文章开展了工艺条件对选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝催化剂的性能研究,采用自行研制开发的V2O5-WO3/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂,考察了温度、空速、NH3与NO摩尔比、NO初始浓度、氧浓度等对这种催化剂脱硝性能的影响,为选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝催化剂的应用提供科学的实验数据。 相似文献

V系催化剂具有良好的抗中毒能力,广泛应用于燃煤电厂、工业锅炉烟气(固定源)和车辆尾气(移动源)脱硝领域.本文采用水热法制备了V2O5-MoO3/TiO2催化剂,并通过挤出成型得到蜂窝式V2O5-MoO3/TiO2催化剂,通过与共混法相比,发现采用水热法表现出来的较高的低温SCR活性,并研究了MgO的掺杂对V2O5-MoO3/TiO2催化剂性能的影响,发现MgO的掺杂能够降低SO2的转化率.并通过表征发现采用水热反应法得到的V2O5-MoO3/TiO2催化剂能使活性组分高度分散于TiO2载体表面上,具有较高的比表面积,从而使催化剂表现出最佳的低温活性,同时MgO修饰的V2O5-MoO3/TiO2催化剂的抗硫抗水性以及抗碱金属中毒性也做出了研究. 相似文献

以偏钛酸为原料通过浸渍法和固相物质的热分解法来制备以NH3为还原剂选择性催化还原NOx的催化剂V2O5-WO3/TiO2。着重考察催化剂组成、NH3/NO摩尔比和模拟烟气中O2浓度对催化剂脱硝性能的影响。催化剂的脱硝性能测试结果表明催化剂V2O5(1.2%)-WO3(8.8%)/TiO2具有较高的催化活性和较宽的活性温度窗口,NO的转化率最高可达98.77%。综合考虑NH3逃逸、设备腐蚀和环境问题,NH3/NO摩尔比控制在1.2以内比较合适;富氧条件对脱硝催化反应的进行更有利。 相似文献

采用比表面积分别为101.86 m2·g-1(A)、86.37 m2·g-1(B)和7.78(C)m2·g-1(C)的TiO_2载体,通过分步浸渍法制备V2O5-Mo O3/TiO_2(A,B,C)选择性催化还原脱硝催化剂。在空速为10 000 h-1和氨氮体积比1.0条件下,以TiO_2(A)与TiO_2(B)为载体制备的催化剂脱硝活性在反应温度窗口(350~450)℃超过90%,且具有良好的高温抗硫中毒性能和相对较小的氨气氧化率。而以TiO_2(C)为载体制备的脱硝催化剂活性温度窗口窄,在350℃时获得的最高脱硝活性仅为73%,且对NH3的氧化作用较强。利用X射线衍射、低温N2吸附-脱附、紫外-可见漫反射光谱、H2程序升温还原和NH3程序升温脱附等对载体和催化剂进行表征。结果表明,活性组分V2O5在载体TiO_2(A)上分散性良好,主要以孤立态钒氧物种形式存在,因此,以TiO_2(A)为载体制备的催化剂比表面积、氧化还原性和表面酸性等性能更优。 相似文献

采用浸渍法制备了MnO2-Fe2O3-CeO2/TiO2催化剂用于低温NH3选择性催化还原烟气中NO,考察了Mn, Fe, Ce含量及焙烧温度对NH3选择性催化还原NO的活性和抗水性能的影响. 在气体体积空速(GHSV)=24000 h-1, NH3/NO=0.8(j), 350℃煅烧和烟气含3%(j) O2的条件下,该系列催化剂的脱硝活性为MnO2-Fe2O3-CeO2/TiO2>MnO2- Fe2O3/TiO2>MnO2/TiO2,且在200℃时MnO2(10)-Fe2O3(5)-CeO2(5)/TiO2的脱硝率为95%. 对含10%(j)水蒸汽的烟气,MnO2(10)-Fe2O3(5)-CeO2(5)/TiO2的脱硝活性维持在87%;在10%(j)水蒸汽和100′10-6 SO2共存条件下,短时间内脱硝活性维持在55%. 相似文献

中国氮氧化物(NOx)排放量中约有70%源自煤的燃烧,而且随着环保力度的逐渐加大及大气污染物的排放标准要求逐年提高,控制燃煤电厂NOx的排放成为当务之急 。中国普遍采用选择性催化还原法(SCR)作为燃煤尾气脱硝的方法,由此导致废SCR催化剂的产量逐年上升,预计2020年中国废SCR产生量将达到19万m3。虽然中国目前已经开展了废SCR催化剂资源化与无害化的研究,但是关于废SCR催化剂的环境风险评价却鲜有报道。概述了SCR催化剂的成分、催化原理以及废SCR催化剂的产生原因,介绍了废SCR催化剂中的主要污染物及其对环境的危害,同时简要分析了废SCR催化剂存在的环境风险及其评价方法,为中国废SCR催化剂的资源化和处理处置提供了有益参考。 相似文献

The performance of commercial scale selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system is strongly dependant upon the degree of mixing
between NH3 and NOx or NH3 concentration distribution at the catalyst layer according to the reaction kinetics of SCR catalysts. Insufficient mixing
of the reduction agent and NOx mass flow necessitates an uneconomically large catalyst volume and high NH3 slip to meet the required NOx emission values. The effective methodology which can increase the performance of commercial
scale SCR through improving NH3 concentration distribution at the catalyst layer using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis was suggested and applied
to the real operations. The operation results have shown that the performance of commercial SCR was improved from 54.4% to
74.8% as NH3 concentration deviation at the catalyst layer was reduced from 23.6% to 8.6%. It is established that the increase of NH3 concentration uniformity at the catalyst layer contributes to improvement of performance of commercial scale SCR. 相似文献

An insufficient amount of NH_3(ammonia) will reduce the conversion efficiency of NO_x , which may lead to excess NO_x emissions, resulting in NH_3-SCR failure. In this article, SCR failure caused by a low NH_3-NO_x ratio is studied systematically by experiments. The main reasons for a low NH_3-NO_x ratio in SCR include insufficient urea injection, hydrothermal aging of catalysts and urea crystallization. It was found from an insufficient urea injection experiment that with the increase of NH_3-NO_x ratio, the NO_x conversion efficiency of the SCR system increased, but the ammonia leakage also increased. The main influencing factors of NO_x conversion efficiency are different under different NH_3-NO_x ratios. A flow reactor system was used in the catalyst hydrothermal aging experiment to investigate the effect of hydrothermal aging on catalyst activity. After a 24 h hydrothermal aging experiment at 800 °C, the NO_x conversion efficiency of the copper-based zeolite catalysts decreased significantly at the boundary of medium and low temperature regions. And the NO_2-NO_x ratio in the mixture had a significant effect on the catalytic performance.Thermogravimetry coupled to Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(TG-FTIR) was used to analyze the composition of urea deposits in a urea deposits analysis experiment. It was found that the main components of urea deposits were urea and isocyanic acid(HNCO). Preventing HNCO polymerization, especially the formation of CYA, can decrease the formation of urea deposits. 相似文献

综述了近十年来过渡金属/分子筛催化剂上氨和碳氢化合物选择性催化还原NOx方面的研究进展。在NH3-SCR体系,着重介绍了铜基和铁基分子筛催化剂的研究状况,探讨了分子筛催化剂在该体系中的失活原因;在HC-SCR体系,总结了不同过渡金属、分子筛类型、还原剂、H2O和SO2等对催化剂活性的影响,探讨了目前比较公认的碳氢化合物选择性催化还原NOx的反应机理。最后展望了分子筛催化剂在选择性催化还原NOx领域今后的研究方向。 相似文献
