采用“Grafting from”的方法,制备了接枝微粒聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯/Al2O3(PGMA/Al2O3)。研究了PGMA/Al2O3及固化剂用量对环氧灌封材料的性能影响。利用扫描电镜观察了PGMA/Al2O3填充的环氧灌封材料的冲击断面的形貌。结果表明,对氧化铝粒子进行接枝改性后,复合粒子在环氧树脂灌封中得到良好的分散、增韧效果明显优于未改性的Al2O3,且在用量较少时就可明显提高环氧灌封材料的冲击强度。  相似文献

采用偶联剂KH-550对Al2O3表面进行处理,并将其添加到酚醛树脂(PF)中,成功制备了有机-无机杂化PF。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)仪、差示扫描量热(DSC)仪、扫描电镜(SEM)和材料试验机等对改性PF的结构、耐热性、微观形貌、力学性能和电学性能等进行分析。结果表明:Al2O3表面出现了Si-O键,说明KH-550成功处理了Al2O3;改性PF固化速率最快时所对应的峰值温度降低了8℃,使树脂固化更容易进行;当w(Al2O3)=5.0%时,复合材料的综合性能最好,其拉伸强度为664 MPa,弯曲强度为973 MPa,冲击强度为252 MPa,表面电阻率为4.00×1014Ω/cm,体积电阻率为1.93×1014Ω.cm。  相似文献

Continuous alumina fiber–reinforced alumina matrix composites (Al2O3f/Al2O3 composites) were produced via sol–gel process, then the high-temperature mechanical property and thermal shock resistance of Al2O3f/Al2O3 composites were investigated. The results showed that the composites exhibited excellent high-temperature properties. The mechanical property of the composites was affected by heat treatment (prepared at 1100°C exhibited the most desirable mechanical property). The tensile strength of the composites abruptly decreased at higher temperatures. Although the mechanical property of the composites deteriorated after the thermal shock test was conducted at high temperatures, they exhibited excellent thermal shock resistance. After 50 thermal shock tests conducted at 1300 and 1500°C, the flexural strength of the composites was found to be 124.34 and 93.04 MPa, thus showing a decrease in strength with the increasing temperature.  相似文献

Ti3SiC2/Al2O3 multilayered composites were prepared by the combination of tape casting and hot pressing sintering. The slurry was produced by adjusting the amounts of each organic material, including triethyl phosphate (TEP) as a dispersion, polyvinyl butyrate (PVB) as a binder, dioctyl phthalate (DOP) as a plasticizer, and anhydrous ethanol as an organic solvent. When TEP content was 3 wt.%, PVB content was 4.5 wt.%, R-value (DOP/PVB) was 1.4, and solid content was 38 wt.%; the cast film with a smooth surface, good flexibility, and uniform thickness was obtained after defoaming, tape casting, and drying. Three samples were prepared, namely, S1–S3. The S1 was monolithic Ti3SiC2/Al2O3 (mass ratio is 1:1) composites. S2 and S3 were Ti3SiC2/Al2O3 multilayered composites, which matrix layers were Ti3SiC2/Al2O3 composites (mass ratio is 1:1) and Al2O3, respectively, and their interface layer was Ti3SiC2. S1–S3 were also sintered at 1550°C. The bending strength of multilayered materials were lower than that of monolithic material, but the fracture toughness of multilayered materials significantly increased. Due to the introduction of Ti3SiC2 interface layer, the friction coefficient and wear rate of Ti3SiC2/Al2O3 multilayered composites were reduced by 30.7% and 33.8%, respectively, compared with monolithic material.  相似文献

油脂加氢催化剂是以金属镍为活性组分、氧化铝为载体制备的Ni/Al2O3催化剂。在制备催化剂过程中,其合成条件直接影响着催化剂的最终活性。以工业硝酸镍、碳酸钠和自制氧化铝粉为原料,利用共沉淀的方法制备加氢催化剂,考察了反应温度、反应时间、反应液pH及反应过程中搅拌转速对催化剂活性的影响。通过实验数据汇总分析,最终确定制备Ni/Al2O3油脂加氢催化剂的最佳条件:反应温度为85 ℃、反应结束时溶液pH=8.0、反应时间为1.5 h、搅拌转速为600 r/min。在此条件下制备的Ni/Al2O3催化剂,经棕榈油加氢评价后测定的碘值最低。  相似文献

