Dielectric Properties of Yttria Ceramics at High Temperature   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Based on Clausius-Mosotti equation and Debye relaxation theory, the dielectric model of yttria ceramics was developed according to the dielectric loss mechanism. The dielectric properties of yttria ceramics were predicted at high temperature. The temperature dependence and frequency dependence of dielectric constant and dielectric loss were discussed, respectively. As the result, the data calculated by theoretical dielectric model are in agreement with experimental data.  相似文献

本文提出了分析包含非线性介质的层状介质波导特性的等效传输线方法。通过把线性和非线性介质分别用等效传输线表示,从而把非线性介质这一复杂的电磁场问题等价成一个电路问题求解。其本征方程可以利用横向谐振原理得到。本文最后分析了层状介质波导包含饱和和非饱和非线性介质时TE模的传播功率与归一化传播常数之间的关系。所获得的结果与有关文献符合得相当好。  相似文献

基于Landau-Devonshire自由能理论建立了热力学模型,分析了介电/PbZr0.4Ti0.6O3/介电三层结构的临界厚度分数与介电层介电常数的关系,进而得出电荷存储容量。结果表明:当介电层厚度所占比例达到临界值时,具有较高的电荷存储容量。介电层的εr越大,介电层临界厚度分数λm越大,平均介电响应越小,内电场诱导的介电层极化强度越大。对于SiO2/PbZr0.4Ti0.6O3/SiO2其λm约0.37%,介电响应约–2.42×104。  相似文献

采用粉末冶金工艺制备了以微波介质陶瓷Ba2Ti9O20微粉增强PTFE的微波基片复合材料。研究了陶瓷微粉含量对其介电性能的以及介电性能的频率和温度特性,并用介质混合法则对其介电常数进行拟合分析。发现某些组分的Ba2Ti9O20/PTFE复合材料的介电常数和介电损耗具有良好的频率和温度稳定性,拟合结果与实验测试结果一致性较好。  相似文献

Dielectric switching materials are prospective candidates for smart electronic/electrical applications, and high dielectric switching ratios are crucial for their practical applications. However, the substantial improvement of the dielectric switching ratio is limited by the available dielectric switching mechanisms, and obtaining high dielectric switching ratios is a major challenge. Here, an unparalleled dielectric switching effect is reported in a water-in-oil emulsion system, caused by dual polarization synergy below the dielectric transition temperature in concert with suppression of the electrode polarization above the dielectric transition temperature. The synergistic dielectric switching effect of interfacial polarization and electrode polarization endows the emulsion with unprecedentedly high dielectric switching ratios. The highest room temperature dielectric switching ratio of this emulsion system up to 2.86 × 106 at 20 Hz, is four orders of magnitude higher than the highest switching ratio reported so far. The unparalleled high dielectric switching ratio, reliable cycle stability, good frequency adaptability, and satisfactory scalability make the inorganic salt solution/octadecane emulsions potentially excellent candidates for high-sensitivity room-temperature smart switching or sensing devices.  相似文献

Bi0.5(Na1-x-yKxLiy)0.5TiO3陶瓷的介电性能与微观结构   总被引:5,自引:2,他引:3  
利用传统陶瓷工艺制备了新型的Bi0.5(Na1-x-yKxLiy)0.5TiO3无铅压电陶瓷,研究了陶瓷的介电性能和微观结构。研究结果表明,介电常数εr和介质损耗tgδ在K含量为0.20~0.25(摩尔分数)时达到最大值,且随Li含量的增加而增大;介温曲线表明,Bi0.5(Na1-x-yKxLiy)0.5TiO3陶瓷在110~210℃之间出现介质损耗峰,在300~350℃附近出现比较平坦的介电常数峰;陶瓷的最佳烧结条件为1 100~1 150℃,2~3 h;陶瓷晶粒有规则的几何外形,晶粒尺寸为1.2~2.5 m;Li含量越高,陶瓷的烧结温度越低;K促进了晶粒特定方向的生长。  相似文献

微带电路无源互调产生机制尚无定论并且缺乏可靠的理论预测方法,本文基于等效受控源模型,建立了基于介电非线性机制的微带线无源互调的解析计算模型,同时,通过对比测试聚四氟乙烯玻纤布介质微带线和空气介质微带线的三阶互调规律验证了介质非线性是微带电路无源互调的一种主要非线性来源,并提取了非线性参数.实验结果显示聚四氟乙烯玻纤布介质微带线比空气介质微带线的传输互调高了约20dB,反射互调高了约15dB,表明介质非线性是聚四氟乙烯玻纤布介质微带线互调的主要来源.同时,根据本文建立的微带线互调计算解析模型,提取聚四氟乙烯玻纤布介质基板的三阶非线性相对介电常数.本文研究方法可以进一步用于其它微带电路无源互调规律计算研究.  相似文献

