以葡萄糖酸内酯和十二胺为原料,合成了N-十二烷基葡萄糖酰胺(C12GA)非离子表面活性剂。通过红外光谱和1H NMR对其结构进行了表征。优选出了能使C12GA在水溶液中溶解的表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS),并对其复配溶液的溶解性、表面张力、润湿、乳化、泡沫、黏度和去污等物化性能进行测试,且与N-十二烷基-N-甲基葡萄糖酰胺(MEGA)的复配性能进行了对比。结果表明,C12GA可以与磺化/硫酸化产品发生协同增效作用,对其表面活性、乳化、泡沫和增稠性能都有明显的提高,特别是增稠性能高于椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺(6501),且与MEGA的增效作用基本相同,表明在一定条件下C12GA可以取代MEGA产品。 相似文献

用工业棕榈油甲酯分别与单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺在氢氧化钾催化下合成棕榈基单乙醇酰胺和棕榈基二乙醇酰胺,其最高产率分别为92.2%和89.0%。与椰油基二乙醇酰胺相比,两者表面张力与乳化力性能相近,但棕榈基二乙醇酰胺泡沫性能较差。添加癸酸二乙醇酰胺可改善棕榈基二乙醇酰胺的泡沫性能,当n(癸酸二乙醇酰胺)∶n(棕榈基二乙醇酰胺)=1∶2.5复配时,泡沫高度提高1倍,与椰油基二乙醇酰胺的泡沫高度相当。 相似文献

以十六烷基二甲基叔胺、棕榈酰胺丙基二甲基胺、1,4-二氯丁烷和1,4-二溴丁烷为原料合成了四种阳离子双子表面活性剂(CG-C、CG-PC、CG-B和CG-PB)。产物结构经红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱进行确认,并通过对表面张力、油水界面张力、泡沫性和乳化性等性能的测定来阐述分子结构(疏水碳链和无机反离子)对阳离子双子表面活性剂效能的影响。结果表明,含Br-的表面活性剂的表面活性优于含Cl-的表面活性剂的表面活性优于含Cl-的,碳链上酰胺基团的引入导致表面活性降低;反离子对降低界面张力的能力影响不大,未带有酰胺基团的降低界面张力的能力较强;含有Cl-的,碳链上酰胺基团的引入导致表面活性降低;反离子对降低界面张力的能力影响不大,未带有酰胺基团的降低界面张力的能力较强;含有Cl-(未带酰胺基团)的乳化性能强于含有Br-(未带酰胺基团)的乳化性能强于含有Br-(酰胺基团)的;含Br-(酰胺基团)的;含Br-的泡沫性能稍强于含Cl-的泡沫性能稍强于含Cl-的,含酰胺基团的起泡能力较差,但泡沫稳定性好。 相似文献

考察了非离子型表面活性剂烷基糖苷(APG)和两性表面活性剂十二烷基甜菜碱(BS-12)之间的复配性能,测定了不同摩尔比的APG和BS-12复配体系的表面张力、泡沫和乳化性能,并且研究了无机盐对复配体系表面活性的影响。结果表明,与单独任一表面活性剂体系相比,APG和BS-12复配体系具有较好的表面活性,呈现明显的协同增效作用;在摩尔比为3∶7时,复配体系的表面活性最高、起泡性能最好、形成的泡沫和乳状液最稳定,协同增效作用最显著。此外,无机盐的加入提高了复配体系的表面活性,当NaCl浓度为0.03 mol·L-1时,表面张力和临界胶束浓度最小,表面活性最高;而对于无机盐,其离子价态越高,提高表面活性程度越明显;相比之下,阳离子提高复配体系表面活性的能力大于阴离子。 相似文献

本文主要针对以单烷基磷酸酯盐MAP为主表面活性剂的洁面乳体系,研究了主要成分增稠剂、主表面活性剂以及三种辅助表面活性剂对产品粘度的影响,研究结果表明:在单烷基磷酸酯为主表面活性剂的洁面乳体系中,汉生胶有较好的增稠性能,并能赋予产品良好的剪切变稀性能;主表面活性剂MAP明显降低体系的粘度,加入量较大时加大了体系增稠的难度;辅助表面活性剂羟磺甜菜碱和椰油酸单乙醇酰胺都有很好的稳泡、增稠性能;烷基糖苷增稠性能一般,而且不同浓度APG的加入量不会改变产品剪切稀化的趋势. 相似文献

以壬基酚、二溴烷烃和氯磺酸为原料,合成了2种双壬基二苯双醚磺酸盐型双子表面活性剂。在中间体的合成反应中引入超声波,通过正交试验优化了生成双醚中间体的反应条件,并考察了超声波功率对产率的影响。通过红外光谱、质谱以及核磁共振对产物结构进行了表征。研究了产物的表面活性、乳化性能和泡沫性能。将合成的Gemini A和Span 80复配作为复合乳化剂来乳化甲基硅油。结果表明,生成双醚的适宜反应条件为:n(壬基酚)∶n(二溴烷烃)=2.02∶1,碱用量为20%(质量分数),65℃下反应1.5 h,超声波功率为250 W。合成的双子表面活性剂具有良好的表面活性、乳化性能和泡沫性能。采用复合乳化剂得到了均匀稳定的甲基硅油乳液。 相似文献

研究了糖苷类表面活性剂C8/10烷基糖苷(APG)、C12/14醇醚糖苷(AEG)和C12/14醇醚糖苷柠檬酸单酯二钠盐(AEG-EC)与双癸基二甲基氯化铵(DDAC)复配体系的物化性能和相行为。结果表明,APG/DDAC体系的表面张力、泡沫性能和乳化性能有增效作用,润湿性能无增效作用。AEG/DDAC体系的泡沫性能和乳化性能有增效作用,润湿性能无增效作用。AEG-EC/DDAC体系的表面张力和润湿性能有增效作用,泡沫性能无增效作用。用偏光显微镜研究了三元体系的相行为,结果表明,随着DDAC含量的增加,糖苷类表面活性剂/DDAC/水体系的三元相图依次出现胶束相、胶束-液晶共存相和层状液晶相。 相似文献

