湖北某铜尾矿中有价组分为WO3、Cu、S、Fe,为实现该铜尾矿的资源化利用,开展了详细的综合回收试验研究。结果表明:① 采用铜硫混合浮选、铜硫混合精矿再磨后铜硫分离浮选工艺流程处理试样,闭路试验可获得产率0.10%、Cu品位13.80%、Cu回收率21.71%的铜精矿以及产率1.22%、S品位44.50%、S回收率50.89%的硫精矿。② 采用2粗2扫1精常温浮选处理铜硫混浮尾矿,常温精矿浓缩至60%,再加温至90 ℃,搅拌、解吸80 min后采用1粗2扫5精加温精选、中矿顺序返回的工艺流程,最终获得产率0.93%、WO3品位15.31%、WO3回收率55.07%的钨精矿产品;该钨精矿进行酸浸提质,最终获得产率0.40%、WO3品位34.19%、WO3回收率53.04%的酸浸钨精矿。③ 针对钨粗选尾矿,采用弱磁选工艺可获得产率3.73%、TFe品位60.45%、回收率15.66%的铁精矿。  相似文献

对某富银高硫铜矿石有用组分多、金属分散、矿物嵌布粒度极不均匀、可浮性差异大且交互重叠等的特点,采用"铜硫等可浮—等可浮粗精矿再磨后铜硫分选—硫浮选—白钨矿分选"流程进行选别,可获得铜精矿含铜24.62%、银1 432.60 g/t,铜、银回收率分别为94.36%、76.11%;硫精矿含硫48.39%(43.28%)、硫回收率81.79%(91.19%);处理钨(WO3)含量为0.15%硫浮选尾矿,可获得钨(WO3)含量为57.74%、作业回收率50.85%的白钨精矿,实现了铜、银、硫、钨多金属资源的综合回收利用。  相似文献

对低品位复杂多金属矿脱除硫化矿和磁铁矿后的尾矿,采用强磁选分组,磁性产品及非磁性产品分别进行黑钨浮选和白钨浮选,白钨浮选精矿加温精选和酸浸的工艺流程,最终得到含WO372.59%的白钨精矿,回收率30.15%,含WO355.36%的黑钨精矿,回收率47.81%.  相似文献

对某高含碳酸钙钨多金属矿的铜钼铋浮选尾矿进行白钨矿回收试验研究。该浮选尾矿WO3含量为0.43%,碳酸钙含量为44.62%,是白钨矿—方解石型难选白钨矿。研究了以氢氧化钠作矿浆pH调整剂配合抑制剂水玻璃和捕收剂731的常温浮选工艺回收白钨矿,并对白钨粗精矿进行了加温精选—酸浸的试验研究,以提高钨精矿品位。最终确定采用常温浮选—钨粗精矿加温精选—钨精矿酸浸工艺流程,常温浮选闭路试验获得含WO3 4.89%、WO3回收率为84.66%的白钨粗精矿,白钨粗精矿经加温精选—钨精矿酸浸获得含WO3 63.25%、回收率78.84%的合格钨精矿。实现了该高含碳酸钙铜钼铋浮选尾矿中白钨矿的高效回收。  相似文献

某复杂铜硫钨多金属矿石中磁黄铁矿含量高,造成尾矿水酸度大,金属离子含量高.针对此特点,研究了该矿山尾矿水回用对浮选过程的影响,并探讨其影响机理.结果表明,与使用自来水相比,使用尾矿水所得的铜精矿Cu品位下降、WO3含量升高;硫精矿S回收率及钨粗精矿WO3回收率均下降;尾矿水中的Ca2+,Mg2+,Fe3+可减少捕收剂在白钨矿表面的吸附量,从而影响白钨矿的浮选.  相似文献

江西某铜钨多金属矿石含铜 0.72%、含 WO3 0.11%,具有较高的开发利用价值,为了实现该多金属矿中 铜、钨资源的综合回收,对该矿石进行了详细的工艺矿物学和选矿试验研究。结果表明,该多金属矿中矿物种类较 为复杂,白钨矿、黄铜矿嵌布粒度以中细粒为主,单体解离度良好,硫化矿物和钨矿物的相互关系不是十分密切。针 对该矿物特点,采用“铜硫硫化矿混浮—硫化矿浮选尾矿浮白钨矿”的流程,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 占 78% 条件 下,以丁基黄药为铜硫混合浮选捕收剂,经 1粗 1扫铜硫浮选,铜硫混合粗精矿以石灰为 pH 调整剂经 1粗 1精 1扫铜 硫分离浮选,铜硫浮选尾矿以碳酸钠为调整剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、硝酸铅为活化剂、GYB+GYR为钨矿物混合捕收剂, 经 1 粗 1 扫粗选,所得钨粗精矿再磨至-0.045 mm 占 85%,进行 4 次精选,闭路试验获得了含铜 24.78%、含金 0.40 g/t、 含银 1 000.00 g/t,铜回收率 90.02% 的铜精矿,以及 WO3品位 35.32%、WO3回收率 65.25% 的钨精矿,实现了有价金属 的综合回收,为该铜钨资源的开发利用提供了技术依据。  相似文献

江西某铜钨复杂多金属矿石铜品位为0.11%、硫品位为1.16%、WO3含量为0.22%。矿石中白钨矿、黄铜矿均以中细粒嵌布为主,白钨矿在0.01~0.3 mm粒级占79.55%,黄铜矿在0.01~0.3 mm粒级占81.83%。为给该矿石的开发利用提供依据,在矿石性质分析基础上,采用铜硫混合浮选-分离浮选、混浮尾矿浮钨的工艺流程进行了试验。结果表明:原矿磨细至-0.074 mm占65%,以水玻璃为抑制剂、SN-9为捕收剂、BK201为起泡剂经2粗3精2扫铜硫混合浮选,混合浮选精矿以石灰为抑制剂、Z-200为捕收剂经1粗4精2扫铜硫分离浮选,混合浮选尾矿以碳酸钠为调整剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、W-1205为捕收剂经1粗3精3扫常温钨浮选,常温浮选精矿经1粗5精2扫加温(90 ℃)钨浮选,获得的铜精矿铜品位为24.13%、回收率为68.90%,硫精矿硫品位为36.15%、回收率为60.77%,钨精矿WO3品位为62.24%、回收率为73.68%,试验指标较好,可以作为该铜钨多金属矿开发利用的技术依据。  相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。  相似文献
