Clustering algorithm for intuitionistic fuzzy sets   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) theory, originated by Atanassov [K. Atanassov, Intuitionistic fuzzy sets, Fuzzy Sets and Systems 20 (1986) 87-96], has been used in a wide range of applications, such as logic programming, medical diagnosis, pattern recognition, and decision making, etc. However, so far there has been little investigation of the clustering techniques of IFSs. In this paper, we define the concepts of association matrix and equivalent association matrix, and introduce some methods for calculating the association coefficients of IFSs. Then, we propose a clustering algorithm for IFSs. The algorithm uses the association coefficients of IFSs to construct an association matrix, and utilizes a procedure to transform it into an equivalent association matrix. The λ-cutting matrix of the equivalent association matrix is used to cluster the given IFSs. Moreover, we extend the algorithm to cluster interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs), and finally, demonstrate the effectiveness of our clustering algorithm by experimental results.  相似文献

In this work, considering all information carried by the membership degrees, nonmembership degree, and hesitancy degree in interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs) as 3-D vector representations, we propose a cosine similarity measure and a weighted cosine similarity measure for IVIFSs based on the extension of the cosine similarity measure (angular coefficient) between intuitionistic fuzzy sets in 2-D vector space. Then, the weighted cosine similarity measure for IVIFSs is applied to multiple attribute decision-making problems under the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy environment. Through the similarity measure between the ideal alternative and each alternative, the ranking order of all alternatives can be determined and the best alternative can be easily identified as well. Finally, two illustrative examples are given to demonstrate the applications and efficiency of the proposed decision-making method.  相似文献

This paper introduces a new method of clustering algorithm based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs) generated from intuitionistic fuzzy sets to analyze tumor in magnetic resonance (MR) images by reducing time complexity and errors. Based on fuzzy clustering, during the segmentation process one can consider numerous cases of uncertainty involving in membership function, distance measure, fuzzifier, and so on. Due to poor illumination of medical images, uncertainty emerges in their gray levels. This paper concentrates on uncertainty in the allotment of values to the membership function of the uncertain pixels. Proposed method initially pre-processes the brain MR images to remove noise, standardize intensity, and extract brain region. Subsequently IVIFSs are constructed to utilize in the clustering algorithm. Results are compared with the segmented images obtained using histogram thresholding, k-means, fuzzy c-means, intuitionistic fuzzy c-means, and interval type-2 fuzzy c-means algorithms and it has been proven that the proposed method is more effective.  相似文献

针对已有基于直觉模糊集的聚类方法的局限性,提出了一种基于加权直觉模糊集合的聚类模型——WIFSCM。在该模型中,提出了特定特征空间下的等价样本和加权直觉模糊集合的概念;并推导出基于等价样本和加权直觉模糊集合的直觉模糊聚类算法的目标函数,利用该目标函数推导出直觉模糊聚类中心迭代算法和隶属度矩阵迭代算法;定义了基于加权直觉模糊集合的密度函数,确定了初始聚类中心,减少了迭代次数。通过灰度图像分割实验,证明了该模型的有效性,同时与普通直觉模糊集FCM聚类算法(IFCM)相比,聚类速度提高近百倍。  相似文献

The ranking of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs) is very important for the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision making. From the probability viewpoint, the possibility degree of comparison between two interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IVIFNs) is defined by using the notion of 2-dimensional random vector, and a new method is then developed to rank IVIFNs. Hereby the ordered weighted average operator and hybrid weighted average operator for IVIFNs are defined based on the Karnik–Mendel algorithms and employed to solve multi-attribute group decision making problems with IVIFNs. The individual overall attribute values of alternatives are obtained by using the weighted average operator for IVIFNs. By using the hybrid weighted average operator for IVIFNs, we can obtain the collective overall attribute values of alternatives, which are used to rank the alternatives. A numerical example is examined to illustrate the effectiveness and flexibility of the proposed method in this paper.  相似文献

Picture fuzzy set (PFS), which is a generalization of traditional fuzzy set and intuitionistic fuzzy set, shows great promises of better adaptation to many practical problems in pattern recognition, artificial life, robotic, expert and knowledge-based systems than existing types of fuzzy sets. An emerging research trend in PFS is development of clustering algorithms which can exploit and investigate hidden knowledge from a mass of datasets. Distance measure is one of the most important tools in clustering that determine the degree of relationship between two objects. In this paper, we propose a generalized picture distance measure and integrate it to a novel hierarchical picture fuzzy clustering method called Hierarchical Picture Clustering (HPC). Experimental results show that the clustering quality of the proposed algorithm is better than those of the relevant ones.  相似文献

This paper presents a general framework for the study of relation-based (I,T)-intuitionistic fuzzy rough sets by using constructive and axiomatic approaches. In the constructive approach, by employing an intuitionistic fuzzy implicator I and an intuitionistic fuzzy triangle norm T, lower and upper approximations of intuitionistic fuzzy sets with respect to an intuitionistic fuzzy approximation space are first defined. Properties of (I,T)-intuitionistic fuzzy rough approximation operators are examined. The connections between special types of intuitionistic fuzzy relations and properties of intuitionistic fuzzy approximation operators are established. In the axiomatic approach, an operator-oriented characterization of (I,T)-intuitionistic fuzzy rough sets is proposed. Different axiom sets characterizing the essential properties of intuitionistic fuzzy approximation operators associated with various intuitionistic fuzzy relations are explored.  相似文献

