从区域能源安全的复杂性入手,运用复杂科学理论,阐述了区域能源安全系统的复杂性特征,探讨了区域能源安全的路径依赖及其解决途径,文章运用复杂性科学的方法和模型,提出了基于人—地关系的区域能源安全复杂性框架模型。借助该框架模型以区域能源安全功能分区为例展开实证分析。区域能源安全作为一个复杂系统,在能源结构、经济增长、科技创新和高碳能源方面,具有明显的路径依赖,为此,必须坚持走能源结构优质化、节能降耗、循环利用以及科技创新的综合途径,大力开辟低碳或无碳化能源。实证分析显示,沿海和长江中游地区是能源最不安全区;能源较不安全区散布于东中西地区;区域能源安全区主要分布于西部的青海、宁夏、四川、贵州和云南5省(市、自治区);而区域能源富裕区则集中分布于"三北"地区。 相似文献

通过对“十五”期间能源平衡表及相关数据的分析,发现我国的国家能源安全问题实际上是煤炭的供需平衡问题。进一步的研究揭示,我国的国家能源安全的内涵首先表现为煤炭的供应链安全,即铁路的煤炭运输安全;其次才表现为石油的供应链安全。我国的能源安全内涵在基本面上表现出与国外不同的特征,主要由以煤为主的能源结构和铁路运力不足造成的。 相似文献

Consumption of the fossil fuels causes greenhouse gas effect and environmental pollution, which are two basic problems of our age. As a result of this problem, clean and renewable alternative energy sources are beginning to replace fossil fuels. Nowadays, the use of hydrogen energy, which is one of the clean energy, is increasing in transportation and industrial areas. Increasing of hydrogen energy usage, scientists are attempting to solve the many safety problems (such as fire, burst, impact and hydrogen embrittlement) that can occur during the storage and consumption of hydrogen energy. In this study, during the event of fire, the safety of metallic Type I pressure hydrogen storage tanks is investigated by using a novel approach. In this new approach, the mechanical strength drops of the tank materials that is related with temperature rising are added to the safety calculations. In the study, 6061 T6 aluminum and SS 316L stainless steel alloys were used as hydrogen tank material. The safety of hydrogen tanks modelled using these alloys was investigated under different temperature conditions (22, 100, 200 and 300 °C) and internal pressure (15, 20 and 25 MPa). 相似文献

The probabilistic safety assessment (PSA) for gas-cooled nuclear power plants has been investigated where the operational data are deficient, because there is not any commercial gas-cooled nuclear power plant. Therefore, it is necessary to use the statistical data for the basic event constructions. Several estimations for the safety margin are introduced for the quantification of the failure frequency in the basic event, which is made by the concept of the impact and affordability. Trend of probability of failure (TPF) and fuzzy converter (FC) are introduced using the safety margin, which shows the simplified and easy configurations for the event characteristics. The mass flow rate in the natural circulation is studied for the modeling. The potential energy in the gravity, the temperature and pressure in the heat conduction, and the heat transfer rate in the internal stored energy are also investigated. The values in the probability set are compared with those of the fuzzy set modeling. Non-linearity of the safety margin is expressed by the fuzziness of the membership function. This artificial intelligence analysis of the fuzzy set could enhance the reliability of the system comparing to the probabilistic analysis. 相似文献

Fuel cell (FC) is simply a device that directly converts the chemical energy of fuel into electrical energy through electrochemical oxidation. Hence, FC inherently exhibits a low-temperature and high-energy conversion efficiency. Direct alcohol fuel cells (DAFCs) overcome the storage, handling, and safety challenges typically associated with gaseous fuels such as hydrogen. Most of the research and development work in DAFC is focusing on maximizing its performance by varying fuel concentration, operating conditions, and electrocatalysts used. However, less attention is being given to the health and safety aspects associated with these fuels and operating conditions. Most of these fuels are known to be highly flammable, toxic, and become even more hazardous at elevated temperatures. The present work performs a systematic assessment of the safety and health aspects of the widely used fuels for DAFCs, namely methanol, ethanol, ethylene glycol, and glycerol. The safety assessment is considering the flammability characteristics, along with other safe operation aspects. While the health assessment considers the toxicity of fuel and its reaction byproducts to human and aquatic life. The evaluation has provided an envelope of conditions at which the FC operation would be considered “safer” by applying basic principles of inherent safety, i.e., minimizing, substituting, moderating, and simplifying. 相似文献
