本文通过对铝合金电弧焊实现单面焊双面成形所必须条件的分析,说明欲实现铝合金单面焊双面成形,应在工件整个厚度熔透的前提下尽可能限制合力P和提高表面张力F表。同时,通过焊接试验对影响熔化极脉冲氨弧焊电流的各敏感参数(包括脉冲电流波形、平均电弧电压和平均电弧电流、焊接速度、脉冲宽度比、脉冲频率、维弧电流及焊丝直径)对铝合金单面焊双面成形的熔透能力、电弧力和熔池下液面宽度的影响的分析研究,最终选择最佳的焊接参数进行试验,结果证明,熔化极脉冲氩弧焊工艺是解决铝合金单面焊双面成形的较好途径。当工件厚度在3~6mm范围内不开坡口用这种工艺可以较满意地实现单面焊双面成形。 相似文献

单面焊双面成形(简称单面焊)是将传统的双面焊接工艺转化为仅从单面施焊的工艺过程。与双面焊相比,单面焊可提高焊接生产效率3倍以上,节省材料10%,节约电能50%,且能简化装配工序。药芯焊丝CO2气体保护单面焊(简称CO2单面焊)是一种高效、节能、低成本的CO2焊接新工艺,正在逐步取代实心焊丝CO2单面焊。通过药芯焊丝CO2单面角焊的工艺试验,研究主要工艺参数和工艺因素对背面成形的影响,寻求实现良好背面成形的焊接工艺,对于大力推广使用药芯焊丝CO2单面焊是十分必要的。 相似文献

TIG横焊打底焊作为大型汽轮机焊接转子关键制造技术之一,国外有关公司将其作为Know-How进行严格的技术封锁。文中开展了焊接工艺参数(电弧电压、焊接电流、脉冲频率和送丝速度)对P-TIG横焊单面焊双面成形影响的试验研究。结果表明,焊接电流对根部焊道单面焊双面成形的熔透性起着决定性的作用,其次是电弧电压;脉冲频率对正面焊缝成形的影响较大,而且对于抑制熔池金属的下淌倾向具有良好的效果;送丝速度和电弧电压对背面焊缝成形影响较大,当焊接工艺参数较小时,背面焊缝不能够成形。 相似文献

In order to learn the variation laws of shear strength of side fillet weld post high temperatures, the tension tests were conducted after the double-strapped side fillet welded joints which were cooled down from different high temperatures with different cooling patterns. The tests indicate that specimens appear brittle fracture at the side fillet weld during the tension tests after cooling down. The fracture su(face is located in the welding throat. The maximum temperatures undergone and the cooling pattern are major factors influencing shear strength of side fillet welded joint post high temperatures. The shear strength reduces by 24% at most within 900 ~C. Based on the experimental results, the calculation formulas of shear strength of side fillet weld post high temperatures were proposed. Conclusions supply references for evaluation damage and reinforcement of steel structure post fire. 相似文献

Abstract Image sensor has been one of the key technologies in intellectualized robotics welding. Edge detection plays an important role when the vision technology is applied in intellectualized welding robotics technologies. There are all kinds of noises in welding environment. The algorithms in common use cannot be applied to the recognition of welding environment directly. The edge of images can be fell into four types. The weld images are classified by the characteristic of welding environment in this paper. This paper analyzes some algorithms of edge detection according to the character of welding image, some relative advantages and disadvantages are pointed out when these algorithms are used in this field, and some suggestions are given. The feature extraction of weld seam and weld pool are two typical problems in the realization of intellectualized welding. Their edge features are extracted and the results show the applicability of different edge detectors. This study developed a sequential coupling finite element procedure to predict residual stresses of steel pipes with longitudinal wela\ circumferential weld and spiral weld.The results show that the residual stress in heat affected zone(HAZ)is higher than that in weld for spiral weld pipe.For the circumferential weld pipe and spiral weld pipe,the residual stress in inner surface is higher than that in outer surface.However,for the spiral weld pipe,the residual stress in inner surface is smaller than that in outer surface.The hoop residual stress of circumferential weld pipe is higher than that of longitudinal weld pipe,while the axial residual stress of circumferential weld pipe is smaller than that of longitudinal weld pipe.The hoop stresses for circumferential weld pipe and axial stress for longitudinal weld pipe have exceeded the yield strength of base metal.With the increase of helix angle,the hoop stress decreases while the axial stress increases.For the spiral pipe(α=30° to 50°),both the hoop stress and axial stress are relatively small.The spiral pipe(helix angle ranging from 30° to 50°) is helpful to reduce stress corrosion cracking(SCC) and it is recommended to manufacture the steel pipe. 相似文献

针对铝合金材料,提出了一种新型活性焊接方法--FZ-TIG焊(Flux Zoned TIG Welding).在传统TIG焊接前,在待焊焊道表面中心区域涂敷低熔沸点低电阻率活性剂,在两侧区域分别涂敷高熔沸点高电阻率活性剂,然后进行正常焊接,可以同时保证焊接熔深显著增加和焊缝表面成形良好.以自行研制的FZ108活性剂进行了FZ-TIG焊,并与传统TIG焊、采用FZ108作为活性剂的A-TIG焊、采用SiO2作为活性剂的FB-TIG焊进行了对比.发现在相同参数下,采用FZ-TIG焊进行焊接,焊缝熔深明显大于传统TIG焊、A-TIG焊和FB-TIG焊,达到TIG焊熔深的3倍以上,并且焊缝成形良好,焊缝组织细化,力学性能改善. 相似文献

针对单边开坡口的非对称角根焊中熔透不稳定、成形质量差的问题,对其温度场及熔池成形规律进行分析从而优化焊接参数的选取,改善成形质量.考虑温度、对流、辐射和相变潜热对材料物理性能的影响,利用有限元分析软件建立了低碳钢非对称角焊缝有限元模型,并进行仿真计算.对比讨论了不同结构情况下焊接电流对温度场的影响,重点分析了非对称角焊接参数对背部熔宽的影响.结果表明,非对称角焊缝温度分布不均匀,背部熔宽对电流的变化十分敏感,焊接电流大小对熔池形状影响较大.通过试验得到三组熔透情况不同的焊缝,其热影响区形状尺寸与仿真结果吻合良好,从而验证了理论分析的有效性. 相似文献