The weighted geometric (WG) operator and the ordered weighted geometric (OWG) operator are two common aggregation operators in the field of information fusion. But these two aggregation operators are usually used in situations where the given arguments are expressed as crisp numbers or linguistic values. In this paper, we develop some new geometric aggregation operators, such as the intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric (IFWG) operator, the intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted geometric (IFOWG) operator, and the intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid geometric (IFHG) operator, which extend the WG and OWG operators to accommodate the environment in which the given arguments are intuitionistic fuzzy sets which are characterized by a membership function and a non-membership function. Some numerical examples are given to illustrate the developed operators. Finally, we give an application of the IFHG operator to multiple attribute decision making based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets.  相似文献

Molodtsov (1999) initiated the concept of soft sets in [1]. Maji et al. (2003) defined some operations on soft sets in [22]. Akta? and Ça?man (2007) generalized soft sets by defining the concept of soft groups in [16]. After them, Sun et al. (2008) gave soft modules in [21]. In this paper, the concept of an intuitionistic fuzzy soft module is introduced and some operations on intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets are given. Intuitionistic fuzzy sets [K.T. Atanassov, Intuitionistic fuzzy sets, VII ITKR’s Session, Sofia (deposed in Central Science-Technical Library of Bulgarian Academy of Science, 1697/84), 1983 (in Bulgarian)] are an extension of fuzzy set theory in which not only a membership degree is given, but also a non-membership degree, which is more or less independent. Considering the increasing interest in intuitionistic fuzzy sets, it is useful to determine the position of intuitionistic fuzzy set theory in the framework of the different theories modelling imprecision. In rough set theory, the lower and upper approximation operators defined by binary relations satisfy many interesting properties. Various generalizations of Pawlak’s rough approximations have been made in the literature over the years. This paper proposes a general framework for the study of relation-based intuitionistic fuzzy rough approximation operators within which both constructive and axiomatic approaches are used. In the constructive approach, a pair of lower and upper intuitionistic fuzzy rough approximation operators induced from an arbitrary intuitionistic fuzzy relation are defined. Basic properties of the intuitionistic fuzzy rough approximation operators are then examined. By introducing cut sets of intuitionistic fuzzy sets, classical representations of intuitionistic fuzzy rough approximation operators are presented. The connections between special intuitionistic fuzzy relations and intuitionistic fuzzy rough approximation operators are further established. Finally, an operator-oriented characterization of intuitionistic fuzzy rough sets is proposed, that is, intuitionistic fuzzy rough approximation operators are defined by axioms. Different axiom sets of lower and upper intuitionistic fuzzy set-theoretic operators guarantee the existence of different types of intuitionistic fuzzy relations which produce the same operators.  相似文献

Intuitionistic fuzzy set, characterized by a membership function and a non-membership function, was introduced by Atanassov [Intuitionistic fuzzy sets, Fuzzy Sets and Systems 20 (1986) 87-96]. In this paper, we define the concepts of intuitionistic preference relation, consistent intuitionistic preference relation, incomplete intuitionistic preference relation and acceptable intuitionistic preference relation, and study their various properties. We develop an approach to group decision making based on intuitionistic preference relations and an approach to group decision making based on incomplete intuitionistic preference relations respectively, in which the intuitionistic fuzzy arithmetic averaging operator and intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetic averaging operator are used to aggregate intuitionistic preference information, and the score function and accuracy function are applied to the ranking and selection of alternatives. Finally, a practical example is provided to illustrate the developed approaches.  相似文献

针对直觉模糊集合数据的聚类有效性问题,提出了一种基于直觉模糊包含度的聚类有效性分析方法。该方法采用直觉模糊包含度和直觉模糊划分熵来评价直觉模糊聚类的有效性。其中,直觉模糊包含度通过增加非隶属度参数对模糊包含度进行直觉化扩展,用于评价类与类间包含的程度;而直觉模糊划分熵用于检验分类结果的可靠性。最后通过典型实例验证了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

基于直觉模糊S-粗集理论,提出双向直觉模糊S-粗决策模型.首先给出指标值的量化方法,将目标矩阵进行标准化处理.其次,建立直觉模糊S-粗决策的上一决策和下一决策优化模型,并给出直觉模糊S-粗决策算法及详细步骤.最后,以空袭目标为例,详细研究了目标威胁程度评估过程.结果表明,直觉模糊S-粗决策模型能够综合处理决策因素的定性与定量因素,得到的决策结果综合性能最优.所得的排序结果真实、准确地反映了实际情况.  相似文献

在直觉模糊集概念的基础上,通过对直觉模糊数加权的方法建立一种新的序关系。利用传统的序关系和新的序关系分别建立直觉模糊序决策信息系统。然后在定义的分配函数和分配协调集的基础上,给出对应的分配约简的判定定理和辨识矩阵,进而建立直觉模糊序决策信息系统的分配约简的具体方法。最后通过实例验证该方法的有效性。  相似文献

The importance of suitable distance measures between intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) arises because of the role they play in the inference problem. A concept closely related to one of distance measures is a divergence measure based on the idea of information-theoretic entropy that was first introduced in communication theory by Shannon (1949). It is known that J-divergence is an important family of divergences. In this paper, we construct J-divergence between IFSs. The proposed J-divergence can induce some useful distance and similarity measures between IFSs. Numerical examples demonstrate that the proposed measures perform well in clustering and pattern recognition.  相似文献

针对噪声图像模糊性的本质,提出了基于改进的直觉模糊核聚类的图像分割方法。采用直觉模糊集描述噪声图像包含的不确定性信息,将图像的灰度信息转换到直觉模糊域进行处理;将模糊核聚类拓展为直觉模糊核聚类,在图像的直觉模糊域进行聚类;通过高斯核函数和欧氏距离分别对像素8-邻域的灰度和空间信息进行建模,综合平衡灰度和空间信息对聚类的作用,并将其作为惩罚项加入到直觉模糊核聚类的目标函数中;通过梯度下降法,推导了迭代求解算法;通过典型的合成图像和自然图像分割实例,验证了所提算法的有效性和鲁棒性。  相似文献
