介绍一种新的放射免疫分析数据处理系统,该系统以世界卫生组织推荐的最新数学模型四参数logistic方程和四参数单位点质量作用模型以及五参数logistic方程为依据。首次提出了将最优化算法的直接搜索法和传统的非线性回归相结合的新的拟合方法,成功地实现了五参数logistic模型的高精度自动拟合,该系统还具有完善的质量控制和数据管理功能。  相似文献

本文叙述在电子直线加速器输运系统的设计中使用的最优化方法,主要是非线性规划中的单纯形法。由输运系统各段的物理设计要求建立目标函数,给出参数初始值,调节参数,使目标函数取极小值的参数即最佳值。最后,用实际计算的结果说明单纯形法的优缺点及单纯形法与Powell方法的比较。  相似文献

Parallel-channel two-phase flow systems under ocean conditions suffer from very serious parallel-channel instability, depending on the inherent characteristics of each channel and operating conditions. The influences of ocean conditions on the instability of parallel channel are very intensive. The trajectory of mass flow is very complex, sometimes even chaos occurs. The traditional methods cannot analyze such curves effectively. In this paper, Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT) method is used to analyze the complex curve of mass flow. Based on this method the oscillation curve can be decomposed. Some basic motions and inherent characteristics can be shown by the decomposition. The accurate analysis of the influence of ocean conditions can be achievable. The onset of inherent parallel-channel instability is also analyzed.  相似文献

Methods are proposed for controlling temporal and space-time pulsed chaos in nuclear reactors where the control actions are implemented as a result of external changes in the neutron multiplication coefficient or introducing external neutron sources. Cases of periodically varying controlling actions and cases where the controlling actions are introduced at the moment the neutron pulses start are examined. The cases of a singly connected regulation system, introducing control at each point of a reactor, and multiconnected systems consisting of several regulators, introducing controlling actions in local regions of the core, are examined. The case where control is introduced in the regions where neutrons bursts start is examined. In previous works, the authors have developed an effective solution technique for calculating the pulsed Feynman- and Rossi-alpha formulae. Through derivation of these formulae, it was shown that the technique can easily handle various pulse shapes of the pulsed neutron source. Furthermore, it was also shown that both the deterministic (i.e., synchronizing with the pulsing of neutron source) and stochastic (non-synchronizing) Feynman-alpha formulae can be obtained with this solution technique. However, for mathematical simplicity and the sake of insight, the formal derivation was performed in a model without delayed neutrons. In this paper, to demonstrate the robustness of the technique, the pulsed Feynman- and Rossi-alpha formulae were re-derived by taking one group of delayed neutrons into account. The results show that the advantages of this technique are retained even by inclusion of the delayed neutrons. Compact explicit formulae are derived for the Feynman- and Rossi-alpha methods for various pulse shapes and pulsing methods.  相似文献

国内开展核空气净化系统性能评价的行业标准是在参考美国、法国两种体系标准的基础上,结合国内的工程实践经验起草的;实际应用中,一般情况下只是采用单一体系内的试验方法开展性能评价试验;本工作结合应用实践提出,将两种标准体系的试验方法灵活地进行融合应用或互相补充,可更好地适应核设施核空气净化系统的特征,对核设施管理的要求和对人员防护的需要等都是必要的和可行的。  相似文献

The effect of retardation factor uncertainty with reference to the results of a compartment model, representing radionuclide release into the biosphere from a disposal facility, is studied through the application of polynomial chaos theory. We review the derivation of the working equations and apply the polynomial chaos expansion to these equations. The uncertainty in the retardation factor typically covers several orders of magnitude and stems from uncertainties in the distribution coefficient, these large uncertainties make any quantitative analysis of radionuclide release highly problematic. In this paper, we assume that the uncertainty in the retardation factor is fully described by a log-uniform distribution. We compare results using polynomial chaos against a semi-analytical solution for a short decay chain and present numerical results from polynomial chaos applied to a longer generic decay chain.  相似文献
