为了解决传统CPW低通滤波器尺寸偏大、阻带较窄和插入损耗偏大的问题,采用 /4阶梯阻抗谐振单元(SIR)加载半圆形并联枝节(SISS)和缺陷地结构(DGS)单元的紧凑型结构设计了一个5阶CPW低通滤波器,分析了各单元结构参数对阻带性能的影响,引入微带线补偿方法对共面波导中心导体线特性阻抗进行局部补偿,改善了阻抗匹配性能,进一步降低了通带内的回波损耗和插入损耗。测试结果表明:该滤波器结构尺寸25mm×18mm,3dB截止频率3.5GHz,阻带范围3.8~17GHz。实现了CPW低通滤波器的低插入损耗、超宽阻带和小型化。 相似文献

提出了一种新型传输零点可控的共面波导(CPW)结构双模带通滤波器.该滤波器采用了新型的"王"字形共面波导谐振腔."王"字形共面波导谐振腔是由一段均匀阻抗线和两侧与之相连的"T"形枝节构成.调节谐振腔上下"T"形枝节的长度,可以改变谐振器的两个谐振模式之间的距离,从而灵活的调节了滤波器的带宽.调节"T"形枝节的长度还可以控制滤波器传输零点的位置,从而增强带外抑制.仿真与实测结果都表明该滤波器具有良好的性能:低插损,结构紧凑,易于加工制作,可以灵活的调节带宽和传输零点的位置. 相似文献

提出了一种采用非均匀分布MEMS结构的可调滤波器设计方案。基于这种新型结构,讨论了一个中心频率为20GHz的二阶带通可调滤波器模型。通过HFSS对该二阶带通滤波器模型进行了全波分析。仿真结果表明:通过分别改变共面波导结构上方不同部分的MEMS电容高度,该滤波器中心频率在18.71~20.62GHz连续可调,相应的3dB带宽值为2.36GHz和2.94GHz。该滤波器9.5%的可调率相比于同类型均匀分布式滤波器的可调范围增加了大约18.6%(300MHz)。通过分析可知,采用非均匀分布MEMS结构的可调滤波器不仅结构更紧凑合理,而且获得了比均匀结构更大的调节范围,极大地增加了设计的灵活性。 相似文献

本文提出了一种超宽带带通滤波器的改进设计方法,通过这种设计方法能够有效展宽阻带,实现谐波抑制的效果.该设计方式基于微带和共面波导(CPW)耦合的结构,其中,微带与输入,输出共面波导分别设计在介质基板的两个不同面上.本文在输入/输出端口附近的共面波导中心导带处做了改进,用于抑制高频段的谐波,从而在保证通带性能良好的基础上,有效抑制了寄生通带.文中给出了改进后滤波器的结构以及通过仿真和实验获得的性能参数,结果显示该滤波器具有良好的谐波抑制作用,使得阻带的高端达到20.0GHz,约为中心频率的3倍左右. 相似文献

针对微波带通滤波器小型化、高性能的应用需求,提出使用双/三模方形基片集成波导和共面波导混合结构设计带通滤波器.通过改变双模基片集成波导中TE102和TE201的谐振频率和外部耦合的强弱,可实现具有近似椭圆、非对称和无传输零点响应的双模滤波器;两个相同尺寸的共面波导作为谐振器蚀刻在基片集成波导表面,与TE102和TE201共同形成一个通带,设计具有多样性响应的四阶滤波器.在具有非对称响应四阶滤波器的基础上,使主模TE101频率移动到该通带附近,设计更宽带宽的五阶滤波器.并对设计的滤波器进行加工和测试.测试结果与仿真结果吻合,表明了该混合结构设计高性能滤波器方法的可行性. 相似文献

Precision design techniques are obtained for dieletric waveguide (DW) bandstop filters with bandwidths up into the 5-10-percent range. Dielectric waveguide bandstop filters are realized in the form of a grating in the DW image guide which utilizes notches of varying depth and length. The grating is designed from a transmission-line prototype which has a prescribed stopband and also prescribed Chebyshev passbands. An approximate synthesis procedure for such prototypes is presented. Design data for grating notches were obtained from tests on uniform gratings, while DW dispersion is compensated for by calculations based on the "effective dielectric constant" method. Excellent agreement between computed and measured attenuation response is obtained. Two such grating structures used with loads on one end and a 3-dB coupler can be used to form a bandpass filter. 相似文献

A modification of the conventional dumbbell-shaped coplanar waveguide defected ground structure (DGS) is proposed. This modification permits the continuous tuning of the rejected frequencies by using reconfiguration technique and it allows the control of the DGS equivalent-circuit model. The modified DGS possesses two-dimensional symmetry, hence, it has been studied under different symmetry conditions and the corresponding equivalent-circuit model in each case has been developed. Based upon this study, a tunable bandstop DGS resonator is proposed. 19% tuning range centered at 3.7 and 7.4 GHz, respectively, is achieved. The equivalent-circuit model of the resonator is also developed. All proposed structures have been fabricated. Measurements as well as three-dimensional simulations are found to be in a very good agreement with theoretical predictions. 相似文献

交指型微机电系统(MEMS)滤波器是采用MEMS工艺制备出的交指型结构滤波器,针对交指型MEMS滤波器电磁优化算法中存在速度慢,占用计算资源大等问题,对交指型MEMS滤波器优化设计方法进行了研究。采用主动空间映射算法,在ADS和HFSS软件中建立滤波器电路结构模型和三维结构电磁模型,并分别将它们用于主动空间映射算法所需的粗糙仿真和精确仿真,仅进行了5次精确仿真就完成了一款Ku波段滤波器的优化设计。结果表明,设计的滤波器中心频率为14 GHz,顶部损耗为1.6 dB,-1 dB带宽为2.2 GHz,满足设计指标要求,同时验证了优化设计方法的可行性。 相似文献

A bandstop filter realized by means of rectangular resonators coupled to the center dielectric strip of a nonradiative dielectric (NRD) waveguide is described.This filter has the advantage that it is simple to manufacture, making use of a center dielectric of standard cross section. The design procedure is similar to the conventional strip line design procedure, with the stubs replaced by "stubs" of dielectric, or resonators. A novel ultra wideband (UWB) bandpass filter is presented, using a compact coupled microstrip/coplanar waveguide (CPW) structure. The filter comprises of a single CPW quarter-wavelength resonator which is coupled to two microstrip open-circuited stubs on the other side of a common substrate. The two microstrip open-circuited stubs, which are about a quarter-wavelength long at the center frequency, can function as two resonators with associated coupling arrangement to the CPW. This forms a very compact three-pole filter. The proposed filter also exhibits a quasi-elliptic function response, with one finite-frequency transmission zero closer to each side of the passband. Thus, a high selectivity is achieved using a small number of resonators, which leads to low insertion loss and group delay across the passband. The performance is predicated using EM simulations and verified experimentally. The experimental filter shows a fractional bandwidth of 90% at a center frequency of 6.4GHz, with two observable transmission zeros (attenuation poles) at 1.95 and 10.36GHz, respectively.