制备了K2CO3/Al2O3固体碱催化剂,并将其用于催化丙醛缩合合成2-甲基-2-戊烯醛。当反应温度为85℃,反应时间1 h,溶剂乙醇10 mL,丙醛用量9.4 mL,催化剂用量为1.0 g时,2-甲基-2-戊烯醛的产率可达71.2%。固体K2CO3不具备催化性能。  相似文献

将带有环氧基的功能性单体甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)接枝聚合在微米级氧化铝颗粒表面,制备了接枝微粒PGMA/(Al)_2O_3。考察了各种因素对接枝率的影响;利用红外光谱、扫描电镜表征了PGMA/(Al)_2O_3;并通过扫描电镜观察了PGMA/(Al)_2O_3在环氧树脂中的分散情况,初步研究了PGMA/(Al)_2O_3对环氧树脂体系的增强增韧性能。结果表明:表面引发自由基聚合反应可以成功制备复合粒子PGMA/(Al)_2O3,其接枝率随引发剂浓度和氧化铝与GMA质量比的增大先增大后减小;将PGMA/(Al)_2O_3填充到环氧密封材料中后,氧化铝颗粒在环氧树脂中分散良好,其复合材料的韧性明显高于未改性Al2O3填充的复合材料。  相似文献

主要研究制备以大孔A12O3,为基载体的负载型纳米FeOZrO2/Al2O3,复合载体.采用溶胶-凝胶法制备负载型纳米FeOZrO2/Al2O3,复合载体.利用比表面、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等对载体催化剂进行了表征.结果表明:负载型纳米FeOZrOJhl203复合载体的比表面积达到76.53 sq·m/g,FeOZrO2/Al2O3,中的FeO粒子约为40nm,较Fe0/Al2O3中FeO的粒子(100nm)小且分布均匀.  相似文献

用化学方法在微米级球形氧化铝上包覆纳米银颗粒,包覆层可在空气中稳定存在。银包覆层明显提高了氧化铝/硅胶复合材料的热导率。复合材料断面形貌图显示纳米银包覆层改善了氧化铝与硅胶之间的界面结合,并且银颗粒起到桥梁作用连接起相邻的氧化铝。  相似文献

以Al2O3, Fe2O3和Na2CO3为原料,对Na2O-Al2O3-Fe2O3系烧结过程中的反应行为进行了详细研究. 基于溶出率与时间、温度的关系,证明Na2O×Al2O3和Na2O×Fe2O3的生成反应动力学都服从Zhuralev-Lesokin-Tempelman模型,表观活化能分别为186.59和80.92 kJ/mol,表明Na2O×Fe2O3比Na2O×Al2O3在动力学上更易形成;Al2O3易与Na2O×Fe2O3反应形成Na2O×Al2O3和Fe2O3,在1273 K烧结30 min,所得熟料Al2O3溶出率达98.51%;Fe2O3对Na2O×Al2O3的形成有双重作用,在1273 K下可加速Na2O×Al2O3的形成,超过1323 K,促使Na2O×Al2O3分解成Na2O和b-Al2O3,且随着温度升高或时间延长,分解程度增高,从而导致熟料中Al2O3溶出率显著降低.  相似文献

用15%(体积分数)Al2O3/3Y-TZP作为中间层,以20%(体积分数)Al2O3/3Y-TZP作为外层,采用干压、等静压法成型,并通过无压烧结制成了三层复合材料.通过测定材料的收缩率,对烧结收缩引起的应变进行了估算,提出:烧结收缩率也是层状材料设计的主要因素之一.实验结果表明:层状复合材料与15%(体积分数)Al2O3/3Y-TZP单层材料相比,应力方向平行于界面的抗弯强度提高了11.8%,由482MPa提高到539MPa;应力方向垂直于界面的韧性提高了21.2%,由9.9MPa*m1/2提高到12.0MPa*m1/2.  相似文献

