Shoemaking is one of the areas where CAD/CAM application is rapidly increasing.Thispaper introduces an integrated computer aided shoemaking system including human foot measuring,last(wooden model)measuring,last CAD/CAM and pattern CAD/CAM.The project was supported bythe 7th national economical 5 year plan.High technologies,suh as digital image processing,patternrcognition,advanced geometrical modeling and a series of sophisticated equipments and devices are ap-plied in this integrated system.Parts of the system have become commercial products.  相似文献

UniECAD is an integrated electronic CAD system,the user interface development system is the key of the integration of UniECAD.This paper presents the architecture of GUIDS,a graphical user interface development system in UniECAD,and then discusses a series of new techniques and methods in the design and the implementation of this system around the following aspects:the editing environment of interface elements,the implementation of dialogue control and the automatic generation of interface code.As an example,the generation of the main interfaces of UniECAD shows the procedure of the development of user interfaces with this development system.  相似文献

Due to the shortage of suitable research methods for real-time and long-term observation of oceans,an innovative approach that can provide abundant power and wide bandwidth is being developed worldwide for undersea instruments.In this paper,we develop a direct current(DC) power system which is applied to a multi-node cabled ocean observatory system named ZERO(Zhejiang University Experimental and Research Observatory).The system addresses significant issues ranging from terrestrial facility to subsea infrastructure,and focuses on using appropriate methods to deal with several key challenges,including delivery,conversion,distribution,and management of power,and heat dissipation in pressure vessels.A basic laboratory platform consisting of a shore station,a primary node in a water tank,and a secondary node in a deep-sea simulation chamber under 42 MPa pressure was built and fully tested.An improved secondary node was deployed in Monterey Bay in California for a deep-sea trial.An 11-day laboratory test and a half-year sea trial proved that the DC power system based on our proposed methods is viable for the underwater multi-node observatory system.  相似文献

A CAD-based inspection planning strategy for video measuring instrument is proposed to improve manufacturing effectiveness.The system consists of a video probe that enables itself to inspect a work piece based on a CAD model.The measurement software includes CAIP module and MDP module.The CAIP module is developed based on a CAD development platform whose kernel is the Open CASCADE.The entire system was tested,and relevant examples show that the system can accomplish automatic inspection planning task for common parts efficiently.  相似文献

We develop a new kind of underwater inductive coupling power transfer (ICPT) system to evaluate wireless power transfer in autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) docking applications. Parameters that determine the performance of the system are systematically analyzed through mathematical methods. A circuit simulation model and a finite element analysis (FEA) sim- ulation model are developed to study the power losses of the system, including copper loss in coils, semiconductor loss in circuits, and eddy current loss in transmission media. The characteristics of the power losses can provide guidelines to improve the effi- ciency of ICPT systems. Calculation results and simulation results are validated by relevant experiments of the prototype system. The output power of the prototype system is up to 45 W and the efficiency is up to 0.84. The preliminary results indicate that the efficiency will increase as the transmission power is raised by increasing the input voltage. When the output power reaches 500 W, the efficiency is expected to exceed 0.94. The efficiency can be further improved by choosing proper semiconductors and coils. The analysis methods prove effective in predicting the performance of similar ICPT systems and should be useful in designing new systems.  相似文献

The Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) is a challenge of modern enterprise. How much effect of information system in enterprise business implement process that depends on the degree of inner function and information integration of formation system. The choice of EAI methods not only affects the investment of constructing information system and protecting /using old system, but also determines the efficiency of new system. This paper presents a design pattern, named Hub method, from the view of application integration, which adopts the idea in heterogeneous circumstance focusing on interface encapsulating about controlling information exchange and workflow handling. It also gives an implement method and a framework of the Hub in this paper, which is applied on business process management. And a good performance is achieved in controlling information exchange and workflow handling among enterprise applications. It not only improves system integration capability, stich as expansibility, flexibility, and opening through the method of the Hub, but also takes a great advance in soft reuse during software designing and implementing.  相似文献

In this paper,a necessary and sufficient condition of the global controllability for a class of low dimensional polynomial affine nonlinear systems with special structure is obtained.The condition is imposed on the coefficients of the system only and the methods are based on Green’s formula and the trajectory analysis of planar linear system.Furthermore, I point out that the global controllability does not hold for the corresponding high dimensional polynomial system.  相似文献

The current computer-aided technologies in disign and product development,the evolution of CAD modeling,and a framework of multi-volume CAD modeling system for heterogeneous object design and fabrication are presented in this paper.The multi-volume CAD modeling system is presented based on nonmanifold topological elements.Material identifications are defined as design attributes introduced along with geometric and topological information at the design stage.Extended Euler operation and reasoning Boolean operations for merging and extraction are executed according to the associated material identifications in the developed multi-volume modeling system for heterogeneous object.An application example and a pseudo-processing algorithm for prototyping of heterogeneous structure through solid free-form fabrication are also described.  相似文献

