研究白炭黑/炭黑填充的新型高性能溶聚丁苯橡胶(H-SSBR)的各项性能以及填料在硫化胶中的微观分布,并在较佳白炭黑/炭黑并用比下,研究H-SSBR/天然橡胶(NR)并用比对胶料性能的影响。结果表明:随着白炭黑/炭黑并用比的减小,H-SSBR胶料的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、压缩疲劳温升和耐磨性能提高,抗湿滑性能降低,滚动阻力增大;电镜照片表明,炭黑与白炭黑相互镶嵌分布在H-SSBR橡胶基体中,形成交织的填料网络,可发挥出双相填料的作用。在H-SSBR中并用适量NR,胶料的焦烧时间和正硫化时间缩短,拉断伸长率、撕裂强度和压缩疲劳温升提高,耐磨性能、抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力降低。在H-SSBR中并用适量NR可获得加工和使用性能较佳的绿色轮胎胎面胶。 相似文献

Based on the character of a clay that could be separated into many 1‐nm thickness monolayers, clay styrene‐butadiene rubber (SBR) nanocomposites were acquired by mixing the SBR latex with a clay/water dispersion and coagulating the mixture. The structure of the dispersion of clay in the SBR was studied through TEM. The mechanical properties of clay/SBR nanocomposites with different filling amounts of clay were studied. The results showed that the main structure of the dispersion of clay in the SBR was a layer bundle whose thickness was 4–10 nm and its aggregation formed by several or many layer bundles. Compared with the other filler, some mechanical properties of clay/SBR nanocomposites exceeded those of carbon black/SBR composites and they were higher than those of clay/SBR composites produced by directly mixing clay with SBR through regular rubber processing means. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. This study investigates (ZnO)s with different surface features as vulcanization activators in unfilled SBR vulcanizates. ZnO is termed the best activator due to its fast reaction kinetics. A high release of ZnO into the environment harms marine ecosystems, and most ZnO production goes to the rubber sector; therefore, reducing ZnO amount is essential. Active, nano and functionalized ZnO compared to conventional ZnO in SBR matrix; concentration optimized based on curing, mechanical, physical, and dispersion analyses. The Arrhenius equation approximated the cure curve's kinetic constant and activation energy. Crosslink density measured by swelling experiment and solvent freezing point depression. Nano ZnO was used from 0.5 to 2phr, active ZnO from 1 to 4phr, and functionalized ZnO from 1 to 3phr compared to 5phr of conventional ZnO. The tensile strength of N1.5, F1.5, and A2 SBR increased by 5%, 26%, and 18% compared to C5SBR, whose elongation at break improved by 30%, 7%, and 23%. The data were analyzed using tukey HSD post hoc test. Regarding mechanical properties and curing characteristics, 2phr active, functionalized, and 1.5phr nano ZnO is analogous to 5phr conventional ZnO in an unfilled SBR matrix. 研究了硬脂酸(SA)处理有机黏土(OC)制备橡胶/黏土纳米复合材料的结构与性能,并与未处理的OC制备的纳米复合材料进行了对比。结果表明,SA上的—COOH与OC片层表面的—OH发生了酯化反应,促使SA插层进入OC层间,使层间距扩大。采用SA处理OC制备出分散相态细致均匀、力学性能优异的丁腈橡胶/黏土(NBR/SA-OC)纳米复合材料;当OC与SA的质量比为10∶6时,纳米复合材料的性能最优。用带有极性和反应官能团的橡胶制备橡胶/黏土纳米复合材料,OC的分散性更好,与未处理的OC制备的纳米复合材料相比力学性能更优。 相似文献

A novel, effective approach to improve the cutting and chipping resistance (CCR) of carbon black (CB)-filled styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) composite was reported in this study. CCR of SBR was dramatically improved more than 30% by addition of 4 phr nanodispersed clay (NC), while not decreasing the stress at 100% and the Shore A hardness of the composite. The curing characteristics, loss tangent (tan δ), and the strength of filler network of the composites were further measured by a Disk Oscillating Rheometer and a rubber processing analyzer, respectively. It was found that the addition of NC led to a slightly lower crosslink density, higher tan δ, and stronger filler network, which contributed to the higher CCR. Therefore, the novel layered NC is more efficient in improving CCR when compared with CB. The results are expected to promote the application of NC in rubber industry. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
