针对软化水的强腐蚀性问题,研制了一种复合型软化水缓蚀剂MYN-4,该缓蚀剂不含NaNO2及其他有毒有害成分,为绿色环保型化学品;介绍了其研究过程和缓蚀机理及影响其缓蚀性能的因素;试验表明,MYN-4在高温,高含Cl^-、SO4^2-的软化水中缓蚀性能优良,是NaNO2理想的替代品。  相似文献

Triacetoxyvinylsilane (TAVS) has been used as precursor to prepare sol-gel under aqueous conditions for the surface treatment of aluminum and copper metals. The corrosion behavior of the sol-gel-treated metals has been investigated with cyclic voltammetry, potentiodyamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Results from the electrochemical measurements have shown that the TAVS sol-gel-coated metal provided a better corrosion protection than the triethoxysilane (TES) sol-gel-coated metal due to the hydrophobic nature of vinyl group. Contact angle measurements have been conducted and the results have been applied to explain the degree of the corrosion protection of the coating film.  相似文献

The efficiency of cysteine as a non-toxic corrosion inhibitor for copper metal in 0.6 M NaCl and 1.0 M HCl has been investigated by electrochemical studies. Potentiodynamic polarization measurements and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy “EIS” were used to study the effect of cysteine on the corrosion inhibition of copper. Inhibition efficiency of about 84% could be achieved in chloride solutions. The presence of Cu2+ ions increases the inhibition efficiency to 90%. Potentiodynamic polarization measurements showed that the presence of cysteine in acidic and neutral chloride solutions affects mainly the cathodic process and decreases the corrosion current to a great extent and shifts the corrosion potential towards more negative values. The experimental impedance data were analyzed according to a proposed equivalent circuit model for the electrode/electrolyte interface. Results obtained from potentiodynamic polarization and impedance measurements are in good agreement. Adsorption of cysteine on the surface of Cu, in neutral and acidic chloride solutions, follows the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The adsorption free energy of cysteine on Cu (−25 kJ mol−1) reveals a strong physical adsorption of the inhibitor on the metal surface.  相似文献

以2-巯基苯骈咪唑作为EDTA酸洗缓蚀剂的主体药剂,通过正交试验筛选出了高效、环境友好型缓蚀剂。采用失重法研究了其缓蚀性能,讨论了酸洗介质浓度、缓蚀剂浓度、温度、Fe3+对缓蚀性能的影响。Tafel极化曲线表明缓蚀剂为混合型缓蚀剂;交流阻抗谱法(EIS)阻抗谱出现"退化"现象,只表现出一个高频容抗弧,与空白溶液对比,容抗弧的形状几乎一致;在缓蚀效率方面,电化学实验结果与失重法实验结论基本一致。  相似文献

以聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)、聚丙烯酸(PAA)、水解聚马来酸酐(HPMA)、苯并三氮唑(BTA)为原料,研制出一种新型具有环保功能的复合型高效阻垢缓蚀剂。通过正交试验确定该阻垢缓蚀剂中各组分的最佳浓度为:PESA(1.0 mg/L)/PAA(1.0 mg/L)/HPMA (0.6 mg/L)/BTA(0.5 mg/L)。分别采用鼓泡法、电化学试验和旋转挂片腐蚀试验研究了其阻垢缓蚀性能。试验结果表明,该阻垢缓蚀剂的阻垢率为92%,对A3碳钢、铜、不锈钢的缓蚀率分别达到了83%、97%、99%,动态模拟试验结果也显示该阻垢缓蚀剂满足循环冷却水运行要求。  相似文献

研究一种曼尼希碱盐酸缓蚀剂,在不同氯化钠含量的工业盐酸介质、不同温度、盐酸浓度以及缓蚀剂加量的条件下,通过失重法和电化学法测试了上述条件对曼尼希碱盐酸缓蚀剂缓蚀性能的影响,并对曼尼希碱盐酸缓蚀剂缓蚀机理和产生影响的原因进行了初步探讨。研究表明,盐酸介质中氯化钠含量对曼尼希碱盐酸缓蚀剂有一定影响,且随着氯化钠含量的增加,钢片的腐蚀速率升高。海上油田酸化施工海水配制酸液时,应考虑氯化钠对曼尼希碱盐酸缓蚀剂的影响。井下温度以及酸液浓度同样会影响缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能,可适当增加缓蚀剂的加量以达到降低腐蚀速率的效果。  相似文献

Sinapinic acid was studied for possible use as an Al–2.5Mg alloy corrosion inhibitor in a 0.5 mol dm−3 NaCl solution. Measurements were performed on a rotating disc electrode in a quiescent solution and at different electrode rotation rates and electrolyte temperatures. Electrochemical parameters for the Al–2.5Mg alloy were determined using polarization techniques and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The investigated compound acts as a cathodic-type inhibitor and the inhibition is ascribed to the adsorption of the inhibitor onto the electrode surface. The electrode coverage follows the Freundlich adsorption isotherm.  相似文献

The inhibition effect of Zenthoxylum alatum plant extract on the corrosion of mild steel in 20, 50 and 88% aqueous orthophosphoric acid has been investigated by weight loss and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Plant extract is able to reduce the corrosion of steel more effectively in 88% phosphoric acid than in 20% phosphoric acid. The effect of temperature on the corrosion behaviour of mild steel in 20, 50 and 88% phosphoric acid with addition of plant extract was studied in the temperature range 50-80 °C. Results on corrosion rate and inhibition efficiency have indicated that this extract is effective up to 70 °C in 88% phosphoric acid medium. Surface analysis (XPS and FT-IR) was also carried out to establish the mechanism of corrosion inhibition of mild steel in phosphoric acid medium.  相似文献

A method for studying the behaviour of iron reinforcement in cured Portland cement paste using linear sweep cyclic voltammetry is described. The use of this method is demonstrated for thein situ study of: (i) the formation of passive films on iron embedded in cement; (ii) the NaCl-induced disruption of these passive films; and, (iii) the protection of passive films on iron in salt-contaminated cement pastes by corrosion inhibitors. Disruption of the passivity was observed upon potential cycling following immersion of cement-embedded iron electrodes for 24h in solutions containing as little as 0.1M NaCl. Corrosion inhibitors such as sodium nitrite, potassium chromate and sodium benzoate all had some beneficial effect in maintaining the passivity of the iron electrodes in the presence of potentially damaging concentrations of NaCl. Of these inhibitors, sodium nitrite was the most effective at the levels used in this study.  相似文献
