Fibre reinforced composite material is widely used in multi-industrial fields where weight reduction of the infrastructure is required because of its high specific modulus and specific strength. Using this material has two main merits. One is to cut down energy use by reducing weight and the other is to prevent explosive damage preceding the sudden burst generated by the pressure leakage condition. Therefore, pressure vessels using this composite material in comparison with conventional metal vessels can be applied in fields such as the defence industry, aerospace industry and rocket motor casings where light weight but resistance to high pressure are demanded. In this paper, a standard interpretation model for nonlinear finite element analysis of E-glass/epoxy filament wound around composite pressure vessels receiving an internal pressure is developed by using ANSYS, general commercial software that has been verified as accurate, and useful characteristics of the solution are based on Auto LISP and ANSYS APDL. Both the pre-processor for exclusive analyses of filament wound composite pressure vessels and the post-processor that simplifies the results of this analysis have been developed to help the design engineers. 相似文献

运用三维建模软件Pro/E、有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench和流体分析软件CFX三种软件进行联合仿真,研究燃烧室结构对柴油机缸内的速度场及压力场影响。先运用Pro/E进行三维建模,再通过ANSYS Workbench对其划分网格,最后通过ANSYS Workbench中的CFX模块对其不同燃烧室形状进行速度场及压力场分析,所得结果对分析提高燃油利用率和燃烧效率,为燃烧室的形状优化提供了依据。 相似文献

This paper deals with an automated computer-aided process planning and die design system with which a designer can determine
operation sequences even after only a little experience in process planning and die design of quasi-axisymmetric cold forging
products by multistage former working. The approach is based on knowledge-based rules, and a process knowledge base consisting
of design rules is built. Knowledge for the system is formulated from plasticity theories, empirical results and empirical
knowledge of field experts. Programs for the system have been written in AutoLISP for AutoCAD with a personal computer. An
attempt is made to link programs incorporating a number of expert design rules with the process variables obtained by commercial
FEM software, DEFORM and ANSYS, to form a useful package. The system is composed of three main modules and five submodules.
The process planning and die design module considers several factors, such as the complexities of preform geometry, punch
and die profiles, specifications of available multiformers, and the availability of standard parts. The system uses 2D geometry
recognition and is integrated with the technology of process planning, die design, and CAE analysis. The standardisation of
die parts for wheel bolts requiring a cold forging process is described. The system developed makes it possible to design
and manufacture quasi-axisymmetric cold forging products more efficiently. 相似文献

利用ANSYS软件中的二次开发工具APDL语言,并结合通用编程工具VB和Fortran,开发出了核压力容器法兰密封系统瞬态密封分析程序系统中的前后处理数据交换程序并修改了该程序系统的求解器。该系统以ANSYS前后处理工具建立有限元模型并进行结果处理,用自行开发的瞬态耦合热弹性接触分析程序进行计算分析。ANSYS与计算分析程序间数据接口由自行开发的专用程序自动完成。该系统以ANSYS为平台,具有一定的通用性。将系统用于工程实际问题的分析,和试验结果吻合良好。 相似文献

颗粒增强方法是实现材料高性能化的重要手段。预测颗粒增强复合材料的细观结构与力学性能的关系是实现材料增强增韧的基础。为更好地分析、设计和优化复合材料,需要引入多尺度计算模型来考察细观结构对宏观力学性能的影响。基于均匀化理论,采用Voronoi有限元法对颗粒增强复合材料进行细观数值模拟,从而预测材料的宏观等效弹性常数,并直接得到材料的细观应力场。在细观尺度,首先假设满足平衡条件的应力场,采用Voronoi应力单元建立余能泛函并得到细观控制方程,最终形成可直接求解的线性代数方程组,从而求得应力系数并得到细观应力场。在宏观尺度,利用商业有限元软件ANSYS来进行宏观结构分析。通过均匀化方法求得弹性模量的宏观平均值,将其输入ANSYS系统即可进行计算,由此把宏细观两个尺度耦合起来,可以对颗粒增强复合材料构成的结构体进行有效的力学分析。 相似文献

基于有限元软件ANSYS建立复合材料起落架舱门参数化有限元模型,基于三明治夹芯板理论将蜂窝芯层等效为均质的厚度不变的层板,以蜂窝夹芯高度与复合材料面板各铺层厚度为设计变量,以铺层板、蜂窝夹芯的强度,结构稳定性以及结构刚度为约束函数,以结构质量最轻为目标函数,基于ANSYS优化模块首先选择零阶法进行优化得到粗略解,其次选择一阶梯度优化法进一步对夹层结构进行优化设计,得到最优蜂窝芯子厚度、蒙皮各铺层厚度. 相似文献

In this paper a surface area calculation for non-axisymmetric deep drawing products of elliptical shape was constructed for
the design of blank shapes of deep drawing products by using an AutoLISP function in AutoCAD software. A computer-aided process
planning (CAPP) system for rotationally symmetric deep drawing products has been developed. In this study, a CAPP system for
non-axisymmetric deep drawing products of elliptical shape was constructed using process sequence design. The system developed
consists of four modules. The first is the recognition of shape module for recognising non-axisymmetric products. The second
is a 3D modelling module for calculating the surface area for non-axisymmetric products. The third is a blank design module
for creating an oval-shaped blank with an identical surface area. The fourth is a process planning module based on production
rules that play the most important role in an expert system for manufacturing. The production rules are generated and upgraded
by interviewing field engineers. The drawing coefficient, the punch and die radii for elliptical shape products are considered
as the main design parameters. The suitability of this system was verified by applying it to a real deep drawing product.
This surface area calculation and CAPP system should be very useful for reducing the lead-time for manufacturing and for improving