This paper presents an online diagnosable fault-tolerant system: N-unit t-fault tolerablesystem. The number of units N in the system can be either odd or even. The relationshipbetween N and t (the number of faulty units which can be tolerated) is presented. The approachof an optimum N- unit t-fault tolerable system is also given. As an example, a 4-unit 2-faulttolerable system is discussed. The reliability and mean time to failure of 4-unit 2-fault tolerablesystem are shown to be higher than 5MR (5-modular redundancy) and TMR (Triple ModulerRedundancy) system reliabilities. The amount of hardware components in a 4-unit t-faulttolerable system is simpler than 5MR. The complexity of switching circuit for N-unit t-faulttolerable system increases only linearly with respect of the number of modules. Our scheme isalso simpler than the hybrid redundancy system. Some theorems for the online diagnosis of N-unit t-fault systems are given and proved.  相似文献

Conventional computer-aided design (CAD) packages have drastically reduced the workload of the human designer and shortened the product design cycle. However, the degree of effort and volume of information required to use these tools limit their use to the later stages of design. Intelligent computer-aided design (ICAD) systems have sought to provide a more complete design tool to assist the designer in all phases of design. ICAD systems incorporate conventional CAD elements as well as knowledge engineering constructs. The level of integration between different components of an ICAD system determines its usefulness. Most commercial intelligent CAD packages are tied to a specific set of CAD tools, restricting their application domains. This dependence on specific software tools can be reduced by using general purpose modules to interface with available CAD packages. This paper discusses a method of introducing knowledge engineering technology to help develop an advanced intelligent product design system by integrating ICAD's Concept Modeller with SDRC's l-DEAS package for engineering product design. This integration is necessary because neither the Concept Modeller nor the I-DEAS package provides any unified design environment where users can access both symbolic and numerical design tools as needed to carry out design synthesis and analysis activities. Interfacing engineering design and knowledge processing together is not an easy task. The task is further complicated since it needs to be done only by those who have enough knowledge of both technologies, and also because it may result in reorganization of the traditional design process altogether. The proposed intelligent product design system uses artificial intelligence techniques to take care of human experts knowledge and it advocates the use of several commercial software packages that come from a variety of sources (and are proven to be robust) to perform design synthesis in a cost-efficient and timely manner. The technique described here is relatively easy to implement and is well suited to industrial needs.  相似文献

The cumulative requirements of design cannot be satisfied without the application of computer-based systems in the conceptual phase of design. The concept of intelligent CAD systems emerged at the beginning of the eighties. A practical implementation of an ICAD system can be based on an expert system with a specialized conceptual design methodology. Design prototypes may be generated by the systematic combination of known atomized building elements. To avoid combinatorial explosion, filtering is done on three levels. In the case of the pilot design expert system PANGEA, now being developed, the geometric modelling of prototypes is based on an extended B-rep scheme.  相似文献

In mechanical system design, the Integrated Computer Aided Design (ICAD) technology has evolved into a new generation of design techniques. It also paves the way for implementing Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) systems. However, the key issue to accomplish the objective in ICAD is the conceptual design automation. Conceptual design is a creative activity and an important decision making during overall product design to reduce energy consumption, to increase raw materials utilization, to obtain more profits, to reduce environmental effects of effluents, and to ensure flexibility, operability, controllability, and safety of manufacturing processes. Therefore, the quality of conceptual design determines the final quality of products and profit of plants. In this article, we first introduce the fundamentals and characteristics of conceptual design. Then, a general problem-solving strategy and methodology to implement conceptual design automation are proposed. an Integrated Distributed Intelligent Design Environment (IDIDE) for developing conceptual design expert systems is presented. For several years, Digital Mock-Up (DMU) has been improved by the integration of many tools as Finite Element (FE) Analysis, Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM), and Computer Aided Tolerancing (CAT) in the Computer Aided Design (CAD) model. In the geometrical model, the tolerances, which specify the requirements for the proper functioning of mechanical systems, are formally represented. The nominal modeling of the parts and assemblies does not allow the prediction of the tolerance impacts on the simulation results as the optimization of mechanical system assemblability. So, improving the CAD model to be closer to the realistic model is a necessity to verify and validate the mechanical system assemblability. This paper proposes a new approach to integrate the tolerances in CAD model by the determination of the configurations with defects of a CAD part, used in a mechanical system. The realistic parts are computed according to the dimensional and geometrical tolerances. This approach provides an assembly result closer to the real assembly of the mechanical system. The Replacement of the nominal parts by the realistic ones requires the redefinition of the initially defined assembly mating constraints. The update of the mating constraints is performed by respecting an Objective Function of the Assembly (OFA). Integrating tolerances in CAD allows the visualization and simulation of the mechanical assemblies’ behavior in their real configuration and the detection of possible interference and collision effects between parts which are undetectable in the nominal state.  相似文献
