20CrMnTi合金结构钢属于亚共析钢(铁素体+珠光体),钢中由于钛的加入,晶粒细化,使钢有较高的强度和韧性,该钢具有较好的淬透性和耐磨性,从而被广泛应用于制造几何形状复杂,截面不大,能承受高速中等载荷和冲击的机械零件,如:用于制造汽车,拖拉机,机床泊重要齿轮,主动伞轮和主轴,承受高负荷的零件等,在研制标准物质过程中,我们经过反复探索和试验,制定了合理的冶炼工艺和特殊的锭模及锻造工艺,使材质达到均匀一致,另外对标准物质加工,大胆采用双刀切削新工艺,提高功效一倍,缩短加工周期,同时大大降低了加工成本。  相似文献

导板是线材轧机的关键备件,要求有优良的耐磨性,抗断裂性,抗粘钢性和热冲击抗力,常用高镍镍钢导板和高铬铸铁导板满足不了上述要求,使用寿命短,更换频繁,降低了轧机作业率,增大了工人劳动强度,高速钢具有硬度高,红硬性好和耐磨性好等特点,但铸造高速钢脆性大,通过调整高速钢成分和采用RE-Mg-Ti复合变质处理,可改变共晶碳化物的形态和分布,使高速钢冲击韧性大幅度提高,变质处理高速钢导板使用中不粘钢,不断裂,耐磨性明显优于普通导板。  相似文献

本文提出OCF高炉炼铁工艺,即由风口鼓人常温工业氧气和不量的炉顶循环煤气,同时喷吹大量煤粉和熔剂,用制氧机取代传统高炉工艺中的鼓风机和热风炉。模拟计算表明,使用高品位球团矿,每吨生铁喷吹400kg煤粉和60.5kg石灰粉时,焦比为99kg,需95%纯度的氧气288m^3,此工艺将改变高炉的原料结构和料柱组成,全面改善高炉冶炼过程,提高操作的稳定性和灵活性,使高炉设备简化,焦比降低,不但生铁产量大幅  相似文献

It is argued that Freud's influence on contemporary technique is best seen by separating Freud as a hermeneuticist from Freud as a natural scientist. Freud's hermeneutic work is elucidated by a depiction of his earliest model of technique and its application in The Interpretation of Dreams. The division of the latter work into the first 6 chapters as a hermeneutic and the last chapter as a metapsychology is used to show not only the split but the conflict in Freud between his hermeneutic of the mind and his attempt to found psychoanalysis as a natural science. It is shown that the shift in analytic thinking from the primacy of drives to the growth and transformation of the self has maintained interpretation as a necessary, although insufficient, condition for the therapeutic action of psychoanalysis and that interpretation continues to bear the stamp of Freud's hermeneutic of the mind. Abstract

This paper presents a method based on genetic algorithms and the finite element method which is useful for automatically adjusting the parameters of a tension levelling process. First, the optimum parameters of the steel to be used in the simulation programme are sought. The process consists of simulating controlled cyclical deformation tests on finite element (FE) models of standard steel test pieces with different laws of cyclical behaviour. Genetic algorithms are used to optimise the parameters of the simulation model so that the behaviour of the material is as close as possible to the results obtained in real experimental tests. This ensures that the behaviour of the material in the FE model is as realistic as possible. The model of behaviour of the material selected is used to design and check out a second tension levelling FE model. Based on this second model, the roll penetration, the lengthwise tension and the strip feedrate are adjusted. There is also optimisation with genetic algorithms so that the final residual tensions in the product are below a specified threshold and as even as possible. For a solution to be considered as valid, it must be confirmed that the steel plate is subject to the tensions envisaged at various process control points. From the best solutions found, the one with the fastest feedrate is selected so as to maximise output.  相似文献

In metaphor, sentence elements are classified according to principles of similarity, as in "hair is spaghetti" (both mixed up), or of proportionality, as in "my head is an apple without any core" (head is to apple as brain is to core). Metaphors of similarity and of proportionality, along with a pictorial form of the similarity metaphors, proverbs, and several Piaget-type cognitive tasks, were presented to 50 5-13 yr old males. Results indicate that metaphor comprehension is a type of classificatory behavior and, as such, is strongly related to maturing cognitive operations as well as to age. In this paper, the excavation-induced settlement determined by the KJHH model, a recently developed semiempirical model, is used to assess the serviceability reliability of adjacent buildings. The calculated settlement, considered as the load in the context of reliability analyses in this paper, is compared with a tolerable settlement, considered as the resistance herein. The reliability of the adjacent building against “damage” (defined herein as the violation of serviceability requirements such as having intolerable settlement) is first analyzed and the probability of exceedance (i.e., exceeding the tolerable settlement) is calculated. Furthermore, as the excavation proceeds, observed settlement at the current excavation stage is used to update the prediction of settlement at subsequent stages, and the probability of exceedance is updated accordingly.  相似文献

Solvent extraction is considered as a multi-criteria optimization problem, since several chemical species with similar extraction kinetic properties are frequently present in the aqueous phase and the selective extraction is not practicable. This optimization, applied to mixer–settler units, considers the best parameters and operating conditions, as well as the best structure or process flow-sheet. Global process optimization is performed for a specific flow-sheet and a comparison of Pareto curves for different flow-sheets is made. The positive weight sum approach linked to the sequential quadratic programming method is used to obtain the Pareto set.In all investigated structures, recovery increases with hold-up, residence time and agitation speed, while the purity has an opposite behaviour. For the same treatment capacity, counter-current arrangements are shown to promote recovery without significant impairment in purity. Recycling the aqueous phase is shown to be irrelevant, but organic recycling with as many stages as economically feasible clearly improves the design criteria and reduces the most efficient organic flow-rate.  相似文献
