针对饲料级磷酸氢钙生产的特点,提出了对与之相配套的磷酸萃取装置的改进:在原萃取磷酸工艺中增加预反应过程和分离过程,磷矿粉(浆)先加入预反应器中,与过滤后的所有滤酸混合,以使矿中部分CaO溶于磷酸生成磷酸二氢钙;经分离,将未分解的大部分磷矿送萃取系统制磷酸,溶液脱氟、除杂后用于制备磷酸氢钙以节约酸耗与石灰消耗。技改后,改善了石膏结晶状况,过滤强度由350~400kg(干基)/(m2·h)提高到500~650kg(干基)/(m2·h);还可用MgO偏高的低质磷矿。  相似文献

A thin layer chromatographic method has been developed for the class separation of plant neutral lipids. Utilizing a two-step development in one dimension, lipid mixtures are separated into hydrocarbon waxes, steryl esters, methyl esters, triglycerides, fatty acids, diglycerides, sterols, and monoglycerides. The attention given by the media to the turbulence caused by the current moves towards political independence often obscures the fact that a range of major problems, as well as powerful economic and technical forces, point towards increased levels of interdependence. Those two trends breed contradictions that inspire debates which actually give little room for considering the long-range impact of science and technology. This is quite a serious matter, since the developments in some areas, like microelectronics and bioengineering, will obviously have such far-reaching effects. Both rich and poor countries realise that such dynamic areas will sharpen the competitive edges between nations, but their potential for solving some common problems tends to be pushed into the background. In an effort to compensate for this tendency not only EEC through FAST, but also UNIDO has, however, recently initiated a series of reviews of the implications that various emerging breakthroughs will have on the economic growth and life-styles both in developed and in developing countries. A few points that have emerged from the microbiology study and particularly the significance of biotechnology at the interphase between communications and settlement planning are highlighted.  相似文献

L-form bacteria include both stable and unstable cell wall-less variants of native walled bacteria. These organisms have been implicated as etiologic agents in both plant and animal diseases. L-form bacteria may also be used to protect plants or animals against disease-causing organisms, or to act as a host bacterium for the production and secretion to the growth medium of recombinant proteins. This article summarizes the fundamental biology of these unusual bacteria and discusses their potential uses.  相似文献

So far the public reaction to new biotechnology industries has been largely benign, at least in the UK, but it is questionable how deeply held and how stable this attitude is. Biotechnology has some features in common with classic risk related issues, like nuclear power and pesticides, and could provoke an equally adverse public response. This paper examines what we currently know about perceptions of biotechnology with the conclusion that the ‘public’ has yet to make up its mind. Factors that could influence the future public response include: rural social disruption caused by further increases in the productivity of agricultural land; any failure to control the new technology effectively, leading to a loss of public trust in the regulatory system; and intrinsic moral and ethical issues surrounding genetic manipulation, particularly in higher animals.  相似文献
