二甲酚橙光度法测定耐磨合金镀层及镀液中铟 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
在非离子表面活性剂Tween80存在下,pH3.5乙酸乙酸钠缓冲体系中,铟与显色剂XO形成稳定的红紫色配合物,其最大吸收波长560nm,表观摩尔吸光系数248×104,线性在0~100μg/50mL时,遵从比耳定律。该法用于测定耐磨合金镀层及镀液中铟,回收率为96%~108%,结果令人满意。 相似文献

ZnAlREMg热镀合金是继Galfan合金之后出现的一种新型镀层材料,其镀层表面质量、抗蚀性能均优于目前应用的纯锌镀层和ZnAlPb合金镀层。与单一的锌镀层相比,ZnAlREMg合金镀层厚度减薄约1/3,镀层上锌量降低20%左右,镀层抗蚀性提高1~2倍。采用氯化物溶剂助镀,ZnAlREMg 合金可在纯锌的热镀线上浸镀。 相似文献

Austempered ductile iron (ADI) is known to have a good combination of mechanical properties due its unique ausferrite microstructure. The strength of ADI is mainly a function of the austempering temperature and the stability of ausferrite matrix. To increase the stability of the ausferritic matrix, two stage austempering processes was developed. During this investigation, in the Ist step, ductile iron specimens were austenitized at 900 °C for 60 min followed by quenching to 250 °C in salt bath. In the IInd step, after quenching at 250 °C, the salt bath was gradually heated to 350 °C, 400 °C and 450 °C respectively where specimen were soaked for 120 min. The tensile strength and impact strength were evaluated according to ASTM standards. The results were compared with that obtained by conventional austempering process by quenching directly into salt bath at 400 °C for 120 min. Both tensile and impact strength were found to have improved by two step austempering process. During Ist stage of austempering, martensite was observed while during IInd stage of austempering microstructures revealed acicular ferrite and carbon stabilized austenite. The fractographic examination revealed mixed type of fracture mode and intergranular fracture was seen under SEM. It was further observed that the tensile strength decreased whereas the impact strength increased with IInd stage of austempering temperature. 相似文献

采用高能球磨机在室温下于碳钢表面制得NiCrAlCoY涂层,利用SEM、EDS、XRD、显微硬度测试和高温氧化实验等方法分析涂层的显微形貌、组织结构、显微硬度及高温氧化性,并对机械合金化过程中基体表面形成涂层的机理作了初步探讨.研究结果表明,提高球磨转速有利于涂层厚度、显微硬度的增加和抗高温氧化性的提高;以400r/min球磨10 h时,碳钢表面形成界面结合良好且平均厚度为50μm的NiCrAlCoY涂层;合金涂层显微硬度HV0.1 最大达706,约为基体硬度的3倍;界面结合处的硬度呈梯度变化,对涂层起到良好的支撑作用,而涂层的存在显著提高了基体的抗高温氧化性能. 相似文献

对高强铝合金进行了化学镀镍,观察了镀层形貌,对镀后试样进行了不同温度的热处理以及耐热性能试验,研究结果表明:经该工艺处理后镀层胞状形貌明显,结构致密均匀,孔隙少,镀层光亮,结合力好。400℃以下化学镀层的硬度随热处理温度的升高而增大,400℃处理后,镀层与基体的界面元素扩散现象明显。镀层在一定温度下具有保护铝基体的作用,尤其在瞬时高温的条件下镀层的保护作用更加明显。 相似文献

Effect of Rare Earth Element Cerium on Mechanical Properties and Morphology of TiN Coating Prepared by Arc Ion Plating 总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
TiN coatings were deposited on polished substrates of W18Cr4V high speed steel by means of vacuum arc ion plating. The effect of cerium on adhesion between TiN coating and substrate was studied. The microstructures and composition of TiN coatings were also investigated by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique. It was found that cerium is an effective modifying agent and the addition of suitable amount of cerium to TiN coatings can produce relatively excellent properties such as micro-hardness, wear resistance, oxidation resistance and porosity. The experimental results show that the added cerium in TiN coatings makesa contribution to form the preferred direction along with a (111 ) or (222) close packed face, which may be one of the reasons that improves some properties mentioned above. 相似文献