以苯并咪唑、不同链长的卤代烷烃、硫酸二甲酯为原料,合成了几种烷基苯并咪唑阳离子表面活性剂。通过IR1、HNMR对产物结构进行表征,测定了所得产物的表面活性和发泡性能,并计算出产物的饱和吸附量及饱和吸附面积。结果表明,合成的N-辛基、癸基、十二烷基、十四烷基苯并咪唑阳离子表面活性剂的最低表面张力随烷基链增长而降低,但N-十六烷基苯并咪唑阳离子表面活性剂的最低表面张力却高于十四烷基苯并咪唑阳离子表面活性剂;合成的表面活性剂中,十二烷基苯并咪唑阳离子表面活性剂的发泡性能较佳,但所有的表面活性剂的泡沫稳定性均较差。 相似文献

The foaming properties of anionic surfactant solutions containing a nonionic surfactant, fatty acid N-methyl-ethanolamide (NMEA), were investigated. Foamability, which is the foam-generating power at the initial stage of foaming,
was measured by a laboratory-built foam-testing apparatus, and also by the conventional Ross-Miles test NMEA synergistically
increased the foamability of anionic surfactant solutions, particularly when small amounts of NMEA were added. Shorter hydrocarbon
chain lengths of NMEA, such as N-octanoyl-N-methylethanol (NMEA-08) and N-decanoyl-N-methylethanol (NMEA-10), showed better performance in the laboratory-built foam tester. The results of the Ross-Miles evaluation,
however, were completely opposite. Compared with commercial nonionic boosters, such as fatty acid monoethanolamide, fatty
acid diethanolamide, and lauramidopropyldimethylbetaine (LPB), NMEA was the most effective for increasing foamability of the
solution at the initial stage. The most popular amphoteric foam booster, LPB, did not increase foamability but likely generated
the initial foam volume on the Ross-Miles test as a result of foam film stabilization. From these results, a foam-boosting
mechanism of NMEA different from that of LPB is suggested. 相似文献

Foam has extensive applications in a wide range of industrial fields. Some surfactants are used as foaming agents in the preparation of foam. The performance of the foaming agent directly affects the application of the foam. In this paper, experiments were designed and conducted to reveal the influence of temperature on foaming performance of 10 typical anionic, cationic, nonionic, and amphiprotic surfactants. They were exposed to different temperature conditions to measure the foaming capacity (FC), foaming expansion (FE), and foam’s half-life. FC and FE represent foaming ability (FA), and half-life represents foam stability (FS). The results show that the FC increased at elevated foaming temperature, while FS decreased with rising temperature. Anionic surfactants are less affected by temperature and have better FA and longer FS. It seems that 20–30 °C is an ideal foaming temperature. This study lays an important foundation for the efficient preparation and utilization of foam in industrial fields. 相似文献

将发泡力及泡沫稳定性较好的2种烷基糖苷表面活性剂月桂基糖苷(APG1214)和椰油基糖苷(APG0814B64)分别与4种阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(K12)、十二烷基硫酸铵(K12A)、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵(AESA)复配,考察复配体系的发泡性能和润湿性能。结果表明,APG1214与K12、AES在泡沫性能和润湿性能上都表现出显著的协同增效作用,而与K12A、AESA的协同增效作用主要体现在润湿性能上。APG0814B64与K12、AES在发泡性能方面表现出协同增效作用。 相似文献

Silicone surfactants are inevitably involved in industrial applications in combination with hydrocarbon surfactants, but properties of the mixtures of silicone and hydrocarbon surfactants have received little attention, especially foam properties of the mixtures. In this study, aqueous solutions of respective binary mixtures of a nonionic silicone surfactant with anionic, cationic, and nonionic hydrocarbon surfactants were prepared for evaluation of their foam properties. Surface tension of aqueous solutions of the mixtures were measured with the maximum bubble pressure method. Foaming ability and foam stability of the mixtures were then evaluated with the standard Ross–Miles method. The findings show that the addition of the silicone surfactant results in a decrease in surface tension for aqueous solutions of the hydrocarbon surfactants. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) of the hydrocarbon surfactants is also changed by the additive silicone surfactant. Additionally, clear foam synergistic effects were observed in the mixtures of silicone and hydrocarbon surfactants, regardless of the ionic types of the hydrocarbon surfactant. The foam stability of the hydrocarbon surfactant was shown to generally improve with the increasing concentration of the silicone surfactant. Even so, aqueous solutions of different ionic hydrocarbon surfactants in the presence of the silicone surfactant will give different foam stabilities. The results of the present study are meant to provide guidance for the practical application of foams generated by the mixtures of the silicone and hydrocarbon surfactants. 相似文献

以起泡体积、半衰期为指标,研究了疏水基链长对烷基糖苷(APG)形成CO_2泡沫的性能。结果表明,APG的疏水链越长泡沫越稳定,APG0814的起泡性能优于其他链长APG。研究了质量浓度对APG0814泡沫性能的影响,当APG0814的质量浓度为3 g/L时,形成的CO_2泡沫最稳定;质量浓度越高,起泡体积越大。通过物理模拟实验研究了气液比、实验压强对APG0814形成的CO_2泡沫降低气、水流度的影响,结果表明,气液比为2∶1时,CO_2、水流度降低幅度最大;实验压强越高,CO_2、水流度降低幅度越大。 相似文献
