针对炮弹钢基体表面堆敷铜合金时存在泛铁问题等不足,创新性地提出用软铁代替铜合金作为堆焊金属,开展了纯铁弹带TIG堆焊工艺的研究.主要针对软铁弹带的力学性能和软铁堆焊的界面组织特征进行了深入研究.研究表明:与铜/钢堆焊形成的铜弹带比较,软铁弹带的硬度值大约为170 HV,剪切强度约为280 MPa,与铜弹带的力学性能相差不大.软铁堆焊界面上靠近熔合线的热影响区为马氏体组织,熔合线不明显,有基体合金熔化进入堆焊层,堆焊层为先共析铁素体和贝氏体类型组织,同时发现基体中的碳等合金元素也进入界面层.采用软铁作为堆焊金属可降低堆焊弹带的热裂纹倾向,避免了堆焊过程中因铜渗入钢基体而导致的品问渗透裂纹.经过堆焊工艺优化实现了界面层组织结构的优化,最终获得了理想的纯铁弹带. 相似文献

焊接电流变化对镁合金TIG焊接的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用TIG焊接方法焊接AZ31B镁合金,采用宏观分析、显微组织、显微硬度、拉伸强度等分析方法对研究了焊接电流对镁合金焊接接头微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着焊接电流的增加,镁合金焊接接头拉伸强度先增加后减小,焊接电流为110 A时达到最大值193 MPa。镁合金焊接接头热影响区和熔合区显微硬度随焊接电流增加逐渐降低,晶粒尺寸逐渐增大。焊缝熔宽随焊接电流增大逐渐增加,焊缝深宽比先增加后减小。 相似文献

通过运用SYSWELD建立TIG堆焊试件的有限元模型,计算出整个焊接试件的应力场分布和变形情况.模拟结果表明,堆焊试件的应力和变形随能量输入和焊接时间的不同而不同,输入能量越高,焊缝区域应力越小,变形也小;焊接时间增长,应力和变形增大. 相似文献

Mg-9wt%Li-2wt%Zn alloy was prepared and studied in this article. The addition of Ca to the alloy from 0.1wt% to 1wt% can refine the α-Mg and the best effect of refinement occurs when Ca content is 0.4wt%-0.5wt%. The billets can be rolled to thin sheets at room temperature, from which it is obvious that the addition of Ca improves alloys ormalin. while it decreases with the excess addition of Ca. The results also show that the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) and yield strength (YS) of the alloy with lwt% Ca may rise by 28% and 25%, respectively, however, the elongation decreases. It is clarified that the adsorption of proper Ca on the grain boundaries refines α-Mg and improves the tensile properties, but the presence of excess Ca and stable Ca2Mg6Zn3phase worsens the elongation. 相似文献

The texture change along the normal direction to rolling plane of cross shear rolled commer-cial copper has been studied by means of two step method for ODF caleulation and computersimulation.The texture of cross shear rolling of copper is similar in primary components tothat of conventional cold rolling,but the scattering degree and direction of the texture are dif-ferent,due to the residual shear strain change in different position along the normal to rollingplane.It seems that no more effect of the shear strain upon the recrystallization texture. 相似文献
