考察了不同条件对异丙基黄药合成异丙基黄原酸甲酸乙酯的影响.通过对江西武山铜矿的浮选试验研究表明,异丙基黄原酸甲酸乙酯与黄药相比,对硫化铜矿具有更高的回收率、提高了铜精矿中铜的品位.  相似文献

用顶空分析气相红外光谱法(HAGls)对方铅矿/黄药体系中吸附在矿物表面上的黄药进行了定量分析。考查了4个可能的标准:异丙基黄原酸钠、异丙基黄原酸铅、与异丙基黄原酸钠搅拌过的方铅矿和与异丙基黄原酸钠搅拌过的硫化铅矿石。对4个体系都得到了线性标定曲线。试验结果表明,用矿石作为标准具有实用价值。  相似文献

硫酸铵不仅对氧化铜矿的硫化-黄药浮选具有硫化促进作用,而且在氧化铜矿的直接浮选中具有活化作用。这种活化作用经历了从固相到液相再到固相的相转移活化过程。在“相转移活化”中,硫磺铵的主要作用表现为下列三个方面:(1)增溶作用,即硫酸铵能选择性地溶解孔雀石表面反应活性大的离子,溶解后的矿物表面易于吸附黄药;(2)传递作用,即所溶解的铜离子与硫酸铵结合成铜氨络离子,加入黄药后.铜氨络离子离解,将铜离子传递给黄原酸阴离子;(3)对黄药具有增强吸附作用,即硫酸铵的存在能增加黄药在矿物表面的吸附量,加快吸附过程,同时还阻止了黄原酸铜向溶液解吸.这三种作用构成了硫酸铵对孔雀石“相转移活化”的实质。  相似文献

异丙基黄原酸离子在砷黄铁矿上的吸附及其对浮选的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过在pH6进行的动电、伏安和静电位测量,研究了异丙基黄原酸离子[(CH3)2CH-OC2^-]在砷黄铁矿(FeAsS)上的吸附,还在同一pH下测定了在异丙基黄原酸盐离子的溶液中异丙基双黄药[(CH3)2CH-OCS2-S2CO-CH((2H3)2]液滴的动电行为。吸附首先是异丙基双黄药通过黄原酸离子的阳极氧化反应吸附,此时对砷黄铁矿的Zeta电位没有影响。然后通过异丙基黄原酸离子与被吸附的双黄药疏水缔合吸附在砷黄铁矿/水溶液界面上,使砷黄铁矿的Zeta电位向负值方向增加。在双黄药-砷黄铁矿/水溶液界面上的负电荷限制这两个吸附阶段。微浮选研究表明,双黄药使砷黄铁矿的浮选较好。这种浮选不受双黄药-砷黄铁矿/水溶液界面上异丙基黄原酸盐离子的极性基团(OCS2^-)影响。  相似文献

利用紫外光谱研究了不同pH值时以及硫酸铜、亚硫酸盐和石灰存在时乙基黄药与黄铁矿的相互作用行为。用己烷萃取的方法测定了乙基黄药同黄铁矿作用后产生的双黄药。结果表明,黄药同矿物作用后产生的双黄药是随着pH值的增大而降低,高pH值时未发现有双黄药;用硫酸铜活化黄铁矿,体系中的乙基黄药以双黄药、一价铜的黄原酸盐的形式存在,疏酸铜用量高时,二价铜的黄原酸盐也较明显;加入亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠以及硫代硫酸钠,pH9左右时,产生的双黄药量同不加时的同pH值比较要低,且随着黄药作用时间延长而减少;在亚硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠存在的溶液中,发现有过黄原酸盐。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
