Pseudomonas sp. HF-1, Acinetobacter sp. TW and Sphingomonas sp. TY. No oxidative stress was induced on strain HF-1 by Fenton effluent. Thus, Fenton process was one of high-efficiency and ecologically safe strategy for tobacco wastewater advanced treatment.  相似文献

This paper presents results from exploratory experiments to test the technical feasibility of electrolytic treatment and coagulation followed by flocculation and sedimentation as post-treatment for the effluent of an UASB reactor treating simulated wastewater from an unbleached Kraft pulp mill. The electrolytic treatment provided up to 67% removal of the remaining COD and 98% of color removal. To achieve these efficiencies the energy consumption ranged from 14 Wh x l(-1) to 20 Wh x l(-1). The coagulation-flocculation treatment followed by settling required 350-400 mg x l(-1) of aluminium sulfate. The addition of a high molecular weight cationic polymer enhanced both COD and color removal. Both post-treatment processes are technically feasible.  相似文献

超声及其组合技术对有机物废水降解是一种新兴的污水处理技术,有着广阔的发展前景和应用市场.对超声强声动力强化臭氧降解高浓度苯酚废水过程中的臭氧通气量、溶液的pH值、反应时间及溶液的初始浓度进行了实验研究,并对单一臭氧和超声强化臭氧降解效果进行了比较.结果表明:由于超声独特的物理、化学效应为臭氧降解提供了极端的物理、化学环境,二者协同作用使得反应进行彻底,COD去除率可达100%.  相似文献

Chemical pre-treatment of synthetic Procaine Penicillin G (PPG) effluent with ozone (applied dose = 1440 mg/h; treatment duration = 60 min) at pH = 7 was investigated. Successive biological treatability studies were performed with raw, ozonated penicillin formulation effluent and synthetic readily biodegradable substrate as simulated domestic wastewater. The PPG effluent additions were adjusted to constitute approximately 30% of the total COD in the reactor. Ozonation of PPG effluent resulted in practically complete removal of the parent pollutant accompanied by 40% COD abatement. Speaking for the raw PPG effluent, prolonged acclimation periods were necessary to obtain significant COD removal efficiencies. Batch activated sludge treatment experiments and respirometric studies have demonstrated that the selection of true retention time is extremely crucial for having high amount of slowly hydrolysable substrate or complex wastewater, like pharmaceutical effluent. The effect of ozonation time on biological treatability performance of PPG has been evaluated in the study. Pre-ozonation of PPG effluent did not improve its ultimate biodegradability.  相似文献

为改善透水铺装在弱透水土质地区的应用,通过增加渗透导管的方式改良了常规透水铺装的土基层。通过人工降雨试验对改良型透水铺装及其不同结构层对弱透水土质地区典型雨水径流中COD、TN、TP和Cu~(2+)等污染物的去除效果进行了分析,并与相同条件下的常规透水铺装进行了对比。结果表明,改良型透水铺装对4种污染物的去除效果有明显增强,在60 min降雨历时条件下,降雨重现期为2 a时改良型透水铺装对4种污染物的去除能力分别提升了11.87%、27.61%、9.17%和29.02%,且降雨重现期越短越有利于透水铺装对COD、TN、TP和Cu~(2+)的去除。  相似文献

The extension of the Nijmegen wastewater treatment plant for full nitrogen and phosphorus removal is enormously reduced by introducing an innovative energy interaction with an incineration plant. A reduction of the investment costs of 30-40% has been reached. 研究Fenton氧化技术处理偶氮染料活性艳红X-3B模拟废水的反应条件及处理效果,主要考察了Fe2+和H2O2的用量、温度以及废水的pH值等条件对色度和化学耗氧量(COD)去除率的影响。实验结果显示,Fenton氧化反应对废水色度和COD都有较好的去除效果,去除率分别为99.78%和94.34%。考察了不同光照条件Fenton试剂对废水的处理效果,结果表明光照能够加快Fenton反应速度、提高COD去除率。  相似文献