以TiC l4、A l2(SO4)3为原料,控制n(A l2O3)/n(TiO2)=0.2,采用液相共沉淀法制备了A l2O3/TiO2纳米抗菌剂,并用DSC-TG、XRD、UV-vis等手段研究了A l2O3复合对TiO2抗菌性能的影响。结果表明,复合A l2O3后,TiO2纳米抗菌剂经900℃煅烧后完全是锐钛矿结构;950~1 050℃为良好的混晶结构,其中,经950℃煅烧后,混晶结构中锐钛矿相质量分数约占77%,平均粒径约20 nm,可见光吸收带边红移显著,光吸收阈值由纯TiO2的380 nm红移至430 nm左右,抗菌性能好,在荧光灯下对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径达15mm左右。  相似文献

以Al2O3,TiO2,MgO和Fe2O3粉末为起始原料制备出不同氧化铝含量的钛酸铝/氧化铝复合材料;通过考察浸于熔融铝液中试样断面显微结构和特征元素分布研究了复合材料抗铝液浸渗性能。研究表明,反应烧结得到的是含5%MgTi2O5(质量分数)和1%Fe2TiO5(质量分数)的钛酸铝复合固溶体与氧化铝组成的复合材料,复合材料的烧结致密度随试样中氧化铝含量的增加而增加。高钛酸铝含量的钛酸铝/氧化铝复合材料具有良好的抗铝浸渗性能。  相似文献

以电熔镁砂为主要原料,研究了添加剂α-Al2O3和Cr2O3的加入量及加入形式对镁质材料高温蠕变性能的影响,还研究了在加入3%Cr2O3的基础上添加不同形式的Al2O3对镁质材料高温蠕变性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着Al2O3含量的增加,镁质材料的抗高温蠕变性能增强;添加3%Cr2O3的镁质材料其抗蠕变性能优于热风炉上使用的低蠕变高铝制品。  相似文献

采用热压烧结工艺制备了Al2O3/Si3N4复相陶瓷材料,对不同温度下、不同氮化硅用量时所制备的材料进行了硬度、断裂韧性等力学性能的测试,运用X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)技术对材料的微相组成与显微形貌进行表征.结果表明1600 ℃,30 MPa,保温1 h,Si3N4用量为3wt%时所制备的材料的各项力学性能达到了最佳值.  相似文献

Al2O3@CaCO3 aggregates were prepared by impregnating corundum aggregates (particle sizes with 3-1 and 5-3 mm) in precursor solutions (Calcium hydrogen citrate, CaHC6H5O7) followed by heat treatment at 430°C. The phase composition and microstructure of the coatings were characterized via X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope, respectively. The novel aggregates were used in Al2O3-MgO castables. The effects of the Al2O3@CaCO3 aggregates on the physical properties and thermal shock resistance (TSR) of castables were investigated. The results show that uniform CaCO3 coating of aggregates (C15) with thickness about 10 µm can be attained when the concentration of Ca2+ in solution was 0.15 mol L−1. There was a strong bonding between the aggregates and coating that was constituted by particles with size about 0.2 µm. Both improving physical and TSR properties of the castables are related with the unique layer structure, calcium hexaluminate (CA6) layer in-situ formed at the aggregate-matrix interface, of added Al2O3@CaCO3 aggregates. There is a mass of multi-deflection of cracks along with the CA6 layer which consumes more fracture surface energy. The castables with C15 exhibit optimal TSR and the residual strength ratio after the thermal shock test is 29.5%, which is 12.8% higher than the castables with corundum aggregates.  相似文献

微乳化技术由于具有装置简单、操作方便、粒径小、粒度分布窄且可严格重复等优势,常用于无机纳米粒子的制备。介绍了以溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTAB)/正丁醇/环己烷/水的油包水(W/O)型微乳体系中的微乳液滴为微反应器,通过微反应器中增溶的铝盐和沉淀剂发生反应,制备高质量球形氧化铝纳米粉体。按正交表L9(3^4)安排正交试验,通过方差分析确定了制备氧化铝纳米粉体的最佳工艺条件为:Al(NO3)3的浓度0.75mol/L,煅烧温度800℃,煅烧时间1h,在此条件下所制得的氧化铝纳米粉体的平均粒径为61nm。  相似文献