研究了(Ba1-xSrx)(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3(BSZN)微波介质陶瓷介电常数的非线性变化以及异常的原因。随着系统中Sr(1/3Nb2/3)O3的增多,介电常数的异常是由于氧八面体的畸变导致的相转变(对称性降低)及第二相的生成造成的。未发生相转变前,介电常数的增大可用电介质理论加以解释;发生相转变后,介电常数呈线性下降趋势,符合对数混合定律。  相似文献

A new dielectric material has been developed with a temperature-stable dielectric constant of 38. The low loss exhibited at microwave frequencies, the excellent reproducibility, and the good mechanical properties of this dielectric make it an attractive substrate for microstrip circuits. 为了降低CaCu3Ti4O12(CCTO)陶瓷材料的介质损耗,采用传统固相反应法制备了组分为CaCu3–yZry/2Ti4O12(CCZTO)的陶瓷样品。研究了ZrO2掺杂对CCTO陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明:所制CCZTO陶瓷样品在维持了CCTO陶瓷材料介电常数大、低频介电常数随频率和温度变化小的优点的同时,介质损耗大幅降低;其介电常数和介质损耗的指标满足美国电子工业协会EIAZ5U标准,而温度系数αc性能指标优于EIAX7A标准所规定的±55×10–6/℃,是一种综合性能技术指标优良的新型高介电常数陶瓷材料。  相似文献

应用等效网络法分别测量了空气、聚四氟乙烯及微波介质陶瓷材料片状试样的介电常数。理论分析计算与实验结果表明,该方法在无损测量片状微波介质陶瓷材料试样的介电常数中是可行的,且有模型简单、计算量小、精度较高及操作容易等特点。是一种无损测量片状微波介质陶瓷材料介电常数的简单方法。  相似文献

An extension of Oliner's theory is used to predict the impedance of slots with dielectric coatings. Theoretical curves are presented which show the change in impedance as a function of dielectric constant, dielectric losses, and dielectric thickness. The effect of a dielectric or plasma upon the resonant frequency is also included. The agreement with experimental dielectric-covered slot data justifies the extension of Oliner's theory.  相似文献

A new form of a Rotman lens is proposed for microwave/millimeter-wave applications such as a collision-avoidance radar. The proposed lens can be described as a dielectric slab fed by slot lines. The new form is expected to show lower loss and lower mutual coupling than the conventional Rotman lenses fabricated with conducting plates at millimeter-wave frequency. Taking the field distribution inside the dielectric slab into account, the$ TE_0$mode was chosen to excite the dielectric slab lens. The dielectric Rotman lens consists of a dielectric slab, tapered slot structure, and the transitions between the antipodal slots and microstrip lines for subminiature A connectors. The conventional design equations have been modified for use in designing the dielectric slab Rotman lens with a high dielectric material. A prototype was implemented with nine beam ports and nine array ports. Measurements from 10 to 20 GHz show that mutual coupling can be lowered at higher frequency. The obtained efficiency of the dielectric slab lens system is approximately 30%. The efficiency of the lens is comparable to that of the conducting plate lenses even though there is a spillover loss from the dielectric slab.  相似文献

A design procedure is given for a microstrip phase-trim device using a dielectric overlay on a conventional microstrip line. The physical operation of the device is based on the change in the effective dielectric constant of the microstrip line caused by the presence of the dielectric layer on top of the microstrip line. The amount of phase trim produced by the device can be selected by the appropriate choice of dielectric constant, height, and length of the dielectric overlay. An approximate expression is given for the effective dielectric constant of the microstrip line as a function of the dielectric constant and height of the overlay. 制备了具有不同偶氮生色团掺杂浓度的主客式聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)样品。利用介电测量的方法,观测了样品在532nm光照射下的介电常数和介电损耗的变化。发现随着生色团浓度的增加,样品的介电常数增大;而生色团的掺人对于聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯样品的介电损耗则主要表现在对β弛豫的影响。浓度一定的生色团样品的介电常数随着激发光功率的增加而增大;样品的高频介电损耗随着激发光功率的增大而减小,但低频直流电导损耗则随着激发光功率的增加而增大。利用生色团在光致异构反应和取向运动过程中与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯基体的相互作用,定性地解释了上述实验现象。  相似文献

An analysis is presented of partially dielectric loaded strip transmission line from the point of view of ferrite applications. It is shown that the microwave magnetic field is elliptically polarized both at the dielectric surface and within the dielectric. The degree of elliptical polarization is expressed analytically as a function of the dielectric constant, the degree of dielectric loading, and the frequency. For specific values of dielectric constant and loading, a high degree of circularity may be made to exist at the dielectric surface over extremely broad frequency bands. Experimental data are presented which are in accord with the theoretical predictions.  相似文献