In this study a poorly biodegradable (BOD/COD = 0.3) industrial alkaline ECF bleaching filtrate was treated using different advanced oxidation processes to evaluate their use in combined chemical-biological treatment aimed at increasing recalcitrant COD removal and improving final effluent quality. Oxidative treatments included ozonation combined with hydrogen peroxide (2, 5, 10, 20 mmol L(-1) O3/0.7, 2, 5, 10 mmol L(-1) H2O2) and photocatalysis with hydrogen peroxide (UV/2, 4 and 8 mmolL(-1) H2O2) and with TiO2 (UV/TiO2/0.7 and 4 mmol L(-1) H2O2). The O3/H2O2 process increased effluent biodegradability by up to 68% as a result of increasing BOD and decreasing COD. Increasing the O3 dose had a greater effect on biodegradability improvement and lignin and colour removal efficiencies than increasing the H2O2 dose. A combined oxidant dose of 5 mmol L(-1) O3 and 2 mmol L(-1) H2O2 resulted in 75% lignin removal, 40% colour removal and 6% carbohydrate loss without mineralizing the organic carbon. The photocatalytic processes led to a decrease in effluent biodegradability through combined decrease in BOD and increase in COD and did not result in efficient lignin or colour removal. Photocatalytic oxidation was apparently inhibited by the high chloride and COD levels in the alkaline filtrate, and may be more efficient in recalcitrant COD removal if performed after biological.  相似文献

The degradation efficiencies and mechanism of ozonation for the degradation of sodium acetate in aqueous solution were investigated under atmospheric pressure at room temperature (293 K). The effects of the initial pH value, reaction time, and concentrations of HCO3-, CO32-, CaCl2, and Ca(OH)2 on the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand (COD) were studied. The results indicated that ozonation obviously improved the degradation rate of sodium acetate when the pH value of the solution was not less than 8.5. A suitable long reaction time may be helpful in increasing the COD removal rate, and a removal rate of 36.36% can be obtained after a 30-minute treatment. The COD removal rate increased firstly and decreased subsequently with the increase of the HCO3- concentration (from 0 to 200 mg/L), and under the same experimental condition it reached the optimum 34.66% at the HCO3- concentration of 100 mg/L. The COD removal rate was 5.26% lower when the concentration of was 200 mg/L than when there was no HCO3-. The COD removal rate decreased by 15.68% when the CO32- concentration increased from 0 to CO32- 200 mg/L. has a more obvious scavenging effect in inhibiting the formation of hydroxyl radicals than HCO3-. CaCl2 and Ca(OH)2 could increase the degradation efficiency of sodium acetate greatly, and the COD removal rates reached 65.73% and 83.46%, respectively, after a 30-minute treatment, 29.37% and 47.10% higher, respectively, than with single ozone oxidation. It was proved that the degradation of sodium acetate in the ozonation process followed the mechanism of oxidization with hydroxyl free radicals (·OH).  相似文献

The aim of this study was to develop the optimum integrated treatment system for slurry type swine wastewater through field testing. Although composting and liquid composting are the most desirable processes to treat swine wastewater, inadequate composting has been blamed as critical non-point source pollutants. In the area with limited crop land and grass land, the most feasible method to handle slurry type swine wastewater would be that the solids portion from the solids/liquid separation process is treated by composting and then the liquid portion is treated by a series of wastewater treatment processes, including physicochemical treatment system and biological nutrient removal systems such as the modified Ludzack Ettinger (MLE) process and MLE process coupled with a membrane, to satisfy the different effluent criteria. When using the appropriate solids/liquid separation system, the removal efficiency of SS, COD(Cr), and TKN was 92.4%, 73.6%, and 46.0%, respectively and the amount of bulking agent required for composting and organic loading rate for the following wastewater treatment system can be reduced by 94.8% and 84.7%, respectively. When treating the effluent from solids/liquid separation process by MLE process, the optimal volume fraction for denitrification was 20% of total reactor volume and the optimum ratio of F/M and F(N)/M were increased with increase of C/N ratio. Since the effluent quality of MLE process is not enough to discharge, the DAF process was operated with addition of FeCl3 and cationic polyelectrolyte. The effluent from the DAF process was treated in the MLE process coupled with a crossflow ultrafiltration membrane to satisfy more stringent effluent criteria. When external carbon source is added to keep 6.0 of C/N ratio, the efficiency of denitrification is best. The optimum linear velocity and transmembrane pressure for MBR process was 1.8 m/sec and 2.1 atm, respectively. By addition of external carbon source, nitrogen compounds, especially NOx-N, were considerably removed. And by addition of powdered activated carbon, the removal efficiency of COD(Cr) and COD(Mn) and the membrane flux were increased dramatically.  相似文献
